When did Americans get a tax break for starting a new business? We pay taxes on earned income annually, quarterly, and every time we make a purchase. We must try to save money for home repair or let the house fall down around us. There seems to be more incentive to be an illegal than to be a law abiding American. There should be an end to this somewhere. My husband and I worked from the age of sixteen, he worked his way through college (no government aid) to join the military and serve his country for more than twenty years. We both paid into social security, and paid taxes and now the lazy Americans (and they know who they are) and the illegals are reaping the benefits. We pay for Medicare and a supplement insurance and now it's being given away to indigents and no doubt our rates wil be raised to cover them. Whether we are aware of it or not, Muslims are still being brought in, and declaring many areas NoGo Zones with Sharia police covering them. The first thing we know, they'll activate the hidden camps, and we will become Europe and England. Obama truly did and is doing us a number. But we still see his arrogant face on tv and Hilary...what need I say? I guess that's my rant of the day. Whether anyone reads it or not, at least this is a place to get it off my chest.

We are a Nation of LEGAL immigrants. Can't you tell the difference? Try this if you're confused; go to any bank you do NOT have an account with - and insist on making a withdrawal. That way, you'll learn the difference between legal actions and illegal actions.

Origins:   Forget about it; nobody is getting any breaks. The U.S. government wants taxes from everybody, native-born or newly-arrived.
Stories about immigrants’ receiving new cars, apartments and clothing allowances from the government and being exempted from paying taxes date to at least the late 1960s; that’s how old this canard is. Often the “while poor American kids are starving” kicker is added to these tales, provoking a righteously indignant response from those who hear it.
Almost without exception, versions of this rumor mention a single specific ethnic group. The tale isn’t about wanting to close the borders to all immigrants; it’s a backlash against one particular group of new arrivals, usually one which is perceived to have developed a sudden large presence in the teller’s neighborhood.
In Miami, it’s Cubans who are said to be getting all those government goodies. In Detroit, it’s recently-arrived Arabs. And all over the U.S., Asians are rumored to be getting those tax breaks, free shoes, new cars, and interest-free loans.
By implication, newcomers who are not members of the favored group are on the hook like the rest of us — they have to pay the same taxes anyone born in the United States would. Depending on the version of the rumor you hear, members of the favored group are entitled to a seven (or five) year income tax holiday. Another detail of the rumor has the government obligated to buy each of them a new car. An even wilder detail gives each immigrant a tax
holiday, a new car, a house, and a shoe allowance. In some versions, the tax-exempt status is said to be transferable to others — the usual method being that a blood relative takes over title to the immigrant’s business at the end of the tax holiday period, thereby extending the tax break for another several years.
This isn’t a U.S.-specific legend. It was circulated in Australia in 1986, and there the favored group was said to be the Vietnamese. (In that rumor the immigrants got a new car as well as a tax exemption. Not a flashy sportscar or anything like that, but at least a reasonably ubiquitous family sedan.)
A kissing cousin of this legend exists in the UK, where it’s known as “The Secret Furniture Store.” According to this tale, immigrants to the UK know only two words of English: “Social Security.” Upon their arrival at the port of entry, immigrants utter these words to the immigration officer on duty, causing a special social worker to be summoned. The immigrants are then taken by the social worker to a secret warehouse, where they are allowed to choose color televisions, living room sets, beds, stoves, and whatever else they need. Everything they pick out is loaded onto a truck for delivery to their new home. The immigrants are also given keys to a new municipal dwelling, along with registration books for welfare benefits for all the family.
Another persistent U.S. rumor has it that Asians are exempt from paying sales tax.
None of the above happen. But you can see how believing it adds to the backlash against the newer groups’ elbowing their way into an established society. Rumors like these identify the recent arrivals as a “drain on society,” plus they give all the hard-working, non-recent immigrants even more reason to hate the parvenus. If there’s an extra slice of pie to be had, it should be going to those who are already here, not to those who just waltzed in, says the rumor. It’s just not fair.
This is a rumor of resentment. Those who have been here for a while look around their neighborhood and see what they perceive as too many of an identifiable group of new arrivals upsetting their apple cart. Rather than identifying their feelings as “We were here first, and we don’t want you lot changing the world we’ve built,” they channel resentment that cannot be expressed honestly into a rumor that focuses their bad feelings on the last group through the gate but also provides a justification for expressing those feelings. A proper conscience does not rest comfortably when its owner’s anger is being directed at a group that doesn’t deserve it. However, give that conscience a reason to believe that the other group has done something to merit displeasure, and the restraints are lifted. It becomes okay to resent, and even to hate.

Partnership for a New American Economy has recently published a report entitled “Not Coming to America: Why the U.S. is Falling Behind in the Global Race for Talent.” Not surprisingly, the report points out that US immigration policies are hurting the US economy by depriving the country of needed skilled workers. Many countries have flexible immigration policies designed to ensure that qualified workers can immigrate. Canada, for example, allows its provinces to admit immigrants based on filling shortages in specific labor areas. This way, if agricultural workers, nurses, or other workers are needed in a specific region, immigrants can be admitted to fill that need. Many experts have suggested that US immigration laws need to change to ensure that skilled workers and needed workers are allowed into the country to fill labor needs.
Many experts also point out that immigrants as a whole are a powerful force for the US economy. Immigrants pay taxes, work, patronize local businesses, and spend money. They contribute to their local economies and communities and in many cases they also build businesses. In fact, according to statistics, immigrants are more likely than native-born Americans to start their own businesses. In New York City alone, for example, 48% of small businesses are owned by immigrants. Other major cities in the US show a similar proportion of small businesses owned by immigrants.

That is a flat liie!!! Look at Canadian requirements on their own website. To become a citizen, one must have a skill ( not picking tomotoes) they clearly outline a "Trades" skill and their must be a need for that skill, also they must have the financial self "stated" and verifiable income to live on (no poor people ) ultimately they seek higher education "skills" and if one does not have "verifiable " skills and seeks to start a business , they must have "verifiable " capital to start said business [PLUS] living expenses. The only other way to become a citizen is to have a mountain of cash.
They allow entry on "green card" not illegal entry for "unskilled" seasonal farm workers in the event of labor shortages.
Canada will expell any and all "illegals " including the elderly and children, period.

The years quoted in the above link are 2015 and 2016, and they report that the $1.3 billion the illiegal immigrants received was one-fourth of the welfare payouts...

The reporting, from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services showed:

More than 58,000 families received a total of $602 million in benefits in 2015.
More than 64,000 families received a total of $675 million in 2016.
During the first five months of 2017, more than 60,000 families received a total of $181 million.

Simple math shows the average family received $10300 in welfare in 2015, $10300 in welfare in 2016, and more than $3000 in welfare in 2017 by the time of their report...

Where can Illegal Immigrants be said to be an economic benefit to the USA Citizenry...

It is costing us dearly to house, feed, and clothe people who violated Immigration Law, are receiving billions of our tax dollars in benefits, and their children are schooled at thousands of dollars per student every year...

For this to be thought of as justified is Deplorable...

too many of the illegals pay no taxes
send most of the money they earn here, back home
they join the gangs and sell drugs and in general, break our laws
they don't want to become Americans
I know that a majority of the "Dreamers"have probably made contributions to our system
served in the Armed forces(I believe this has entitled them to citizen ship)
but the rest should apply for citizen ship
If they don't want to be Americans, they should go to the country that they believe in(wherever that is)

That story has been around, it is loaner cars similar to loaner bikes that people without transportation can use. They are not given a car.
