That's not very smart. The beginning of human life isn't metaphysical, it's medical. Life and Death of human beings is determined by Medical Doctors 1000's of times/day all over the world.
A 4 year old can't sustain itself, that doesn't mean the child isn't a living human being.
Here's someone else that can't sustain itself.
