No matter how much trump sputters and howls, stamps his feet and demands his way.

The law he and his kind want to pass is once more unconstitutional..

Will he give it up? Or will he try to do it and follow the constitution as a normal head of state would do????

May 25, 2017
RICHMOND, Va. — In a 10-3 ruling, a federal appeals court today ruled President Trump’s revised Muslim ban executive order is unconstitutional. The full Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals heard the case earlier this month.

The American Civil Liberties Union, ACLU of Maryland, and National Immigration Law Center brought the challenge on behalf of HIAS, the International Refugee Assistance Project, the Middle East Studies Association, and individuals affected by the ban.

Omar Jadwat, director of the ACLU’s Immigrants’ Rights Project who argued the case, had this reaction:

“President Trump’s Muslim ban violates the Constitution, as this decision strongly reaffirms. The Constitution’s prohibition on actions disfavoring or condemning any religion is a fundamental protection for all of us, and we can all be glad that the court today rejected the government’s request to set that principle aside.”

Good day to ya', Frostie. I have a repeat posting coming up this weekend, 'A Memorial Day Tribute...Never To Be Forgotten.' It is a tough read, but an important one, IMO. It was written by one of our fellow Marines a number of years ago after he visited The Wall.

Vern,

i simply want our nation and most of all our president to follow the values of our founders.

Most right wingers say would die defending the constitution.

That should mean they also want our chief to follow the law..

"They were here legally,so what a shame."I pray to God that never happens to anyone.Look around the world. It's coming our way and we are rolling out the red carpet for these spawn of Satan. He's too lazy to look up the constitutionality of his decisions and would rather "give it a shot" and see if he can get it by. He, of course, doesn't realize that he's dealing with intelligent people and not the rats and scum he's used to.

what do you want?
more and more of possibly unvetted jihadists brought here
to be put on food stamps and unemployment
and when there are enough of them they establish their own Sharia law
and it's certainly possible that the USA will be like Germany,England,France
Is that what you really want perm?????

Sweetie, these people that want to come here are 1. trying to escape war...death. 2. they have been living in tents starving for years. 3. they have been vetted by homeland and the FBI for over two years. They only want to feel safe and breathe. You cannot damn a whole people because of a few.

I'm all for helping those that need help. Why can't these people be taken care of in the middle east? Didn't our FBI state that there really is no way to properly vet many of these people? Aren't those same muslims escaping war wreaking havoc in Germany and Sweden? That is going to happen here when the numbers grow, count on it.All I can say is those Americans that are all for these people coming here better not say crap if someone they love is killed, raped, or terrorized.
