A few weeks ago, I had a heart attack. My heart didn't stop. I had something called arrhythmia. It's when the heart is beating, but it's not synchronised and doesn't pump any blood. I don't remember passing out. The last thing I remember is asking someone to dial 911 because something just didn't feel right. So, when it's my time to go, I think that's the way I want to die. I won't feel a thing. I won't even know it happened until I enter those pearly gates. I always wondered if there was a painless way to die. Now I know.

I'm in good shape. They found no damage to my heart or any blockages. They think it was brought on by severe dehydration and low potassium levels, so I'm taking supplements and drinking plenty of water. God, I hate water.

A couple of weeks ago you were saying you did not have enough money for a decent meal, but refused an offer of money for food. I hope there was no connection between the two events. Take care of your health, you are important to many of us. Also remember, the offer is still there if you need it.

I'm used to going without food. Not a big deal. What brought the whole thing on was a week long bout of chronic diarrhoea. I didn't know diarrhoea could kill you, short of dysentery. Also, something I didn't know, Immodium dehydrates you. That probably had something to do with it. I was taking it like candy because it wasn't working. Must have been caused by some virus or something.

Don't mess around with your heart. I just lost my Mother unexpectedly last Thur the 4th due to congestive heart failure. She went to be with our Lord in her sleep, so I'm thankful that she didn't suffer. I guess I'm just trying to say we never know when God will come calling for us.

Sorry to read this Mr. B. A warning sign to let you know to be careful and take care of yourself...Please take heed to it ..We'd like you to stick around awhile...
Do your follow ups keep your meds up to date etc..Eat well and most of all smile just because.........Reduce the stress just say screw it and mean it..

Mr. B. have you looked into any programs that could help you ?? If not its time to...With this happening maybe there is help?? Do you have medicine and gotten it filled???

My heart is fine. Well, mostly fine. It's slightly enlarged because of high blood pressure, but I'm taking my meds. If I die before my time, it will probably be because of some stupid redneck stunt. "Hey, Rufus. Watch this."
