SCOTUS has only agreed to hear the case. They just might surprise us with their decision, but that is a ways off.

Not true! The SCOTUS has allowed the juicy part of Trump's travel restriction to pass. This is in effect until October, when the whole restriction will be voted on.

Here's an interesting article about the SCOTUS action of lifting the stay. It has some restrictions. But the more interesting part to me is the idea that the current position of SCOTUS makes any action on the order moot.

This whole issue came about because the 9th circus tried to turn the courts into a democrat-party supporter. They uphold the laws of the land and the Constitution, NOT the democrat party. SHAME ON THE CIRCUS!!
