Here are my thoughts: (And they will make sense to those who understand that all of mankind's activities are a "work in progress"---an evolution, a maturation):

The right to, and fights over, territory (the street gangs refer to their "turf") is a stage of development in young male members of the human species, as well as of the species as a whole. (Remember my thesis: The long childhood of man and the long childhood of mankind are mutually recapitulative)?

The violence of the street gangs, and in African "nations", is a rebellion against the intensity of the matriarchialism of the culture, that binds young men, and less mature societies, in an arrested stage of development.

What is happening in the South African Republic is an example of this, and an example of the effect of "forcing" democracy on a people not yet mature enough to govern themselves, and who, I can say without doubt, needs the involvement, even the intervention, of a "disinterested third party." Woodrow Wilson's concept of self-determination was idealistic in the extreme, with no basis for practical government.

It is not sectarian violence, it is not about a grab for power. It is simply, though violently, an expression of the young males' (and the young society's) maturation process.

North Korea continues to hold the highest overall persecution in 2015, but Nigeria came first for the number of Christians killed for their faith, recording more than half of the 7,000-plus killings across the globe......When is it enough?? I don't know...What I do know is thefighting in the Midle east has gone on since just about the beginning of time over religion, land, oil, and ports..It will not stop because it is a nation of fighting and those raised as fighters..It will also be here long after we're all gone..Whatever excuse seems the most accepted, the wars in that region are going to stay no matter what short term influence we or anyone else may have..

Animals are raised to fight, they are brainwashed and will die for the cause because it is all they know.. It is a stage in the maturation of a male youth or a culture. Its violence is due to the intensity of the matriarchal conflict in their societies. It is not about power, or sectarian violence. Unless you understand that, the situations in Africa cannot be mitigated. The people of those African "states" are not yet mature enough to govern themselves. Corruption in government reflects the imperfect development of the people.

If you see it as sectarian violence, which you might do because you are a Christian and thus sensitive to any violence against Christians, you will make it worse.

As you all know, America's sheriff, David Clarke, is an African American conservative. He, as well as others, deplore what Liberal policies have done to black communities in the inner cities of some of America's most populous towns. Now he knows why.

He isn't the only one to perceive that the rise of African American street gangs coincides with the rise of welfare to black communities. Los Angeles was probably one of the first and the most devastated by welfare payments.

Many said this very thing over the last few years yet always fell on deaf ears or that the blacks were being discriminated against by the whites...They were but not by citizens, thier chosen party with BO leading the pack was the problem...Does he say that or is he just making a general observation???

Not sure, lj, what article you are referring to. I think, but I need to research this, LA had one of the first sweeping welfare prpgrams ever; and it is that welfare that has intensified an already intensely martriarchal black culture, and it is this "mother-control" that young blacks are rebelling against.

African American women have a hold over their men and men-children that they don't want to relinquish. (I've been able to observe it in person, over the past few years, as well.) I don't think they see their boy-children as different from their girl-children, who are much easier to control. (I've been doing more thinking about this, you can see.)

Sometimes I wonder if black women look at men as only "sperm-donors".

I would hazard a guess that 90% of black women would NOT find that barking-mad woman to be their archetype. Every time she opens her mouth, she puts all 4 feet in it. She is so consumed by hatred, she has lost all semblance of rationality.
