Right on, PeterS. Noone has mentioned the torchlight procession the night before. Was there a permit issued for that? The marchers were chanting: blood and soil, Jews will not replace us, these are our streets. Also in the context of the history of the South a group of people holding torches is an immediate trigger of KKK implications.
