Comey purposely tried to acquit Hillary for the massive crimes she did on her personal email server, and her emails that were all carried on with criminal activities during her tenure as Sec. of State. Hillary used personal server to channel classified information. Then she shredded 30,000 emails to hide/destroy her crimes. She hired IT tech to bleach bit another 33,000 emails. She also ordered the 2 IT tech to destroy the 2 laptop computers they used to destroy tracking of criminal activites.Then Comey, though he stated that obvious criminal activities, but still did not recommend Hillary for prosecution. Comey's reason? "Lack of intent". Comey serving as a police officer , he also served as a judge by not prosecuting Hillary. it was not his job to either prosecute or not. The Justice department must do that. But I believe that was planned out to save the other DOJ.
Hillary must be in jail, but Comey saved her. Now I think both of them must be in jail.
