Nothing like this was ever done under Obama.. one of the things trump did was repeal the regulations passed under President Obama and return the banks to the same regulations which allowed the 2008 collapse..
However, your report seems to be wrong in that regard also.. I do not think the conditions you report are correct..
Frosty, you are the one full of crap on this occasion. The laws and regulations that converted ALL Depositors into Creditors of the bank was masterminded and pushed through by the Obama administration in 2010.
https://www.investopedia.com/articles/markets-economy/090716/why-bank-bailins-will-be-new-bailouts.aspBut the ex-depositors as creditor come very far down the list of creditors. Derivative holders come first - perverse as that seems.
Depositors get ‘bailed in’ by converting their ‘deposits’ into equity shares in the bank - which will likely never be worth anything. Banks still under water will likely do a share offering to raise more cash - and you’ll have the chance to buy more worthless shares, or have your equity diluted.
In case you think FDIC can keep your money safe, think again. Banks only ‘theoretically’ fund the insurance scheme. In practice banks have been let off their funding obligation since before 2008.
There is only enough funding in the FDIC to cover 5% of one of the big banks failing. It can cover a smaller regional bank failure, but not a major bank. Laws following on from the 2008 crisis were supposed to rein in the backs and make them more fiscally responsible - that hasn’t happened and banks are invested in derivatives way beyond what was the case in the run up to 2008.
The steps that President Trump has taken wrt the Fed have been to put in more protections for the little guy and ensure the owners of the Fed Will be the ones to feel the pain if they bring down the economy.

Let me correct your misspelling from exorcism to exportation.

I used the word stores for lack of a better term. Amazon has a banner that they support B*M on their website. Is this clever marketing to pump up sales? Does this kind of piggybacking on tragedy make you more likely to buy their goods?
Protection Racket probably

All of the states with the rise in cases except 2 are red states.
Well, since Idaho opened, it has been flooded by blue Oregon and Washington license plates, folks coming from places where they can’t eat out, go to the barber shop or go visit parks. So it is only logical that those visitors will bring the v***s in with them.
Yep, nuts.
People are waking up, however, and sometime soon, there will be a backlash...

False social media rumors about so-called a****a activists traveling en masse into rural areas of America have led Nut job rightwing vigilantes to carry out armed patrols of small cities and towns in the western United States and beyond.
In some cases, local activists planning peaceful protests in support of the Black L***s M****r movement and in protest at the k*****g of G****e F***d by a white Minneapolis police officer have been inundated with death threats, anonymous of course, from the low life cowardly right wing scum.
Since Donald Trump tweeted recently that a****a would be declared a terrorist group, the term has gained broader currency on the American right and is seen as a dire threat. In fact, it simply means “anti-f*****t” and is used to describe a wide spectrum of l*****t and anarchist groups and individuals. It has no existence as a separate organization.
The FBI has said there is no evidence of a****a involvement in violence linked to the Floyd protests and one supposed a****a group posting violent rhetoric on the internet was in fact linked to w***e s*********ts.
Regardless in the Idaho city of Coeur d’Alene groups of 30-50 men armed with semi-automatic weapons have occupied downtown streets on successive evenings this week, guarding against supposed busloads of radical l*****ts rumored to traveling from cities such as Spokane or Seattle, according to local residents and social media materials obtained by the Guardian.

Why will he intentionally k**l? He must be aware that he will be convicted. He must think about his family, his children, and other love ones left behind.
No sane person will do such thing, unless insane. He has served for 19 years in the law enforcement.
I think the penalty must be a 3rd degree.
“Taking one for the team”? Promise of pardon once the NWO is implemented?
MK Ultra? Blackmailed?
There are plenty of scenarios that would make this second degree - even first degree. We don’t have enough information.

Here's my thoughts. Good luck finding a jury. This story is nationwide. Can you imagine if he gets off?? New protests will make these look like childs play!! He certainly is entitled to a fair trial, but my fear is....he can't get one at this point

Possibly infiltrators in the police forces too.
Those are the ones that should be tried by the military.
Does raise the Spector of the G****e F***d event being premeditated. Hopefully in that case capital punishment would be considered.
Berkshire Hathaway ... They would have a big pot of money to be confiscated and applied to victims and then to the national debt.
