Laws and Taxes are for the peasants! IF they were to show up, all they would do is take the 5th like they all do, INCLUDING LORETTA 'THE LIAR" LYNCH!

The list of legal actions this administration can begin is long. There are so many people in open violation of law, and I'm not talking about any stories or accusations but rather concrete violations such as refusing an order to appear,...that when the time is right the violators may yet be brought in.

I prefer to believe Trump has a plan and a checklist, and he is proceeding accordingly. It's what I'd do, and I would be building cases as I move forward.

I may be all wrong on this, but I see Trump as a planner and I believe he knows these people need to be removed from any possibility of further gumming up America at one time or another. I think it's a matter of timing.

There is no pleading the 5th to an.open violation of contempt. The 5th is only available in response to a question. It is not a defense against reasoning to refuse to appear as ordered and is not a defense against contempt. Those 2 violations are not accusations. They are fact and open to sentencing.

If you are hauled in for failure to appear, you are not questioned as to whether or not you appeared. You failed to appear therefore you are guilty. The only way the contempt.punishment can be waived is if a physical.impossibility preventing appearance is proven, such as illness or injury, and even then it is at the court's discretion and punishment may be levied anyway.

Apparently you didn't read my earlier post in this thread, here it is again:
"Committee after committee have subpoenaed malefactor, after criminal, after knave, to testify, all to no avail. Just as the FBI travailed valiantly to investigate Clinton's breach of security, via her commercial server, only to announce "she did it but no one would prosecute so too bad". There have been so many such fruitless investigations that I believe we need a vigilante squad to execute punishment in secret; it is the only way we will achieve redress. This has been repeated over and over again with proven liars going unpunished and investigative results being watered down or discarded. Worse yet, another money wasting committee is often formed to investigate the findings of the first useless committee.

These committees run to one of two forms, suppress all pertinent evidence and rush to a predetermined political conclusion or draw out the proceedings over the course of years before declaring nothing was found and abandoning the quest. It is all a charade, played out for the befuddlement of the masses, deluding them into thinking there is justice and rule of law that applies equally to all."

Of course I read it. The fact they refuse to appear is what I am speaking about.

I don't know Doc? I think daily about what is happening around us and I just do not know what to believe anymore. Lets wait and see if Trump can either survive the Deep State or is a part of the Deep State. I am learning that not everything is what it seems to be and that there is always a pre-planned/preordained outcome that has been put in place 10 chess moves ahead of all of us. Do not mean to be negative about all this and never give up hope on somehow truth finding its way to the surface.

I think often of some of our nations greatest leaders who pushed back against those who control our supply of money like President Garfield, Lincoln and Kennedy. Even Mckinnley

And when you realize that the entire system is very easily controlled, one way or another, by a few powerful men at the top, you will not have to be told how periods of inflation and depression originate."

Whether or not Garfield quoted this or something like this I not for sure but whoever did quote this cannot be more accurate about our country's financial fraud.

I feel it also, but the best I can do is not allow the left to place doubt in my mind, continue to support my president, and keep things in perspective. I have a gut feeling that Trump is for real and is such a threat to the career D.C. crooks that they'll do anything to keep him to one term only.

As you say, time will tell.

You know what the four assassinated Presidents had in common? They pushed back on the central planners who controlled the supply of money. If Trump is who we think he is, he is going up against a very dark force! He will need to be prudent how he treads and where he focuses his attention.

Absolutely. He needs to stop entering crowds to shake hands etc. Everyone likes to be liked but someone needs to shorten his leash before some goof caps him point blank.

He tweets more to keep everyone off balance and focus where he wants, but even then who knows if he'll trip someone's idiot gene and they'll go on a "get Trump" crusade.

It gives the shadow people too many options to take him down from hiding.

Hopefully the unprofessional conduct of the Secret Service under Obama has been corrected and the trouble makers gave been fired. We certainly do not need them distracted by hookups when they need to be watching the President's back.

It appears Comey thinks he is going to start a new batch of accusations against Trump. He says Trump told him that he needs and expects Comey's loyalty.

If he thinks that is damaging he's nuts. Any head of any large organization needs loyalty and if expecting it is supposed to be unusual, someone is playing someone.

Yes, Doc, asking and demanding loyalty as the new Commander and Chief is not a crime last I checked. Of course the MSM and all their useful idiots are screeching!

His loyalty should be to the country, not to the idiot you elected.

I just turned the TV BACK OFF. I watched about 30 min of the "ANOTHER FARCE" BEING PUT OUT BY THE LIBS!!! They started by saying it was not going to be a Republican versus Democrat Trial, and the VERY FIRST PERSON to SPEAK was a LIB ATTACKING TRUMP for FIRING his BELOVED FRIEND COMEY, whom he, HIMSELF, was crying for the firing of, just a few SHORT months ago. And AGAIN the questions being asked were PURPOSELY, questions that Comey could NOT answer, or ones that he could answer either way. One way being FOR the Dems. the other way, AGAINST TRUMP!!! It is ANOTHER BHENGAZI DEAL and indicative of WHAT our POLITICIANS have DEVOLVED INTO, which is NOT PRETTY AT ALL!!!

Wrong AGAIN idiot. This is why the president can fire any agency head at any time and for any, or no, reason. The executive must have loyalty. Without it you have a bunch of differing opinions and back stabbers, all of which impede the executive from doing it's job. That is what we have now with jerks like you thinking it's cute to.jeopardize America with your tactics.

You decided your ego is more important than your country.

Go hug a Muslim you ass.

But this time Comey has committed a crime punishable up to 10 years in the federal pen. He isn't quite as smart as he thinks.

Only a king can demand fealty. A president is supposed to work for the people, just like the FBI.
