Do you seriously believe this hyperbolic statement? Do you really believe the 3.3 million Muslims in America want to kill other Americans and after that kill members of the other sects? Who exactly is calling for war here?

The Qur'an calls for it, convert to the Mohammedan religion or be killed. Are you saying that American muslims do not follow the Qur'an?

I'm just so tired of Rumitoid continually creating these new characters to try and convince all the very intelligent/knowledgeable members that he knows what 'truth' is! He has become an open book, saying the very same 'sermon' with every single character. How in the world he thinks that he can fool anyone and use the same stories over and over is absolutely mind boggling! I call him out because of his 'holier than thou' attitude and his judgment of all Christians not understanding what it is to be a real Christian. Every character uses the words in Christ, do for the least of these, turn the other cheek, be as a little child and all that matters is to love your neighbor and love of enemy. He discounts much of the Bible. He starts out by begging for 'a welcome' and asking everyone to help him with reasonable discussions with overly sweet kind mannerly responses, then very shortly resolving into his angry responses when he doesn't get the accolades that he thinks he deserves. No one deserves respect when they try to constantly deceive everyone, especially those that constantly befriend him. I just can't understand a man that insists on 'truth' and is the biggest liar on OPP. At this point, he reveals himself within a few posts of a new 'identity'! Our Rumitoid is the classic "creature of habit"!!!! As always young lady, continue to "Give 'um Hell"!!!!!! That's what my Daddy used to tell me!!💐

You do not like what I say and use this attack to undermine my voice. It is both effective and clever. Ellen Longo may be Rumitoid but no one can be so drunk or stupid to foster the story of women being drafted in the US. Too bizarre. Logically it does not compute. If this Longo character mentioned some facts about Rumitoid, that apparently TexaCan knows by heart, and is like van Helsing in pursuit of this character, it is the prefect sabotage. I can't say TexaCan did it with any certainty, yet the setup is way too perfect, making Rumitoid a drunken idiot of incomparable stupidity and me his present incarnation.

Was Rumitoid as stupid as TexaCan would have us believe? Am I?

Jesus did not want his disciples to be pacifists, but to defend themselves where necessary from the criminals. That is expressed where he urges them to buy a sword if they have none. https://christianity.stackexchange.com/questions/7121/why-did-jesus-tell-his-disciples-to-buy-a-sword

You are not a Bible scholar. (And neither am I but I know this one.) That text is not about self-defense. Read this:
First we must ask, why did Jesus want them to buy swords? It seems unlikely that Jesus’ instructions were intended to prepare his disciples for armed conflict and self defense, because two swords does not seem to be “enough,” as Jesus put it, to defend twelve men. In fact, in the passage itself Jesus explained the purpose for the swords. Jesus instructed his disciples to buy the swords, “for it is written: ‘he was numbered with the transgressors.’”

Here, Jesus referenced Isaiah 53:12, which contains one of the many Old Testament prophesies concerning the life of the Messiah. Jesus wanted the swords present when he was arrested, because the presence of the swords would indicate to those arresting him that he was one of the “transgressors,” that he was leading a violent rebellion. Jesus again referenced this while he was being arrested:

Matthew 26:55-56: At that time Jesus said to the crowd, “Am I leading a rebellion, that you have come out with swords and clubs to capture me? Every day I sat in the temple courts teaching, and you did not arrest me. But this has all taken place that the writings of the prophets might be fulfilled.”

Why now? If this were true, why hasn't there been constant war against the West?

Proof of your statement is Israel and America! If it weren't for our swords and using said swords, there would be no country for pacifists to sit on their butts and whine while reaping the benefits of the strong and the brave!🇺🇸

The so-called "strong and the brave" fall into three (maybe more) classes. Can you name them? Never mind. None of the strong and brave go into battle with any idea of what war really is like. A vet saying "War is hell" is not enough. The very many PTSD cases going back to when it was first recorded in WWII proves they are clueless to what they are getting into. The suicide rate of Vets is evidence enough: about 22 per day.

Ignorance and youthful thoughts of invincibility gives the appearance of strong and brave for themselves. At that age we are immortals. But every society in history, with the fat and pasty in the background looking for profit or influence, encourage the madness. "Die for us testosterone-laden fools. Make us money on your gore and butchery." Calling them "strong and brave" is a despicable betrayal of youth. A bait and switch. That we slowly or quickly forsake out greatest gift from God, Reason, in finding diplomatic solutions is mostly do to this false glorification of armed conflict, this playground-bully mentality. War has to become what it is: utterly appalling and profoundly wrong. We have to gag and vomit at the mere thought.

Without this poison of calling the young men defending any country "brave and strong," rather making what they do an ugly but reluctantly necessary job, sanity may return. Statements like Trump's at the UN is down the rabbit hole crazy. Loonyfuckintunes. Yet not to many people. And I would guess not to many here. Why? A template of violence. Templates can be changed. Yet the fear is in changing a template of violence, we become vulnerable. Most will never commit to the rigors of non-violence and thus never know how insane is their thinking. They claim to be realist: this is just the world as it is. No. How they think created the endless wars of the ages.

Rumi!!!! I truly enjoy your BS! The first thing I do when I open OPP, is look for all your characters activities the night before! The very first requirement of a new character being you is the time of your posts........ evenings and thru the night, going silent during the day! The rest is easy, you are a creature of habit, very passionate about your beliefs and each person says the very same thing! Each person will 'teach' on the Civil War and slavery, dislike those dumb southerners and especially Texans. You have created your very own interpretation of scripture, which isn't that unusual!
Key words that you use: in Christ, doing for the least of these, too funny, Curious, down the rabbit hole, Arrrgk, my friend, thank you for sharing. You start out by creating a very interesting introduction story. Many of them will include a death of a loved one or some kind of a 'hook' to draw people in. You often claim to have not been politically inclined until
Recently, to not be a conservative or a liberal and you hate labels. You make a big deal out of being 'welcomed' and whine if your not. In the beginning you are soooo polite and you are 'here to learn and make friends'.

Now, with this list, maybe you can make it a little more difficult for us to figure out that it's really our old friend Rumi!
I would never consider you stupid!! I think it's possible that you're drinking when you make a stupid boo boo like you did with the Ellen Longo fiasco. I think it is extremely important for you to be respected for your beliefs by your constant
sermon on your version of what is truth. I can't figure out how you can declare to be truthful while playing this game of deception. I wish you could realize that it's not important to continually invent these other characters to discuss your passionate beliefs. I forgot about your belief that the only thing that is really important in life is love, love your enemy, love your neighbor! That is very important for all of us to do. I don't believe that that is the 'only' thing that is required to be saved, but it is important! Oh and by the way, I'm not smart enough to play your game of bait and switch! I can't lie with a straight face! LOL! Hope you have a wonderful night, Rumi
