It doesn't matter if you cross dress in designer clothes or take hormone shots, if you are born a man you will always be a man. I saw a comment on the Internet that Jenner wishes for a normal relationship with a man that would treat her like a woman. Sounds like this whole t*********r thing is just a disguise for being gay. I think Jenner should be more concerned with the person he k**led in a traffic accident.

Your c********es won't change no matter what you do. T*********r status is an incongruity of sexual or g****r attributes. Gay identity is easier, as it never involves g*****l surgery or hormonal replacement. Either way, I think the issue is o********ted in his case.

Jesus was critical of "The money changers in the temple". These money changers exchanged many local currencies for those buying livestock used in animal sacrifice. Because animal sacrifice is no longer practiced, these currency exchanges haven't existed for centuries.

Becoming wealthy doing business with another nation is not an endorsement of its economic or political system, nor does it refute the businessman's beliefs. You judge systems by the results they bring all the effected parties. If the Soviet system created horrible gulags for its citizens and made the Kochs and Armand Hammer rich, it doesn't validate the system. I believe the mortgage interest deduction inflates housing costs in the US and redistributes benefits to wealthy as they're in higher tax brackets, yet I still take the deduction. This action doesn't negate my belief thst we'd be better off without it.

Alinski specifically cites weakness in Marxism and there is no part in the book that supports Marxism. That just might give a person who has read the book the impression that Alinski wasn't a supporter of Marxism.

I don't want to play any games with you. You have read some select quotes from the book and you and I know you haven't read the book. You can't understand the book with only a one-page Wikipedia bit and a propagandist attempt to select some quotes that could be twisted to seem to mean what they were not meant to be. Again, I highly recommend that you read the book. I would have respect for you if you would read the book, admit you lied about it and took some responsibility. This could be a great possibility for you to learn something about reality and something about yourself. On the other hand, (no pun intended), you could gather with Moldy and Denny and continue your circle jerk.

He doesn't specifically call for marxism, although he does call for revolution. On page 185 in the final chapter, he says, "All rebels must attack the power states in their society. Our rebels have competuously rejected the values and way of life of the middle class. They have stigmatized it as materialistic, decadent, bourgeoise, degenerate, imperialistic, war-mongering, brutalized, and corrupt. They are right; but we must begin from where we are to build power for change...". He said enough for us deduce he wants revolution, and it's certainly not spiritual or religious in nature. As the book title implies, he's preaching to the choir. He may not specifically call it marxist, yet what else could you call a non-religious revolution? In page 14 in the prologue, he ascribes so much human unhappiness to middles class values. He does cite examples where he may helped certain groups, such as the black employees of Eastman Kodak whom he describes as were only hired for menial jobs before he stepped in. Yet from what I've read fromMr.Alinsky, if he were alive today, I don't think he'd be content if he saw a growing black middle class become as bourgeoise as its white counterpart. He would rather see them become revolutionaries.

Glaucon-good points! The only way I could see change, and that is not a guarantee by any means, is for the system to change. If our congressmen/women were only allowed to serve a total of 12 years or so then politics would not become a career. A person who is willing to serve, knowing in advance that this job is not a lifetime avocation, would probably be more of a patriot than a politician. We should also consider a part-time congress likes the States have. We do not need those people in Washington,D.C. on a full time bases dreaming up new laws which are neither needed nor enforced. We need to task them with reviewing all the laws and determine their applicability. Similarly, they should review every program to see whether some can be eliminated and others consolidated. For some reason, our representatives feel they have to pass new legislation as a prerequisite of keeping the populace happy.
The system is the problem not the solution. Good Luck America !!!

Passing new laws is what gets them press. So does appearing at a ribbon cutting ceremony. Why do you think so many roads and bridges need replacement or overhaul? Once they're built, good maintenance doesn't add v**ers.

As far as the Disability insurance, benefits paid for psychological reasons are exploding. Maybe we should require that all these new recognized conditions cannot be officialized without sufficient revenue, and not just reallocate it from the old age portion.

Women on campus want it both ways. They want their personal lives to be their own business, and the law to bend the Constitution when they make a bad decision. Maybe the universities should sell the dorms to private parties, and get rid of that concern completely. I have an alternative. Let the colleges go one step further and require and all students having sex sign an Affidavit of Sexual Consent.

I doubt if you live in New York. Today he's meeting with 5 police unions.Since the 2 cop k*****gs, they only make arrests when absolutely essential, and have given up writing summonses.

You are wrong blaming N.Y. Mayor De Blassio, Obama, and Rric Holder for the Police brutality going on many years ago in this country.

This post is about Mayor De blasio. If you want to discuss trigger happy cops, why don't you start your own post? You're changing the subject, and providing no statistics or sources. You're hogging the subject with generalities on something else. If you enrolled in a course on Western Civilization, would you interrupt the instructor to discuss gourmet cooking?

Yes, those were great songs. If I want to hear them, I need to do so on my pc speakers via Youtube. My preamp of 26 years no longer works, and the currently made ones don't have turntable inputs.
You need to replace them with separate phono preamps, and the end result is usually more distorted sound.

In every line of work, there will always be some who don't belong. The problem with guys like DeBlasio, Obama, and Eric Holder is they think cops can do no ri ght against minorities and protestors.
