Most wars are Bankers Wars. Lots of money made, concessions are given, and governments go into perpetual hawk/debt. Bankers fund both sides of wars. They maintain "a balance of power" so, if a Government/King/Dictator/Monarchy gets out of line, they sick the opposition on the offender.

Actually we won Iraq, Obama gave it back. Troops died, trillions spent all for strengthening ISIS.
