When I was in school, there was a girl that was always trying to make trouble for the rest of us girls. One day she set her sights on me. I decided I was NOT going to take her BS. So I "verbally" gave back as good as I got. She tore into me, physically. I was never a "physical" fighter, but I fought back, as hard as I could, and then a teacher pulled her off me. we BOTH got a lecture. I don't know what else she got, because that was not her first fight. But, she never bothered me again, because she KNEW I was not going to back down.

The courts are always making judgements that some, or a lot do not like. This has been the case for me many times. But I have never found that I thought the courts should be embarrassed, or that they were legislaring.

In this case they should be embarrassed. They didn't rule on the constitutionality of the travel ban, they said that it wasn't needed. They legislated, as if they were in Congress voting on it. They acted like politicians, not constitutional judges. That, is embarrassing. They lost the respect of many of their peers.
