We can take your own suggestion for instance that Obama was in once sense "trashing" the country and if you asked him, you KNOW he he would say the same thing you just did. That's because you have different perspectives. One man's "better America" is another's man's "ruined America".

Good question~~It does have a symbolic meaning...

President Donald Trump is known for his long, at times aggressive, handshakes with world leaders. But at an international summit in the Philippines on Monday, he struggled briefly with a different kind of handshake.

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations conference in Manila kicked off with a group photo of world leaders. And then the announcer intoned that it was time for the leaders to take part in a "traditional" ASEAN handshake. It's a cross-body exercise in which leaders extend their right arms over their left and shake the opposite hands of those on either side.

The announcer's instructions appeared for a moment to baffle Trump, who at first simply crossed his hands in front of him.

I can see that. It's a photo-op... his favorite thing. I'm thinking he was having a blast with the little Asian dudes.

Yep, I'm feeling the love, how about you? What does this cross arm handshake mean? LOL, I don't know straight maybe this is the new world order handshake I love trumps expression once again.

LOL

So...

...is that what we gotta do to change his mind on... well, everything? ...Invite him to a big party? I'm hearing he's all soft on China now.

What political activist??? The only ones Trump replaced are the department heads and the rest have remained in place. In fact, life long bureaucrats go from on administration to another so just how did Obama load up anything? You people have spit all over this country. You have people who have risked their lives to gather information and you're saying they can't be trusted, not because they've delivered bogus information, but because the information they've gathered might implicate or embarrass Trump. You've sided with a POS president over men and women who would gladly give their lives for the information he turns his nose up on. What else need be or can be said...

Oh, cons are convinced that somehow Obama was able to insert operatives throughout our intelligence agencies. It's part of their "deep state" paranoia even though there is zero evidence for it and Trump has now stated that out intelligence agencies are fine and dandy now that he's replaced most of the department heads. So we are talking about a bureaucracy with hundreds of thousands of employees and you replace a handful of people and he cleaned everything up! That right there tells you that there was never nothing to be cleaned up--with the exception of course for Donald J Trump himself.

Cons have been conned and they don't think about what their own propaganda says. They simply go with the flow and even though there is no logic to it they don't question it--they just click their heals together, give a stiff arm salute, and believe that their actions make them patriots instead of the traitors that they really are...

Deep breathing needed..

I'll give BigMike a little more time to respond. All he has to do is produce proof that that Obama replaced a significant number of employees in intelligence agencies with people that can be proven to have conflicts of interest with the U.S. In the meantime, anyone who thinks that's a tall order should consider what BigMike said, a tall tale. As for "draining the swamp" I can only laugh. His first year in office seems to have been an exercise in firing the people he hired himself. Maybe his slogan should have been "Make a swamp, THEN drain it." - LOL

Seriously???

The intelligence community has been leaking like a sieve for political reasons how long, now? We could start with that and finish up with why hasn't the DNC computer been examined for clues as to how this "hacking" of them occurred?

I'm not going to bother since that information is as available to you as it is to me. You can look at his appointees and find out how many people they hired in 8 years as easily as I.

Furthermore, your mission, it appears, is to try to convince people they're hallucinating. Don't bother. Sophistry is useless. Semantics are useless.

What political activists?>Try all the intel agencies staffed by Obama's cronies and intelligence types. They went with Obama because they figured Obama could change the political system and who shoots who...who is more clever than who...who is more socialist than who. Let the agencies keep on excavating dirt on Mr. Trump - they will only find sand that slips through their clutching fingers. Mr. Trump has openly admitted to a checkered background and they had more than a year to come up with something dirty and juicy on Mr. Trump. Nada! I agree that the intelligence used by departments has spit all over this country. Our "POS" president had a large hanky out to wipe up all the spittle and get to the truth. One only need to see that there a lot of truths being claimed in the U.S. political system but there is only one truth. The truth is Mr. Trump is on the correct path to success of our country!

And how do you know the DNC computer wasn't examined? And you elected a POS for president. Why are you surprised that people who love their country might want to expose that POS?

And how do you know what dirt has been found on Trump? Has Mueller closed the investigation and didn't tell anyone? And since Trump has yet to accomplish anything what makes you think he's on the right path--or was a do nothing president what you wanted all along?

So what "appointee's" did Obama make that Trump hasn't already replaced? And you do realize that the thousands of bureaucrats in Washington are hired and not appointed don't you. Maybe that's how Obama set up his deep state! I heard they are going to over throw Trump any day now. Stay tooooned....
