Can, do or will corporations run our world? Will the individual become just a number on a report to make a bottom-line decision on who is worthy to live or to die?

Is America already in the spiral towards being a corporate-run country, whose citizens are nothing more than pawns who are being lulled into a false sense of security?

As NAFTA took its place, Americans lost many of their own to corporate downsizing and lies being told to us as to why it was happening. I saw parents who lost everything they had worked to obtain for their families. I saw trucks arrive from Mexico, (I was driving trucks at the time) and go into the US, as we were stopped at the border, and lost revenues to sustain our families.

Where is the "fair" part of that agreement?

We need to stop the infighting, work out our differences, and look at the t***h. We are being marginalized and we are being set against one another, s the corporations take over and become "Too big to fail".

My bank accounts, no matter how much I have worked and saved, have never seemed to catch up with the sweat equity I have deposited. I am not complaining, because i did the work, I was conscientious in how I raised my children, and I performed for my country, the duties which should have made it remain strong.

I am not an economist, but I can read the sheet: we're not progressing as much as we think. We are falling down and we are not helping each other to get back up again. We are drinking the "kool-aid" (reference to Jonestown followers), and we seem to be shocked at the results.

I will not live long enough to see any real changes, (cancer is taking me out, rather quickly) but I have hope that my fellow citizens will see beyond ridiculous prejudices, and the smoke and mirror lies of our corporate leaders, and do something to make our citizens the center of our country's' strength again.

Black people do not respect one another; they do not uphold one another, and they demean and k**l one another in an attempt to feel superior over the others in their communities.

Well learned are the ways of their former owners.

Sharpton shows up, gets a little face time, says some inaccurately derived nonsensical crap, and passes himself off as a legitimate representative for and of black concerns. Looking into this; what choices does the black community have? The media plays footsie with Sharpton and Jackson, while a single mother who breaks her ass working to support the family her man left behind, is ignored more so by her "representatives" than by the white system they are told to distrust.

Black live would more more to others, if they mattered more to black people first! True, even if it stings.

I have challenged the Revs, Sharpton and Jackson to speak on this issue, with the usual ignoring of my challenge. I email both, regularly, with no reply. Of course, I have received the usual "The rev, appreciates your concerns, but is unavailable at this time to respond, due to his unusually busy schedule!"

Yeah...right! :?

You cannot k**l your own, and moan and groan when someone else does the same.
Darren Wilson was railroaded by the media's insipid coverage of the k*****g of the thug, Michael brown. (My opinion!)
Hos resigning and having to move his family away from their home for their safety was a sad and revealing look into the real problem which faces our country today: non-unified citizenry. This is how ISIS is able to infiltrate and to subjugate our young people to its ideological nonsense.

I take heat from every side, because i can see the points of all, agree with some, and dismiss others as being ridiculously calloused and intellectually bankrupt, but hey; I served to preserve everyone's right to free speech, my own included.

Black lives do matter. They are marginalized because black people do not hold them in the high esteem they demand that other people sholud.

Trayvon Martin, defended himself against the attack of a white Hispanic attacker!

Liberals had that all wrong as do most of Americans. he kid's' human rights were violated, but who cares? he was just some young future thug; right!?

If you were faced with an attack from "Neighborhood watch captain" Zimmerman, accosting you while you were minding your own business, what would be your reaction. Black, white or other, how would you have felt? What would you have done?

Zimmerman is a k**ler, and as soon as he k**ls a white person, the feelings about him will change.

No need to respond; you've made your feelings quite clear.

Oh, and by the way: I am not liberal!

Akbar is at your door: a liberal with a gun offers to blow him back to the sand. Do you let him smoke the guy; or do you tell him to get lost?

Bend over schmuck: you've just been Islamisized!

Oh: should you ever decide to engage in a conversation minus the pathetically inspired insults: I'm available. I am not here often due to cancer treatments, but I was feeling a bit energetic today.

Thank you, for letting me feel as if I was right in not rushing to get here.

For the hatred spewing crowd; get lives. We need to synch-up. Our country is about to be overrun with zealots who are looking for celebrity from a god they do not even know exists.

H**e i***t ideology, but look beyond the smokescreens which gave us this environment.

Actually, you're the one who's full of s**t!

I earned my say by protecting the freedoms of every person in this country.
I do not uphold the liberal's' lack-of-ideas strategy. Obama does not represent my ideals to the letter, but no one could.

You're the type of chicken-s**t bastard who hides behind the anonymity of sites such as these, and spews venomous hatred, as legitimate ideas.

You can call me wh**ever you need to to feel as if you have done your deed for the day.

Exemption: idiocy does not prevail over intelligence.

Obama is a citizen, and like it or not; he IS the president!

I am regular, so you're wrong; I'm not full of s**t!

Hoo Rah!

I am dismayed at the open hatred towards Obama simply because calling a black man "Mr. president" is so abhorrent to some people.

If you do not agree with his policies; offer some which would develop a nation of doers and contributors, in place of those who have nothing, because they have been reduced to having nothing to gain. City life is not the war-zone reality we hear so much about. Just as rural living is not about a bunch of dirty white folks who are inbred and stupid r****ts.

Fools who have become automatic h**ers, are not worth the time it takes to argue with them. I may not agree with everything which is said on this site, but being here, gives me the opportunity to see that people out there are thinking about something. Even if a lot of it is narrow-minded and ludicrous.

Obama is not a bad president nor is he a good one. We have been opened to the t***h that this country is in the hands of a congress and senate run by an almost unimaginably stupid group of people. Admit it! Democrats, Republicans, conservative, liberal or anything in-between, makes little to no difference.

You know who the terrorists want to eliminate? ALL OF US!!!

So-called "R****m" is ridiculously trifling, and far less than worthy of the country who should be leading the world into its future.

We need to take back our children, raising them with discipline and demands that they take responsibility and learn and contribute something other than their bulls--t!

Oh, by the way; When our president, (Whomever it may be) is threatened by terrorists; it should inflame the emotions of the country's' citizenry. Damn his color or his politics; this man represents "We the People"!

Who cares what she thinks about the movie "Fifty Shades of Gray"?
This t*****r to her craft is nothing more than a seeker of publicity which she no longer posses to garner simply due to her track-star status.

I have no reason to go to see this movie, but the producers had every right to make the thing.
Lolo, could have stayed home and never seen the movie. Ts, would have made more sense than her placing her money down, and then complaining that "God, would not like this movie" in order to seem intelligent in her assessment abilities.

Lolo; find another hurdle to leap over sweetheart; we've gone onward and you no longer matter. :?

Don't be hurt; it's just life moving onward. I loved Dick Butkus' playing style, He retired, and the NFL moved on. get the point, Lolo? He's relevant to the history of the game, but it does not stop being played today, because of his absence.

Take his lead, retire and then shut the hell up! Spend the money yu've earned, and leave the rest of us alone!

Very good question. The US has instead of staying a nation looking out for the people and supporting the people has turned against the people. Why you ask. It is all because of the love of money, and they will do anything and everything to obtain more and more money, and they have turned their backs on the public in their greed.

YES!
You've said it right, and to the point!

It is not about skin-color, it is about how much color you have under your control. Economics should be the first thing that we teach to our children. How to create a dynamic for producing and controlling at least some real value-significant assets.

Creating a safe-haven for your family and possibly doing so for other people. Our government has been bought and sold long ago.

Who wins with policies which are abusive to the citizens they are touted to protect? Politicians and their supporters. (Money donors, not constituents!)

Want to march about something? March into a library, study ad learn about the t***h about how our economy has been hijacked, and what we can do to change this.

V**e for the concerns of our citizens; (all of them!) and do not allow party-line loyalties to be the only consideration when you are in that booth.

Obama is getting some of it wrong, but so too is our congress and our senate. They are openly fighting about their money, and do not a give a damn about what is happening to our citizens. Affordable care law, my ass! I have sold everything that I have ever worked for to pay for cancer treatment, and guess what? It's not enough!

I'll die before I see my countrymen stand together against the tyranny of our government. I'll die knowing that some criminal from Cuba will get food tonight, while one of my vet-brethren will still be cold and hungry in the streets where they (the criminals) will victimize him/her, and then hide behind some court-appointed moron, who is bleeding the blue of an ideological idiocy called "politically correctness".

Can I at lease hear them say something that makes sense? ISIS is real, they are threatening the whole world right now, not just the middle east. And we are hearing short-sighted solutions, which will do little more than create a future problem to be solved by the same morons who are right now at college campuses jumping out of windows into snow-drifts, of getting so drunk that they are being rushed into an emergency room.

Our "Royals" occupy the halls of congress.

While our vets, occupy bridge underpasses and park benches. What a march from the distinguished halls of Montezuma, to the shores of a park bench near you. Our VA system is overwhelmed and understaffed, it is being run by bureaucratic nincompoops who have trashed it to the point where it can only be revamped by hurting more than it can possibly help.

We help the outcasts from other countries to abuse a system here, which could actually do dome good for our citizens, just for the v**es of like-minded people who for the most part are illegally here, and now wielding checkbooks bristling with money we the taxpayers have placed within their pages.

Why?

Because it places more money into our owner's' pockets. George Carlin had it right: "they own us", and we're being distracted by the lies that place our attentions upon other victims, as the culprits.

I wonder if there will be as much hatred toward the next president as we have seen in the Obama terms?

I am not a fan of the guy's to say the least, but we are being driven to h**e this guy because he looks differently than all of the others before him, and e do not agree with some of his liberal ideas.

e are in a socialist country, the democracy we seek, is a myth, it is cloaked in the fog of deception and an artillery barrage of lies.

We cannot live inside of true democracy because the opinions of too any people would tear apart any semblance of solid government.

I would like to see the majority of our citizens get behind this guy, and hope that our country could unify to become less vulnerable.

But hey: that's asking for too much. I know h**e when I see it. And it has torn apart our country.

When I die, I would like to have done so in a country where at least the skin-color of a guy would not be his defining attribute. Obama has fought to make any progress at all over his terms. Not like the preceding holders of the office. he started out with the demonstrated aggressive attitudes of a congressional agenda which did more to hurt our country than it has ever don to hurt Obama personally.

If you cannot see that we are being damaged by h**e and deceptions which are coming from all sides. I cannot believe that we are still so color-blind, that we refuse to at least see some of the t***h? Obama had no chance to be a decent president.

Now, we are going to see less of a system of government which will be helpful to this country, because the politics of revenge will be in full effect.

Like it or not, we are no longer just a country of "good-ole'-boys" running the show: now, we are developing a truer sense of the open-country which we were told was supposed to exist in our constitution.

No color, no g****r should be the deciding actor. But this site, is proving to me, that that is exactly where we are today.

I will never v**e for Hillary nor any other ultra-liberal i***t, but we do need to progress from this "skin-color" crap! Obama, Clinton, both Bushes, Reagan, Carter, Ford, Nixon, Johnson, Kennedy, all of my presidents, liked them or not.

I like my country, I do not have to like everything about t, but I do want to be a positive character in its dynamic.

If you are a r****t, or if you are so closed-minded that you cannot let go of traditional bull; I feel sorry for you. Some of you will read this, and comprehend what t is actually saying, some, will see it as an endorsement for Obama. I say this: get over yourself and read a book or two.

Learn that this planet belongs to everyone, not just to some. Our country would be so much better off if we could look beyond our simple opinions and did some critical thinking of our own.

I'm s**k of this.

Maybe I'll just live out my last few months in the peace of not being bombarded by hatred like I see on this site. I have enough pain.

Good luck: seriously!

I cannot imagine v****g for Hillary. The chice would have to pretty much be: Hitler, Stalin, Putin, Pol Pot, Or some such. No republican or even democrat for that matter, seems to bear the irresponsible nature of this ass-clown.

Not for her party, just for being an ass-clown.

We expect to hear lies from everyone. we do not expect to hear them from journalists. They are supposed to be the stalwarts in the defense of freedoms, by imparting the t***h into the conversations which are being bantered about.

Williams has damaged his credibility. a politician can lie and get away with it, because we have actually come to expect that this is a normal ting for a politician to do.

A journalist; especially one with the visibility of a Brian Williams, is not available to this type of leeway and deservedly not.

He (Williams) has blown a hole into the fabric of legitimate journalism. Now, we have to pause and to ask if we are being told the t***h. Geraldo's credibility took a it when he chose to spectacularly promote his journalistic "superiority" with his expose` on a "secret" room on Chicago which he was certain would reveal some treasure trove of information about Al Capone, or some other such figure from that era.

We were treated to an agonizingly elongated period of waiting, as he built up our hopes, and then; the door is opened and ...NOTHING. not even dust in the room!

Geraldo was engaging in crass promotionalism, not journalism in this show: he gets a pass. Williams reports the news, a supposed true reflection of the information we should know.

This is tragic not because it was Williams who did so; no, more to the point, it is a tragedy because now, more people will be skeptical of accepting anything we are told by these "trusted" people. Where then, will we get our information is Facebook and Twitter going to be the places which replace "Walter Cronkite"? Personally, I haven't trusted the new since the '70s.

Howard K. Smith, Brinkley and Huntley, Cronkite, and slew of people who put their asses on the line, reporting from the jungles of Vietnam. Remember the Ed Bradley report when he actually came under fire? Now THAT, was journalistic integrity!

Best case scenario? We will never again have to attempt to believe Mr. Williams's reports. He'll become a non-factor, and life will go onward.

Prayer should support the purpose of feeling better, and doing better things, We cannot dismiss the idea of having less to do with self-motivated desires, than a more magnanimous way of thinking.

I pray for peace and health, but I do so for every person, not simply for myself. When I die, my passing sill be felt by relatively few people. I am not famous and people do not know me in the universal sense of being known. But my family and friends do so, and they want for me to be a round for a while.

U am praying for terrorists to be eliminated from daily concerns. They need to go meet the so-called "gods" that they serve.

Peace is paid for, especially in today's world. WWII vets, were fighting aginst an idelogy which would have ens***ed the entire world, to the perverted visions of a very few warped-minded individuals. But still, we need to be clear on the fact that warfare needs to be waged and the US should be in a leadership position.

Sorry pacifists, the need is sticking its head up in plain-sight now; we cannot wait to see what it will do. France did this in the late 1930s: remember what they got for their "patience"?

We can dissuade anyone from wanting to fight; this makes good sense. War is about destruction, not about promoting ideals or promoting peace. Ware describes itself in loud sounds, and smells that will make you puke. Warfare tells itself of its own uselessness in light that others will necessarily follow. Still however; they are necessary to save cultures and civilization will not survive without the, because humans have not learned to respect the lives of anyone or anything outside of self.

This is why I pray: the peace of mind in knowing that as I approach my death; I will actually be arriving at a much more impressive form of life.

Peace: even if chaos must be its parent.

OK. West has a right to his opinions รข need his ideals. But let's face it: the guys a bit of a jerk.

He's not important to a world which is collapsing in upon itself, he's just another eight around the neck of a drowning society.

I do not know what his talent is supposed to be. What I do k know is that he is brilliant as a publicity hound. Self promoting himself through a series of stupid stunts is his sk**l.

Sorry people, this tool is typical of what passes for a role model today.

Not willing to pay for anyone's actually. I love my kids, and I have never regretted one moment of tier being here. Well, except for that one time, when they both threw up all over me.

I get emails from politicians who see the GOP's stance against a******n as an attack against women, and since I've been sick, I really haven't been able to keep up with every issue that is a hot subject. Is this one of them?

If a woman wants to get an a******n, I would hope that she would change her mind. But not getting pregnant in the first place, would go a long way to making this choice a non-issue.

I exercise self-restraint and got married before I had my first "time". Difficult, but not impossible.

Choice? OK. Mine is life, but I won't intrude upon another's choices; just don't make me have to pay for the consequences.
