Most folks want to play the blame game, yet are unwilling to admit that when the people stopped standing up, is when we started to see what we have now coming about. The less the people pushed back, the more the feds ignored the law. The more they got away with, the more they ignored it. The longer it takes for people to wake the f@#$ up, the harder it is going to be to put the feds back in line.

Spot on. The adage is, give 'em an inch, they'll take a mile.

The public became too tolerant and too passive. As though it pained them too much to really believe what they were seeing, so the fed just grew. Obama grew it much more and now it's crawling with anti American filth. Trump is cleaning things out as best he can but the time may be coming when he'll need our help. Then it will become very ugly very quickly.

True. Yet by doing so they also opened a door they now wish was closed. Why the R won't ues the same taktices to repeal that failed POS, I have no clue.

Drives me bonkers also. It reminds me of the redcoats against the patriots. The redcoats were fierce fighters but had to stick to the rules.

As far as I'm concerned, when you.need to move a pile of filth, don't use a teaspoon, use a bulldozer.

Trump suggested the nuclear.option. Well? What good is having the majority if you allow the minority to run the show?

Every damage done to the Constitution was done by the same Party, and every time they lied in Congress when they reported that certain State and voted for it, when in truth they did not - the income tax is illegal for one, the change of how senators were chosen , all of these were DEMORATS work, if they ever stop lying they will not be DEMORATs but dead rats.

The Secret History of the Democratic Party

See the filmaker Dinesh D'Souza' "Hillary's America" for a closer look at the history of the Democrat Party.

As we know a person can't just add an amendment to the constitution. However, we do have the right to submit any that we think would be helpful. SO if we could pick just one thing to work out the details on, what would you pick first?

My self I would hope we could find a way to set term limits for everyone in DC, from judges to the paperboy. Well ok maybe not the paperboy. I also think it would be nice to set congress up to have a ready replacement. With the people holding the power to fire any one in congress that does not hold up their end. Rather than having them vote for their own raises, they should have to go the people that voted them in, and ask for it. If the people say no way, then they don't get it.

Is thre a way we can talk this out with all the grade school kids showing us they have the mind of a 1 grader?

No amendment needed.
Just fire The Federal Reserve.
Apply article I; section 8 of the Constitution.
congress was given the power and reponsibility to create our currency, without interst attached to it.
JFK was the last President to issue US Notes. He died shortly there after. lBJ and the bankers had them removed from circulation ASAP.
I have a US Note series1953. It has a red seal, not green.

I have a silver certificate. Though it is a bit bigger than what we have today, It doesn't say anything about being a note.

I agree Rainrider, that say 50 men good and true, two from each state, may well be able to create a valid amendment, or even a set of amendments, without overriding our freedoms and liberty. That is problem number one, to select those 50 men that would remain good and true once in power positions such as the delegates would assume. We had great fortune on the very first go-around; my question is, can we find men of similar caliber, education, and dedication to American principles today? Obviously, I see problem number two being twenty-six of those delegates feeling empowered to create a faction dedicated to some principles we know are un-
American, and then proceeding to capture the convention. Can this be prevented? I am not sure it can.

One could argue that Lincoln damaged the Constitution by forcing Democratis to give up their slaves. Lincoln used some extra constitutional measures say many constitutional experts. The Democrats would not give up their slaves about a big fight.

Correction: I should have said ONE from each state. I must be getting absent-minded!

Didn't think of that one. It would sure make them think long and hard before passing a bill that might hurt the job market. I think a bass starting pay would be good as well. Like say around 75,000 a year to start. That woulds save the tax payer a shit load of money right off the bat.

That and judges ruling by the constitution and making abortion illegal. It is after all, murder. Do something soon or it will be too late. In a couple of months it will be illegal to use the word illegal. This country has gone off on an idiocy tangent.

I must agree with you. Though I do think if we have 50 working class, and 50 small business owners, that only want whats best for this nation, we would do alright. NO Lawyers. No politicians. No law enforcement, and no collage prophesiers.

the common man who all his life has been faithful in all things he does and is associated with will be the one's who should be selected. A family man, a man who believes in GOD, one who is honest but firm in his convictions.
He must practice and believe all men are created equal. No pie in the sky, no promises just pure unaldurated truth.
This was what our framers intended, no liars, who by profession are lawyers, but common men or uncommon morality.

Along with that, they should enact term limits for both houses in the same document.
