A propos the courts and their refusal to hear legitimate arguments on cases: twice in the past ten years judges have refused to hear cases based solely on the premise that those presenting their facts " do not have standing " in that court. In my view that is nothing more than judicial cop-out . They just don't want to have to make some difficult choices. In both the cases I refer to , they had national ramifications. Therefore, I maintain that the court then is no longer the judges private domain, but rather is the people's court and the people have a constitutional right to be heard.
Some of the reasons you mention for Trump's not winning are true. But the real reason he lost is because the very SWAMP that he promised to drain was far too extensive and entwined in our so called government. They could and did pull out all the tools at their disposal to stop a man who tried his darnedest to clean up our putrid government.
Face it my friend, our government is out of control. Yes, he is crude and abrasive, and that is intolerable to the phonies who address themselves when in session as "honorable". There is little honor or integrity in that cabal.
It's a mystery to me why, after the decimating of our military, there has not been a "military c**p" against this lawless, fraudulent imposter. The newly elected Congress MUST put a stop to this narcissistic, ego-maniac before his "fundamental t***sformation" of this country is completed. We are already too far along the way.

Listen friend, Obamacare is the "law of the land" as proudly triumphed by Pelosi etc. Obama has already decided he would change some parts of it. Do you realize that no one individual is allowed to just change a law because he or she doesn't care for it? Think of what kind of a country we would have if every obeyed only those laws they cared for.
Did it ever occur to you that v**ed into the White House someone about whom you knew NOTHING? You could not know because he has made his background a secret and unavailable. The man is a fraud and as such should be arrested and imprisoned.

You are sadly mistaken my friend. The immigrants who came to this country LEGALLY!!, built this country to a greatness never seen in the history of the world. Further, when the time came, they answered our country's call and went and fought its battles, many of them giving up their very lives in the process. Know your facts before you make statements which show your ignorance of a subject. Don't just be a parrot of what you hear and read in the "lamestream" media.
