Just my idea: We probably owe our current human status to an advanced alien species. Think of them as master gardeners that altered our DNA until they were satisfied. Consider all the near human species that became extinct as their failed attempts to create us.
The evidence is overwhelming that they monitor our progress to this day. Their concern for us intensified after we created nuclear bombs and used them.

We are our own worst enemy through arrogant thinking, we are the gods of the universe and everything revolves around us. Our arrogance has led to apathy of infinite Principles and meaningful Values.
Indoctrination into slavery is so subtle through the medias; educational system; and most of all, our failure to know our Creator and His Ways.

We are reaching the pinnacle of arrogance, people wise in their own eyes. New ethics is that the universe revolves around me. I've never seen or felt a greater apathy; more hypocrisy and wickedness than is present in our culture.

I admit, I contributed and am responsible in part through lies, apathy and ignorance. I finally realize, I am nothing of myself... I don't have the power to breath and with that, I know, I have meaning of purpose... my eyes see, my hands reach out and my legs walk to a greater good.
