First sensible reason I have ever heard?

I have no objections to homosexuality, however it is not biological. It does not produce progeny. Why do they want to marry , probably money problems, but I confess there could be more? In love sure, but why marry? Now as a biologist I suspect homosexuality, of both g****rs, is an evolutionary mechanism to help control population and should be respected as such.
