Ironically Mike now every once in a while I'll have some for the iron factor.. I could never cook it tho watching it wiggle around in pan when cooking.......

I usually cook it to medium, don't like over cooked liver and steaks at med rare to rare. I love to cook more than eat. Small portions for me which I can't get across when eating out. Mike
