At this time, unless trump has changed it, it requires up to 2 years for clearance to be given to these people. We have very strong vetting procedure.

Can anyone guarantee that will never happen? No, things have happened before, they will probably happen again..

Is it worth worrying about? Not sure. We are more apt to be struck by lightning then shoot by a terrorist..

the majority of terrorist incidents we have had, are involving native born Americans..

As has been pointed out, nearly all of the refugees are in deplorable condition and have no background in any sort of militant service, let alone radical teaching.

The process can require up to 2 years depending on which country they are fleeing from.

I do not know what the current procedure is to keep these people from starving, but it is far from a free ride..

Sharia law is not going to be established in the United States.. I can not quote from other nations, but in ours, no law will replace the constitution which is the law of the land.

As to what I want... I would like, as some others on OPP that more ME nations would put up care camps for the displaced war victims..

To my knowledge, only Jordan has any large scale program to help the refugees.

With war, famine and drought devastating the land, I do not think looking to those ravished, barely existing nations will be of any help with this catastrophe..

Perm, this has to do with the new format that admin put out a little while back. What happens with cut & pastes is that any and all words that have an apostrophe get changed to those other characters. It happens with or without pics added but more so with pics added. I think, not sure but it may also have something to do with the computer format that's on your own device and how it transitions from one to the other. A good member to ask might be Mr. Bombastic, I think he's been dubbed our computer geek, lol. See if it still happens without the pics, if so, you'll have have to go through and edit your post after you hit send, I don't think you can do it using the preview feature.
