It would be really hard to impeach the five right wing justices. Let's just impeach the four liberals! If it gets to the Supreme Court for a decision, guess who wins!

If it was Justice Ginsberg to retire, I can't imagine anyone, even the slimball Holder any more liberal than her. The main problem would be that Holder may be around for years and years! I think Ginsberg is just very, very liberal whereas Holder is corrupt and power hungry!

The really big problem that I see if if one of the more conservative judges should retire, be bought or meet an untimely (suspecious?) death. Now that would really change the makeup of the Supreme Court! It's all about power and greed!
