First: General Ham's Tour was not up, the tour for that position is 3 years, he spent 2, when B******i was occurring he was given a stand down order, he said screw this and was getting ready to divert a team when his second in command had him arrested and removed from his post.

To hear Panetta tell it they were both in agreement not to do anything at the time and in fact said Ham was in DC when he wasn't.

Second: Although it is true some of my information is a year old, however, as far as what really went down and why Admiral Lyons gave that information and that explained all that happened and why no help was sent.

There was help available within 2 1/2 hours distance, there were actually more than 3 stand down orders given. 2 were given to the CIA Annex, a mile away from the Compound, finally after an hour had passed and the men at the Annex requested a 2nd time to assist and were told to stand down that is when Glenn & Tyrone ignored the second order and went to their aid (SO THERE ARE TWO STAND DOWN ORDERS)

There was also a 5 Man SF Tear One Team in Tripoli who were going to go and they were told to Stand Down (NOW WE ARE UP TO THREE),

Then you take the fighter wing out of Italy who have fighter jets fueled, armed and crew within 10 minutes of the jets which could have been on target within plenty of time but Admiral McRaven stated at the hearings that it was impossible to get fighter jets in the air that fast, they need Quote at least 12 to 24 hours, they don't just sit there gassed up, with armament and ready to go THAT IS PURE BS and anyone WHO HAS SERVED AND WORKED WITH JOINT OPS knew that was a LIE.

The Fighter Jets In Italy were also told to Stand Down (NOW WE ARE UP TO FOUR).

Next you take in the C-110 that was over Europe with a 40 man Tear One Sp Ops team in the air, who were 2 1/2 to 3 hours from B******i and they were told to STAND DOWN (NOW WE ARE UP TO 5),

Then you take General Ham, getting ready to deploy a DELTA TEAM and he was arrested and relieved within 45 seconds of saying Screw This. (NOW WE ARE UP TO SIX).

The U.S. government had the ability to “react and respond” to the B******i terrorist attack and could have had forces on the ground before the second wave of the assault began, a special operator with knowledge of the response told Fox News in an exclusive interview. Due to the explosive nature of his allegations, the special ops member asked to remain anonymous.

“I know for a fact that C 110, the EUCOM CIF, was doing a training exercise, not in the region of northern Africa, but in Europe. And they had the ability to react and respond,” he told Fox News.

The C 110 is a 40-man Special Ops force capable of rapid response and deployment, a group trained specifically for an event like the B******i attack, Fox News reports. The unit was training in Croatia on Sept. 11, 2012, just 3.5 hours away from B******i.

“They would have been there before the second attack,” the anonymous special operator said. “They would have been there at a minimum to provide a quick reaction force that could facilitate their exfil out of the problem situation.”

He continued: “Nobody knew how it was going to develop, and you hear a whole bunch of people and a whole bunch of advisors say, ‘Hey, we wouldn’t have sent them there because the security was unknown situation.’ If it’s an unknown situation, at a minimum you send forces there to facilitate the exfil or medical injuries. We could have sent a C 130 to B******i to provide medical evacuation for the injured.”


The special operator said there are members of special ops and other officials who are still active and involved in the situation. “They would be decapitated if they came forward with information that could affect high-level commanders,” he added.

While he says he doesn’t “blame them for not coming forward,” the special operator said members of the community feel betrayed and believe the betrayal goes all the way to the top. Further, the Special Ops community feels like the Americans in B******i were left to fend for themselves.

The White House has said from the beginning that there were no forces available to assist Americans in B******i on Sept. 11. Four Americans were k**led in the attack on the U.S. compound, including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens, State Department worker Sean Smith and former U.S. Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.

ARTICLE 2: The story as it truly unfolded

According to a report from the Washington Times, retired 4 Star Admiral James Lyons reveals the entire plot that led to the deaths of Americans in Libya that could have been prevented, who gave the orders, and why events took place as they tragically did. Admiral James Lyons is probably the highest ranking figure ever to intervene in a federal government criminal case, and testify. Thanks to this man’s dedication to his country and the t***h, we will finally know the t***h and who was responsible.

In his words Lyons says that the attack on B******i was a bungled kidnapping attempt to be perpetrated upon Ambassador Stevens. This was to appear to be a hostage exchange for a terrorist prisoner who was to be released in trade for a supposedly captured US ambassador. The trade would have been for Omar Abdel Rahman an international prisoner, known as the Blind Sheikh.

This apparent abduction by terrorists of our ambassador and then negotiated trade for the Blind Sheikh would have been the “October Surprise” that would have elevated President Obama’s f**gging popularity and boosted his approval ratings for a re-e******n. A dramatic prisoner exchange that saved our ambassador’s life However, something went horribly wrong. A cunning and illegal bit of treachery by the Obama White House turned into something entirely different. Obama’s October surprise turned into a carnage orchestrated by the White House itself as the President, Leon Panetta, and CIA Director, David Petraeus watched via a UAV real-time feed as a 7 hour attack on the B******i Embassy raged. Reportedly, stand down orders were given several times to different units within striking distance.

A plot of pure deception

With what should have been only a staged kidnapping of Ambassador J. Christian Stevens, instead, Navy Seals Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty refused a stand down order and began doing their job of protecting the ambassador using force. Immediately the well-trained Seals began inflicting heavy casualties upon the terrorists who thought they were merely in a cake walk to abduct Ambassador Stevens without mishap. As a result of the plan going awry, a massive attack arose from the anger of the terrorists who felt they had been betrayed by President Obama. In the aftermath of the battle which saw Navy Seal Glen Doherty k**led after the embassy had been overrun along with the ambassador’s staff. Ambassador Steven’s whose body showed up 5 hours later at a B******i hospital supposedly overcome by smoke, but as the initial foreign press reports indicated a much different outcome, in fact, Stevens was raped, tortured, and d**gged around B******i in retaliation for the botched Obama White House plan.If not for foreign press agents, who were there and saw, we would never have known the t***h as the sold out l*****t media of the US would have hidden this fact to aid President Obama’s campaign efforts.

Obama hands over Libya to Al Qaeda

Was this just a freak occurrence that belies the true nature of dealings in Libya with American diplomatic efforts, just one glitch in normal standard operating procedure? No, according to former Admiral Lyons and many others such as Glen Beck, who have all uncovered evidence that lead to much more sinister deeds being undertaken. Evidence of a working relationship between the US and its alleged terrorist enemies had already delivered Libya to the Al Qaeda terrorist organization through infiltration of the government, media, and general society prior to the r*******n against Muammar Gaddafi that toppled the dictator last year. That the US has worked with Al Qaeda awarding them security contracts for all US embassies and consulates as well as border protection has instead allowed Libya to become a haven for numerous terrorist operators who have automatic access to Libya’s territory to carry out their training. All this with the support and blessing of the Obama administration. This is not only unthinkable, but beyond excuse or rationalization. There should already be indictments for many in the state department, in the DOJ, all the way up to the oval office, yet, so far nothing has been done.

Treason plain and simple

It goes even farther than that. Evidence indicates that Ambassador Stevens was being used as an arms dealer to supply Jihadists in the region to support yet another uprising in Syria. Just prior to the murder of our ambassador, he was trying to locate guns that had been walked across Libya’s border through Turkey to other countries just as the ATF had done in operation Fast and Furious on the border of Mexico. These are not the actions of inexperience or bad intelligence. They are the actions of t*****rous intention. President Obama will, no doubt, be linked to these deaths and operations if Congress will only act, and do its duty in prosecuting a treasonous president who is endangering national security.

There is no where else for a Congressional investigation to turn other than naming the conspirators, determining when officials knew, and assembling the evidence that murder was committed on behalf of the White House to silence those who knew and could testify. Will the recent damning evidence now uncovered over the B******i fiasco thanks to Admiral James Lyons be implemented to convict the President of potential high treason, or will we see yet another case of criminal acts ignored and hidden at the expense of the American people? TO NAVYCWO: You are correct some of the articles are a year old, that is beside the point. All that is posted is fact proven, especially what Admiral Lyons had to say. NOW FOR AN UPDATE: Fifteen months after the Sept. 11 attack in B******i which k**led Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans, the narrative of the attack continues to be shaped, and reshaped, by politicians and the press.
But a New York Times report published over the weekend has angered sources who were on the ground that night. Those sources, who continue to face threats of losing their jobs, sharply challenged the Times’ findings that there was no involvement from Al Qaeda or any other international terror group and that an anti-Islam film played a role in inciting the initial wave of attacks.
“It was a coordinated attack. It is completely false to say anything else. … It is completely a lie,” one witness to the attack told Fox News.
Sean Smith, a foreign service officer, and former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were also k**led in the 2012 assault.
The controversial Times report has stirred a community that normally remains out of sight and wrestles with how to reveal the t***h, without revealing classified information.
Fox News has learned that the attack on the consulate started with fighters assembling to conduct an assault.
"Guys were coming into the compound, moving left, moving right…and using IMT (individual movement techniques). … That’s not a spontaneous attack,” one special operator said.
"One guy was shooting, one guy was running. There are guys watching the gates. … The bosses on the ground were pointing, commanding and coordinating -- that is a direct action planned attack."
The community of operators in Libya that night and since includes the CIA, FBI, U.S. military, U.S. State Department and contractors working for the United States in a number of capacities. According to multiple sources on the ground that night, all the intelligence personnel in B******i before the attack and there now understand Al Qaeda is a significant threat in Libya.
Recent reports also suggest that Libyan m*****a leader Ahmad Abu Khattallah is the mastermind of the attack and had no real connections to Al Qaeda or terrorist organizations.
Multiple sources, though, challenged that claim. They insist that while Khattallah was found responsible for the actions at the actual consulate and was essentially the ground force commander that night, he is also clearly tied to Ansar al-Sharia and to the broader terrorist network.
“There is direct evidence linking him before the attack and after the attack to terrorist groups. An opportunity came, and Khattallah conducted an assault on the consulate. To say that it wasn’t tied to Al Qaeda is completely false. There is literal evidence in many forms and shapes, directly linking him,” one source said.
Khattallah is also a member of the m*****a group the Libyan Shield, which was formed to protect B******i and is operating separate from Tripoli.
Other m*****as are not inclined to turn Khattallah in, because they are also tied to Ansar al-Sharia. Commanders from some of these m*****as thought to be friendly to the United States and who have worked with American special forces, the CIA and State Department personnel have flipped sides and affiliated with Ansar al-Sharia. Sources say the terrorist group is saturating the whole region of eastern Libya with money, training and personnel. "They are now the biggest organization in town,” one said.
Sources also tell Fox News that while Khattallah is responsible for the ground actions that night, he also reports to other commanders in Ansar al-Sharia. He is seen as a relatively small piece of the terror puzzle in the region, which includes Al Qaeda ambassadors. Some in the intelligence community call these terrorist ambassadors “Amirs,” and there has been one stationed in Libya for some time, as they are the liaison for intelligence and direction for operations. Libyan Shield, which has different offshoots in different locations, also has members directly affiliated with terrorist organizations and Al Qaeda. Bomb-making materials have been found with some of these groups as well.
Fox News has also learned there was a week of briefings by the head of counterintelligence in the entire region that identified Al Qaeda as the largest and most significant element infiltrating Libya, with the final briefing on Sept. 10.

Donald Trump all but accused The New York Times Monday of participating in a cover up of the 2012 attack on the U.S. compound in B******i, Libya by publishing an article claiming al-Qaida was not involved and that an anti-Islam video may have contributed to the deadly assault, as the Obama administration initially claimed.

"It seems to be a total cover up," the entertainment and real estate billionaire said on "Fox & Friends" about the Times piece published over the weekend. "I read [the article] very closely. It just seems to be at odds with everything else that you've read over the last year."

The Times reported Saturday that the attack on Sept 11, 2012 that left four Americans dead was caused, in part, by an American-made anti-Muslim video that set off an angry crowd initially. The newspaper also reported that no al-Qaida-affiliated or other terrorist groups participated in the attack, which the article claimed was carried out by members of various m*****a groups that had actually benefited from U.S. and NATO support during their o*******w of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.

Republicans and some people on the ground in B******i the night of the attack were critical of the article on Sunday talk shows.

Trump said during his appearance on Fox Monday that "nobody really understands the reason" for the Times story. But he ventured that it could be a "Hillary thing," suggesting the newspaper was attempting to help pave the way for a possible 2016 run for president by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who Republicans partly blame for security lapses at the B******i compound.

Last January, before leaving office, Clinton responded to questioning during a Republican-led hearing on Capitol Hill about how the attack started and who was responsible.

"What difference, at this point, does it make?" she said during one particular testy exchange with the panel.

On the Fox program, T***p w*ndered why those thought responsible for the attack have not been brought to justice, particularly if U.S. officials have identified some of them.

"We have their identity. We know who they are. We know where they are, and we don't go in and get them. So what is going on there?" he asked.

"It's such an amazing story, and such a sad story when you think of what happened. The fact that we were so unguarded and so vulnerable, and to have people k**led like this, our ambassador and others k**led like this, was terrible," Trump said, referring to U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans k**led in the attack.

“Rogue” U.S. General Arrested for Activating Special Forces Teams; Ignoring Libya Stand-Down Order

The official story surrounding the events of September 11, 2012 in B******i, Libya which left four Americans dead, has now officially fallen apart.

After numerous flips and flops by the Obama administration, which originally attempted to paint the incident as a Muslim outcry over an anti-Islamic video, whistle blowers throughout the U.S. government, including within the White House, the State Department, national intelligence agencies and the U.S.military have made available stunning details that suggest not only did operational commanders have live visual and audio communications from drones overhead and intelligence assets on the ground, but that some commanders within the military were prepared to go-it-alone after being told to “stand down.”

Africom commanding officer U.S. General Carter Ham, after being ordered to essentially surrender control of the situation to alleged Al Queda terrorists and let Americans on the ground die, made the unilateral decision to ignore orders from the Secretary of Defense and activated special operations teams at his disposal for immediate deployment to the area.

According to reports, once the General went rogue he was arrested within minutes by his second in command and relieved of duty.


“(The) basic principle is that you don’t deploy forces into harm’s way without knowing what’s going on; without having some real-time information about what’s taking place,” Panetta told Pentagon reporters. “And as a result of not having that kind of information, the commander who was on the ground in that area, Gen. Ham, Gen. Dempsey and I felt very strongly that we could not put forces at risk in that situation.”

The information I heard today was that General Ham as head of Africom received the same e-mails the White House received requesting help/support as the attack was taking place. General Ham immediately had a rapid response unit ready and communicated to the Pentagon that he had a unit ready.

General Ham then received the order to stand down. His response was to screw it, he was going to help anyhow. Within 30 seconds to a minute after making the move to respond, his second in command apprehended General Ham and told him that he was now relieved of his command.

The question now is whether the American people will hold to account the chain of command responsible for leaving our people behind, fabricating a politically expedient story, and continuing to sell the now defunct lie(s) even after all of their variations of the story were found to be false and misleading.

A General who made the decision to assist diplomatic and intelligence assets on the ground has been arrested and will likely be retired or worse, while those who ordered the removal of embassy security details and ordered U.S. forces to stand-down are left to go on about their business and likely risk more American lives in the future.

In some circles the actions of those at the very top of the command structure during the Bengzahi attacks would be considered t*****rous.

It has been claimed that CIA agents on the ground during the deadly attack on the U.S. Consulate in B******i twice asked for permission to help Ambassador Chris Stevens and twice were told to stand down.


Furthermore sources present during the deadly six-hour assault have said that a desperate last request for military assistance once the CIA themselves came under attack was denied, even though elite counter-terrorism units were only two hours away.


And it has been claimed there was full communication between the CIA annex in B******i and the U.S. military, casting further doubts on the Obama administration's assertion that there wasn't enough information to deploy forces - deepening the crisis over their handling of the attack on September 11th and its aftermath The lethal assault which led to the death of Ambassador Stevens and three other U.S. citizens began at 9.40 p.m. as the U.S Consulate came under fire from hostile Libyan forces.


According to Fox News, ex-Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods, who was part of a small team at the CIA annex about a mile from the consulate, asked his superiors if he could go and assist the embattled diplomatic compound.

However, they were told to 'stand down' and according to sources who spoke to the news channel were told to 'stand down' again after asking for a second time to help Ambassador Stevens and his staff.


Ignoring these orders, Woods and two others heroically made their way to the consulate which by now was ablaze and began firing on the attackers.

The quick reaction force which Woods was part of helped an evacuation of the main building and recovered the body of State Department staff member Sean Smith who had died in the initial attack.


However, the team from the CIA annex could not locate Ambassador Stevens and returned to their own base at around midnight where they came under attack themselves.


Immediately calling for assistance from Sigonella Air base in Italy which is two hours away, it is claimed that two separate special operations teams and air support were told to wait - despite the gun battle raging for four hours.

It is not known who denied the request for help for the CIA operatives on the ground at B******i.


If true these claims will radically change the perception of the field agents who were operating on the ground in B******i.

Previously criticised for providing inadequate security for the consulate staff, the new information shows intelligence operatives repeatedly tried to assist and in fact were denied their own requests for outside help.
Refuting the Defense Secretary Leon Panetta's claim yesterday that there simply wasn't enough information to responsibly deploy forces to Libya at the time of the attack, sources on the ground claim that communication was open throughout the attack.


Indeed, one member of the CIA team who was on the roof of the annex was in possession of a laser to guide aerial targets including drones and repeatedly requested backup from a Specter gunship to take out an attacker firing mortars.


According to sources familiar with the situation, the operative had visual contact with the Libyan mortar team and in addition was able to pinpoint positions from where the consulate attackers were firing from.


Yesterday Leon Panetta claimed that he and General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the U.S. military's Joint Chiefs of Staff, and General Carter Ham, head of the U.S. military's Africa Command, felt they couldn't 'put forces at risk in that situation.'

'This happened within a few hours and it was really over before, you know, we had the opportunity to really know what was happening,' said Panetta.


Furthermore, Fox News has learned that there were two military surveillance drones above the skies of B******i during the attack which would have been able to relay real time visuals of the assault to U.S. officials in the White House situation room and the Pentagon.


Tyrone Woods and another former Navy SEAL Glen Doherty were k**led by a mortar shell at 4 a.m. Libyan time, over six hours after the attack began and just one hour after relief from an American Quick Reaction Force sent from Tripoli had arrive.

This new information comes as President Barack Obama's response to the attacks in Libya has become a contentious issue in the hard-fought U.S. p**********l race, with Republican opponents raising questions about his administration's t***hfulness and competence.

Obama supporters have in turn accused Republicans of making unfounded accusations in an effort to score political points from the death of a U.S. ambassador and the three others k**led in the B******i attack.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Republican John Boehner, asked in a letter to Obama on Thursday about whether military options and assets were offered 'during and in the immediate aftermath of the terrorist attack.'

'Can you explain what options were presented to you or your staff, and why it appears assets were not allowed to be pre-positioned, let alone utilized?' Boehner asked.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta told Pentagon reporters that U.S. forces were on a heightened state of alert already because of the 11th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks on New York and Washington by al Qaeda.

In the aftermath of the attack, Panetta reminded reporters that the Pentagon deployed a Marine fleet anti-terrorist security team to Tripoli and had Navy ships off the coast.

'And we were prepared to respond to any contingency. And certainly had forces in place to do that,' he said.

The administration initially attributed the violence to protests over an anti-Islam film and said it was not premeditated. Obama and other officials have since said the incident was a deliberate terrorist attack.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has attributed the shifting explanation to 'the fog of war.'

A State Department email made public this week showed that two hours after the attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission compound in B******i, the Department's Operations Center advised officials at various U.S. agencies that a militant group called Ansar al-Sharia had claimed credit on Twitter and Facebook for the attacks.

U.S. officials, including Clinton, on Wednesday said that such Internet postings did not constitute hard evidence of who was responsible for the attacks.

The State Department has set up an independent review board to investigate the background and response to the attacks.

The U.S. Senate intelligence committee on Thursday said it will hold hearings in November - after the November 6 p**********l e******n - on security and intelligence issues raised by the September 11 attack in Libya.

American drones were in the skies above the U.S. consulate in B******i as the deadly attack that k**led ambassador Christopher Stevens unfolded, it has been revealed.


Defense department officials considered sending troops in to rescue the ambassador and staff, according to CBS News, but ultimately decided not to .


They would haven been able to watch the attack on-screen as it unfolded.


The revalations came a day after it emerged that U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens repeatedly pleaded with the State Department to ramp up his security team in Libya -- requests that the Pentagon ultimately denied -- in the weeks, days and hours leading up to the terrorist attack that k**led him and three other Americans, newly released cables have revealed.


Stevens, who was k**led in the 11 September attack on the U.S. consulate in B******i, warned the State Department of a 'security vacuum' in Libya 'that is being exploited by independent actors' in one cable that described rapidly deteriorating security conditions.


'Islamic extremists are able to attack the Red Cross with impunity,' he wrote. 'What we have seen are not random crimes of opportunity but rather targeted discriminate attacks.'

Stevens said the attackers would not be deterred 'until authorities are at least as capable.'

Just hours before his death, he sent the Pentagon a cable describing 'expanding Islamist influence in Dema,' a town east of B******i, and said he was seeing a 'troubling increase in violence and Islamist influence.'

Stevens recapped a meeting in which the commander of B******i's Supreme Security Council told him there is 'growing frustration with police and security forces
The cables were released by Republican Rep. Darrell Issa of California, the chairman of the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, which is investigating the security matters surrounding Stevens' death and questioning whether the State Department could have prevented the deadly attack.


Less than three weeks ahead of the p**********l e******n, Republicans are using the cables to attack President Obama on his foreign policy, despite the State Department's claim that it was solely responsible for the decisions to deny Stevens' requests for more security in Libya.

'These critical foreign policy decisions are not made by low or mid-level career officials -- they are typically made through a structured and well-reasoned process that includes the National Security Council and the White House,' Issa wrote in a letter to Obama on Friday.
The letter claims that Obama had a political motivation in rejecting Stevens' security requests, since the president was eager to show improving conditions in Libya after the U.S.-led international operation that toppled Libya dictator Moamar Gadhafi.


On Aug. 2, six weeks before Stevens was k**led, he requested 'protective detail bodyguard' positions, calling the security situation in Libya 'unpredictable, volatile and violent.'

A month earlier, he requested that the State Department extend his tour of duty personnel, which is a 16-man temporary security team trained in combating terrorism. The request was denied and the security team left 8 August.

Stevens had asked for the security team to stay through mid-September.

Colonel Andrew Wood, the leader of the security team that left Libya in the weeks before the terror attack, told CBS News that Stevens fought hard against losing the team.


'It was quite a degree of frustration on their part,' he said. 'They were -- I guess you could say -- clenched-fist over the whole issue.

The White House maintained publicly for a week that the attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya was a spontaneous mob upset about an anti-Islam video, even though it has now been revealed that they were informed within 24 hours of the attack that it was planned and carried out by militants.

'Your administration has not been straightforward with the American people in the aftermath of the attack,' Issa wrote in his letter to Obama.

In his Rose Garden address the morning after the k*****gs, Obama said, 'No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation, alter that character or eclipse the light of the values that we stand for.'


But Republicans say he was speaking generally and didn't specifically call the B******i attack a terror attack until weeks later, with the president and other key members of his administration referring at first to the anti-Muslim movie circulating on the Internet as a precipitating event.

Last week, the State Department said that it never believed the 11 September attack on the U.S. consulate was the result of a protest over an anti-Islam movie, contradicting previous statements.

The White House now says the attack probably was carried out by an al Qaida-linked group, with no public demonstration beforehand. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton blamed the 'fog of war' for the early conflicting accounts.


Issa's committee questioned State Department officials for hours about what Republican lawmakers said was lax security at the consulate, given the growth of extremist Islamic militants in North Africa.

Congressional aides are hoping to use Stevens' cables and information from State Department testimonies to build a timeline of what the intelligence community knew, compared to what the White House was telling the public about the attack. That could give Romney ammunition to use in his foreign policy debate with Obama on Monday night.

Reports have revealed that the CIA station chief in Libya compiled an intelligence briefing from eyewitnesses within 24 hours of the assault on the consulate that indicated militants launched the violence.


The briefing from the station chief was written late Wednesday, 12 September and reached intelligence agencies in Washington the next day, intelligence officials said.


Yet on Saturday of that week, briefing points sent by the CIA to Congress said 'demonstrations in B******i were spontaneously inspired by the protests at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo and evolved into a direct

The briefing points, obtained by the AP, added: 'There are indications that extremists participated in the violent demonstrations' but did not mention eyewitness accounts that blamed militants alone.


Such raw intelligence reports by the CIA on the ground would normally be sent first to analysts at the headquarters in Langley, Virginia, for vetting and comparing against other intelligence derived from eavesdropping drones and satellite images.


Only then would such intelligence generally be shared with the White House and later, Congress, a process that can take hours, or days if the intelligence is coming only from one or two sources who may or may not be trusted.


U.S. intelligence officials say in this case the delay was due in part to the time it took to analyze various conflicting accounts.


One official, speaking on condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to discuss the incident publicly, explained that 'it was clear a group of people gathered that evening' in B******i, but that the early question was 'whether extremists took over a crowd or they were the crowd.'


But that explanation has been met with concern in Congress.


The leader of an Islamist group has been named as a commander in last month's attack on the U.S. consulate in B******i that k**led three Americans including ambassador Christopher Stevens.

Ahmed Abu Khattala, who heads the B******i-based Ansar al-Sharia group, was closely involved in the September 11 assault, according to Libyan authorities.


Witnesses said they saw Abu Khattala lead the fatal assault, although his exact role has not been made clear.

The claims further link Ansar al-Sharia to the attack, the aftermath of which has triggered a diplomatic war of words between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney in the final run-up to next month's p**********l e******n.


Khattala remains at large and has yet to be questioned in relation to the consulate blaze.


A U.S. official last week said the Obama administration is tracking Khattala, but added that the assault was likely to have been an organised group effort and not the brainchild of one man.

The official told the New York Times: 'Ansar al-Sharia is not only a shadowy group, it’s also quite factionalised. There isn’t necessarily one overall military commander of the group.'


Khattala was a member of the Islamist opposition when Muammar Gaddaffi was alive and was imprisoned in the notorious Abu Salim jail. He was released last year and helped the rebels topple Gaddafi from power.


He then formed Ansar al-Sharia - which means 'supporters of Islamic law' - with other like-minded former political prisoners. The group now numbers between 100 and 200 fighters.
Last week, the State Department said that it never believed the September 11 attack on the U.S. consulate was the result of a protest over an anti-Islam movie, contradicting previous statements.


A dramatic new account revealed that Mr Stevens was locked inside a 'safe room' and choked to death from diesel-heavy smoke as the building around him burned to the ground.

Alongside him was a security guard, tasked with the impossible choice between staying in the deadly room, or facing the rocket-propelled grenades and machine-guns outside. Eventually the guard slipped through the window - and was cut down by the grenades.


No-one saw the ambassador alive again - another agent tried desperately to enter the safe-room, but could not find him anywhere.


The State Department's insistence that it never bought the story - as initially told by the White House and Susan Rice, U.S. ambassador to the UN - that a crude anti-Islam film made in California triggered the attack gave ammunition against Obama to the Romney campaign.


That came to the fore during Tuesday's second p**********l campaign debate in Hartley, New York.


Mr Obama said he accepted responsibility for the consulate attack but angrily denied there had been any sort of cover-up over the tragedy.


He said: 'The suggestion that anyone on my team would play politics when we lost four of our own is offensive.'


But Mr Romney was dumfounded when Mr Obama said that the day after the attack he had described it as an 'act of terror'. The transcript, however, made it unclear whether the President was speaking generally or more specifically about B******i.


During his Rose Garden address on September 12, the day following the attack in B******i, Mr Obama said: 'No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation, alter that character or eclipse the light of the values that we stand for.'


While he did therefore establish a link between the raid and 'terror' as a whole, he did not explicitly say that he believed it to have been conducted by terrorists.

And over the next few days, the President repeatedly linked the attack to protests against a U.S.-made YouTube video mocking the Prophet Muhammad which were sweeping the Muslim world at the time.


The surviving members of the compound have described the overnight attack, which saw agents trapped in the burning compound before finally speeding away.


As they drove through the crowd, attackers threw grenades and sprayed their armoured vehicle with gunfire from AK-47 assault rifles from a distance of two feet.


Meanwhile, the ambassador was locked in a safe-room as the compound filled with flames.


When the decision was made to escape the diesel-heavy smoke, it was too late, and Stevens never made it out.

BRITISH SECURITY FORCE ILL EQUIPPED OR TRAINED TO PROTECT AMBASSADOR STEVENS AND THE CONSULANT STAFF:

The State Department’s decision to hire Blue Mountain Group to guard the diplomatic mission in B******i entrusted security tasks to a little-known British company instead of the large firms it usually uses in overseas danger zones.

The contract was largely based on expediency, U.S. officials said, since no one knew how long the temporary mission would remain in the Libyan city.


The cradle of last year’s uprising that ended Muammar Gaddafi’s 42-year rule, B******i has been plagued by rising violence in recent months.


Security practices at the diplomatic compound, where Blue Mountain guards patrolled with flashlights and batons instead of guns, have come under U.S. government scrutiny in the wake of the September 11 attack that k**led U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.

Federal contract data shows that the B******i security contract, worth up to $783,284, was listed as a 'miscellaneous' award, not as part of the large master State Department contract that covers protection for overseas embassies.

'Blue Mountain was virtually unknown to the circles that studied private security contractors working for the United States, before the events in B******i,' said Charles Tiefer, a commissioner at the Commission on Wartime Contracting, which studied U.S. contracting in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

Several British government sources said that they were unfamiliar with Blue Mountain, which is based in Wales. They said British authorities used a different contractor for security protection in Libya.

Fred Burton, vice president of intelligence at the Stratfor consulting firm and a former U.S. diplomatic security agent, said he did not know Blue Mountain, but it likely got State Department work because it was already working in Libya.

Blue Mountain was able to work in Libya because it forged a business alliance with a local security firm, as required by Libyan regulations.

The firm hired about 20 Libyan men - including some who say they had minimal training - to screen visitors and help patrol the mission at B******i, according to Reuters interviews.


Some of the guards, who said they had been hired by Blue Mountain after a casual recruiting and screening process, sustained injuries and said they were ill-prepared to protect themselves or others when heavily armed militants last month stormed the rented villa that was serving as the mission.

The president, the vice-president and Hillary continued to spout the video/protest story long after they knew it was false, and the mainstream media kept mostly silent as long as it could. Even as late as the VP debate on October 14, Biden continued to defend the video story saying the administration was going on “the best intelligence we had at the time.”

By then, it had been confirmed that there never had been any protest against the video in Libya, and that the Obama line that B******i had been a spontaneous r**t that got out of hand as a result of the movie was utterly false! The only remaining question was whether the administration had knowingly lied or was merely innocently stupid. But it gets worse, much worse.

Last week Fox News obtained State Department e-mails revealing that shortly after 4 p.m. Eastern time on September 11, less than one hour after the assault in B******i began, the White House Situation Room knew the exact nature of it. An unmanned drone was circling the consulate in B******i and sending live video to Washington. It is now widely believed that the assault on the Consulate was streaming live in the White House Situation Room as it unfolded.

It is now all but certain that President Obama, VP Biden and others in the administration knew what was happening in B******i within an hour after the pre-planned terrorist attack began, which reportedly lasted 7-8 hours and left four Americans dead. The mainstream media also knew it shortly thereafter but failed to report the t***h. But that should not have surprised anyone, as the mainstream media is in the tank for Obama.

Why Were Requests For More Security Denied?

We now know that Ambassador Stevens sent cables to Washington emphasizing his growing concerns that the violence in B******i was escalating to the point that he feared for the safety of American diplomats, including himself. In fact, he sent one such e-mail on the morning of September 11 – the day he would be murdered.

What, you didn’t hear about this? Unless you have followed the Fox News coverage in recent weeks, you would not have heard about this elsewhere on mainstream television. Fox news has produced a series of Special Reports documenting what really happened in B******i. But there is even more to be alarmed and angry about.

What little was left of our security forces in B******i was housed at the so-called Annex Building located about a mile from the US Embassy building there. When the terrorist attack on the Consulate began, our security forces at the Annex could hear the gunshots and mortar attacks on the Embassy. They repeatedly requested permission to move to the Consulate to try to save the Americans there. Those requests were denied more than once.

Denied by whom? We’ll come back to that shortly.

At one point, former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty defied orders to stay put at the Annex and went to the Embassy a mile away. They fought against overwhelming odds, and were successful in saving numerous lives. Eventually, the night-long fight moved from the burned-out Embassy to the Annex building where Woods and Doherty died on the rooftop. No assistance ever arrived or was authorized.

The US had troops and equipment in southern Italy, less than two hours away. Why weren’t they deployed? We had support forces in Tripoli, Libya. Why weren’t they deployed until too late to save Americans’ lives? We may never know exactly why.

Obama Administration Blamed It On a Video

We also may never know why President Obama and his administration decided to concoct the story that there was a mass demonstration at the Embassy in B******i over a controversial anti-Muslim video. They had to know that subsequent video from the scene would prove that there was no demonstration at the Embassy on September 11. But they went with this story anyway – for over two weeks, despite mounting evidence to the contrary.

We may also never know why requests by the people at the Annex who wanted to go to the Embassy to help save Americans were denied, or that other troops and equipment within reach were ordered not to deploy. This is such a travesty!

The only plausible explanation is that President Obama and his closest advisers felt that it was too big a risk to admit that a major terrorist attack that k**led four Americans happened on his watch, just weeks before the p**********l e******n.

But the facts are out there now, despite their repeated attempts to blame it on a video that was not even a factor in the terrorist attack in B******i. There was no mass demonstration at the Embassy. None at all. Now who’s to blame?

President Obama ordered a full-scale investigation into the events that occurred in B******i. What else is new? The president and his staff (Hillary included) continued to maintain that they did not know what really happened in B******i, despite mounting evidence that they had a live video feed from the scene in the White House within an hour or less after the attack began.

As the t***h began to be known, the Obama administration had to look for somewhere else to lay the blame for not ordering any forces to come to the aid of the Embassy. They chose initially to blame the CIA. OOPS, not a good idea.

Four-Star General David Petraeus, Director of the CIA, and perhaps the most respected military man of our time, refused to let Obama “throw him under the bus,” and wasted no time in responding to the allegations that the CIA dropped the ball in defending our diplomats in B******i. Petraeus is above politics, but he was not about to let this president blame the CIA for what happened in B******i.

General Petraeus Throws Obama Under the Bus

The CIA released the following official statement late last week in response to Obama administration suggestions that the CIA ordered its operatives in the region to “stand down”:

“We can say with confidence that the Agency reacted quickly to aid our colleagues during that terrible evening in B******i. Moreover, no one at any level in the CIA told anybody not to help those in need; claims to the contrary are simply inaccurate. In fact, it is important to remember how many lives were saved by courageous Americans who put their own safety at risk that night—and that some of those selfless Americans gave their lives in the effort to rescue their comrades.” [Emphasis added.]

It is increasingly clear now that the order for the security forces at the Annex to stand down came from the White House. It has been reported that President Obama, Vice-President Biden and Defense Secretary Panetta were all meeting in the White House on September 11 when our Embassy in B******i was attacked. As noted above, it is believed that they had a live video feed from the scene within the first hour of the attack. If true, they knew exactly what was happening.

If these reports are accurate, the decision not to send help to our Embassy almost certainly came from President Obama. The question is, why? Some have speculated that the video feed from the drone circling the Embassy might not have been clear enough to tell the bad guys from the good guys. Maybe so, but the good guys were assumed to be holed-up inside in the so-called “safe house.” That’s what they are trained to do in case of an attack.

On Thursday of last week, Defense Secretary Panetta stated that the US military did not quickly intervene during the attack on the Consulate in Libya last month because military leaders did not have adequate intelligence information and felt they should not put American forces at risk. Specifically, he said:

“…you don't deploy forces into harm's way without knowing what's going on; without having some real-time information about what's taking place.”

At the end of the day, this all boils down to whether the White House had a live video feed of the events unfolding in the B******i attack. The evidence (for those willing to look) is overwhelming that Obama, Biden and Panetta were watching the events in B******i on September 11 in real time within the first hour of the 7-8 hour attack. If so, how could they not do something?

Even worse, someone issued two orders for the security forces at the Annex, only a mile away from the Consulate, to stand down and not go to the Embassy to render assistance against the terrorists. If the president was watching the live video feed, then I maintain that such orders could only have come from him.

Whether or not those security forces could have prevented the murders of four Americans, including Chris Stevens, our Ambassador to Libya, is unknown. The point is, they were ordered to stand down – twice. Four brave Americans are dead and our Embassy compound was ransacked and burned. We did nothing to stop it. That is all we need to know.

Finally, it would be much easier for Americans to accept the tragedy in B******i if the president, the vice president and Hillary had not purposely lied about what happened that fateful night. If they did nothing wrong, why did they have to lie about it? That is the question.

Washington, D.C. (April 30, 2013) – Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA), chief sponsor of legislation to create a House Select Committee on the Terrorist Attack in B******i, today released the following statement regarding a report on Fox News last night in which a U.S. Special Operations member with knowledge of the events in B******i, Libya on September 11, 2012 said U.S. forces were close enough to B******i that they could have responded, contradicting the Obama Administration’s repeated narrative there was no help available nearby:
“Last night, I watched a member of the Special Operations community confirm what I have suspected for months: There is a White House cover up of what happened in B******i, where four Americans lost their lives and several others were seriously injured.
“The operator, whose face was blacked out and voice was altered, said: ‘The problem is you’ve got guys in the special ops community who are still active and still involved, and they would be decapitated if they came forward with information that could affect high level commanders … I don’t blame them for not coming forward. It’s something that is risky, especially in our line of profession, to say anything in the realm of politics or that deals with policy.’
“This supports allegations we have repeatedly heard about administration intimidation of B******i whistleblowers by White House lawyers. And if what President Obama said today in his press conference was true – that the State Department has been forthcoming with information about this attack – why are we just now hearing reports like these?
“I can assure the president that the State Department has not been forthcoming. I have been waiting two months for a response to my March 1 letter requesting the condition and location of department employees wounded in the terrorist attack. To date, my letter has gone unanswered.
“It is clear that the administration just wants the issue of B******i to go away, but I sincerely hope that Congress will not aid this White House cover up of the mistakes made by high-level members of the administration that cost four brave Americans their lives.
“The majority of the majority – 134 House Republicans to be exact – have stood up to this cover up by cosponsoring my legislation to create a select committee, H. Res. 36. Just one week has passed since the release of the interim progress report on B******i by the five committees currently investigating the attack, and already 14 more Members of Congress have signed on.
“Today, Sens. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH), John McCain (R-AZ) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) spoke out in support of a select committee. This proves what I’ve been saying all along: A select committee is the only possible way that the American people, the Congress and the victims’ families will ever know what happened that night and how to prevent an attack like this in the future.
“The special operator from last night’s report admitted that people are afraid to come forward and explain what they know to the Congress. A select committee’s comprehensive jurisdiction and subpoena authority would hold everyone accountable and protect federal agency employees who feel a duty to testify, but may be pressured not to by the administration. Frankly, to do nothing would jeopardize the national security of the United States.
“The interim progress report left us with more questions than answers, and the five committees have been unresponsive to follow-up questions since the report was released. Since then, members of the Special Operations military community have renewed their support of a select committee by publicly speaking out on national television and radio programs, such as the report last night. And further, it’s clear that my colleagues have heard from their constituents while at home during the recess this week as four of the 14 new cosponsors signed on since yesterday, proving that the current multi-committee investigation is too weak, too lacking in new information and too slow.
“This isn’t about ‘winning’ a political game – in fact, part of the appeal of a select committee is its bipartisan nature – but is instead about bringing justice to the families of four brave Americans who died at the hands of anti-American terrorists, honoring the victims and ensuring that we prevent other similar attacks. There have been many theories and accusations about the B******i fiasco that not only cost Ambassador J. Christian Stevens his life, but the lives of his staff and one Navy Seal body-guard as well. This action which led to a complete conf**gration of terrorist attacks against US diplomatic buildings throughout the Middle East and North Africa still remains largely uninvestigated by the government, unprosecuted by AG Eric Holder’s Depart of Justice, and refuses to bring the guilty parties to justice while many know the t***h and are not coming forward. Even though President Obama is implicated in this overseas tragedy still the t***h has not emerged.

That has all changed. Finally, an authoritative figure with the proper credentials has stepped up to the plate to tell the true story of what did happen without the lies and cover-ups that have so far kept those guilty of murder from standing trial. The admission on the part of this man will likely blow the B******i scandal wide open and lead to arrests if we can get our legal system to act as it should. That, however, is a big if.

The story as it truly unfolded

According to a report from the Washington Times, retired 4 Star Admiral James Lyons reveals the entire plot that led to the deaths of Americans in Libya that could have been prevented, who gave the orders, and why events took place as they tragically did. Admiral James Lyons is probably the highest ranking figure ever to intervene in a federal government criminal case, and testify. Thanks to this man’s dedication to his country and the t***h, we will finally know the t***h and who was responsible.

In his words Lyons says that the attack on B******i was a bungled kidnapping attempt to be perpetrated upon Ambassador Stevens. This was to appear to be a hostage exchange for a terrorist prisoner who was to be released in trade for a supposedly captured US ambassador. The trade would have been for Omar Abdel Rahman an international prisoner, known as the Blind Sheikh.

This apparent abduction by terrorists of our ambassador and then negotiated trade for the Blind Sheikh would have been the “October Surprise” that would have elevated President Obama’s f**gging popularity and boosted his approval ratings for a re-e******n. A dramatic prisoner exchange that saved our ambassador’s life However, something went horribly wrong. A cunning and illegal bit of treachery by the Obama White House turned into something entirely different. Obama’s October surprise turned into a carnage orchestrated by the White House itself as the President, Leon Panetta, and CIA Director, David Petraeus watched via a UAV real-time feed as a 7 hour attack on the B******i Embassy raged. Reportedly, stand down orders were given several times to different units within striking distance.

A plot of pure deception

With what should have been only a staged kidnapping of Ambassador J. Christian Stevens, instead, Navy Seals Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty refused a stand down order and began doing their job of protecting the ambassador using force. Immediately the well-trained Seals began inflicting heavy casualties upon the terrorists who thought they were merely in a cake walk to abduct Ambassador Stevens without mishap. As a result of the plan going awry, a massive attack arose from the anger of the terrorists who felt they had been betrayed by President Obama. In the aftermath of the battle which saw Navy Seal Glen Doherty k**led after the embassy had been overrun along with the ambassador’s staff. Ambassador Steven’s whose body showed up 5 hours later at a B******i hospital supposedly overcome by smoke, but as the initial foreign press reports indicated a much different outcome, in fact, Stevens was raped, tortured, and d**gged around B******i in retaliation for the botched Obama White House plan.If not for foreign press agents, who were there and saw, we would never have known the t***h as the sold out l*****t media of the US would have hidden this fact to aid President Obama’s campaign efforts.

Obama hands over Libya to Al Qaeda

Was this just a freak occurrence that belies the true nature of dealings in Libya with American diplomatic efforts, just one glitch in normal standard operating procedure? No, according to former Admiral Lyons and many others such as Glen Beck, who have all uncovered evidence that lead to much more sinister deeds being undertaken. Evidence of a working relationship between the US and its alleged terrorist enemies had already delivered Libya to the Al Qaeda terrorist organization through infiltration of the government, media, and general society prior to the r*******n against Muammar Gaddafi that toppled the dictator last year. That the US has worked with Al Qaeda awarding them security contracts for all US embassies and consulates as well as border protection has instead allowed Libya to become a haven for numerous terrorist operators who have automatic access to Libya’s territory to carry out their training. All this with the support and blessing of the Obama administration. This is not only unthinkable, but beyond excuse or rationalization. There should already be indictments for many in the state department, in the DOJ, all the way up to the oval office, yet, so far nothing has been done.

Treason plain and simple

It goes even farther than that. Evidence indicates that Ambassador Stevens was being used as an arms dealer to supply Jihadists in the region to support yet another uprising in Syria. Just prior to the murder of our ambassador, he was trying to locate guns that had been walked across Libya’s border through Turkey to other countries just as the ATF had done in operation Fast and Furious on the border of Mexico. These are not the actions of inexperience or bad intelligence. They are the actions of t*****rous intention. President Obama will, no doubt, be linked to these deaths and operations if Congress will only act, and do its duty in prosecuting a treasonous president who is endangering national security.

There is no where else for a Congressional investigation to turn other than naming the conspirators, determining when officials knew, and assembling the evidence that murder was committed on behalf of the White House to silence those who knew and could testify. The Republicans have missed opportunities to discredit the President, to impeach Obama in the wake of waging war against Libya without Congressional approval, and allowed executive privilege to quash subpoenaed demands for evidence on Fast and Furious never released by AG Eric Holder. John Boehner, Speaker of the House, has refused to exercise initiative whenever the GOP could have used much-needed momentum to stem the tide against the incessant assaults against state’s rights, constitutional rights, and the traditional institutions of America. Will the recent damning evidence now uncovered over the B******i fiasco thanks to Admiral James Lyons be implemented to convict the President of potential high treason, or will we see yet another case of criminal acts ignored and hidden at the expense of the American people? If you bother to take interest and act as a responsible citizens contact your congressman and demand action!

The official story surrounding the events of September 11, 2012 in B******i, Libya which left four Americans dead, has now officially fallen apart.

After numerous flips and flops by the Obama administration, which originally attempted to paint the incident as a Muslim outcry over an anti-Islamic video, whistle blowers throughout the U.S. government, including within the White House, the State Department, national intelligence agencies and the U.S.military have made available stunning details that suggest not only did operational commanders have live visual and audio communications from drones overhead and intelligence assets on the ground, but that some commanders within the military were prepared to go-it-alone after being told to “stand down.”

Africom commanding officer U.S. General Carter Ham, after being ordered to essentially surrender control of the situation to alleged Al Queda terrorists and let Americans on the ground die, made the unilateral decision to ignore orders from the Secretary of Defense and activated special operations teams at his disposal for immediate deployment to the area.

According to reports, once the General went rogue he was arrested within minutes by his second in command and relieved of duty.


“(The) basic principle is that you don’t deploy forces into harm’s way without knowing what’s going on; without having some real-time information about what’s taking place,” Panetta told Pentagon reporters. “And as a result of not having that kind of information, the commander who was on the ground in that area, Gen. Ham, Gen. Dempsey and I felt very strongly that we could not put forces at risk in that situation.”

The information I heard today was that General Ham as head of Africom received the same e-mails the White House received requesting help/support as the attack was taking place. General Ham immediately had a rapid response unit ready and communicated to the Pentagon that he had a unit ready.

General Ham then received the order to stand down. His response was to screw it, he was going to help anyhow. Within 30 seconds to a minute after making the move to respond, his second in command apprehended General Ham and told him that he was now relieved of his command.

The question now is whether the American people will hold to account the chain of command responsible for leaving our people behind, fabricating a politically expedient story, and continuing to sell the now defunct lie(s) even after all of their variations of the story were found to be false and misleading.

A General who made the decision to assist diplomatic and intelligence assets on the ground has been arrested and will likely be retired or worse, while those who ordered the removal of embassy security details and ordered U.S. forces to stand-down are left to go on about their business and likely risk more American lives in the future.

In some circles the actions of those at the very top of the command structure during the Bengzahi attacks would be considered t*****rous.

It has been claimed that CIA agents on the ground during the deadly attack on the U.S. Consulate in B******i twice asked for permission to help Ambassador Chris Stevens and twice were told to stand down.


Furthermore sources present during the deadly six-hour assault have said that a desperate last request for military assistance once the CIA themselves came under attack was denied, even though elite counter-terrorism units were only two hours away.


And it has been claimed there was full communication between the CIA annex in B******i and the U.S. military, casting further doubts on the Obama administration's assertion that there wasn't enough information to deploy forces - deepening the crisis over their handling of the attack on September 11th and its aftermath The lethal assault which led to the death of Ambassador Stevens and three other U.S. citizens began at 9.40 p.m. as the U.S Consulate came under fire from hostile Libyan forces.


According to Fox News, ex-Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods, who was part of a small team at the CIA annex about a mile from the consulate, asked his superiors if he could go and assist the embattled diplomatic compound.

However, they were told to 'stand down' and according to sources who spoke to the news channel were told to 'stand down' again after asking for a second time to help Ambassador Stevens and his staff.


Ignoring these orders, Woods and two others heroically made their way to the consulate which by now was ablaze and began firing on the attackers.

The quick reaction force which Woods was part of helped an evacuation of the main building and recovered the body of State Department staff member Sean Smith who had died in the initial attack.


However, the team from the CIA annex could not locate Ambassador Stevens and returned to their own base at around midnight where they came under attack themselves.


Immediately calling for assistance from Sigonella Air base in Italy which is two hours away, it is claimed that two separate special operations teams and air support were told to wait - despite the gun battle raging for four hours.

It is not known who denied the request for help for the CIA operatives on the ground at B******i.


If true these claims will radically change the perception of the field agents who were operating on the ground in B******i.

Previously criticised for providing inadequate security for the consulate staff, the new information shows intelligence operatives repeatedly tried to assist and in fact were denied their own requests for outside help.
Refuting the Defense Secretary Leon Panetta's claim yesterday that there simply wasn't enough information to responsibly deploy forces to Libya at the time of the attack, sources on the ground claim that communication was open throughout the attack.


Indeed, one member of the CIA team who was on the roof of the annex was in possession of a laser to guide aerial targets including drones and repeatedly requested backup from a Specter gunship to take out an attacker firing mortars.


According to sources familiar with the situation, the operative had visual contact with the Libyan mortar team and in addition was able to pinpoint positions from where the consulate attackers were firing from.


Yesterday Leon Panetta claimed that he and General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the U.S. military's Joint Chiefs of Staff, and General Carter Ham, head of the U.S. military's Africa Command, felt they couldn't 'put forces at risk in that situation.'

'This happened within a few hours and it was really over before, you know, we had the opportunity to really know what was happening,' said Panetta.


Furthermore, Fox News has learned that there were two military surveillance drones above the skies of B******i during the attack which would have been able to relay real time visuals of the assault to U.S. officials in the White House situation room and the Pentagon.


Tyrone Woods and another former Navy SEAL Glen Doherty were k**led by a mortar shell at 4 a.m. Libyan time, over six hours after the attack began and just one hour after relief from an American Quick Reaction Force sent from Tripoli had arrive.

This new information comes as President Barack Obama's response to the attacks in Libya has become a contentious issue in the hard-fought U.S. p**********l race, with Republican opponents raising questions about his administration's t***hfulness and competence.

Obama supporters have in turn accused Republicans of making unfounded accusations in an effort to score political points from the death of a U.S. ambassador and the three others k**led in the B******i attack.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Republican John Boehner, asked in a letter to Obama on Thursday about whether military options and assets were offered 'during and in the immediate aftermath of the terrorist attack.'

'Can you explain what options were presented to you or your staff, and why it appears assets were not allowed to be pre-positioned, let alone utilized?' Boehner asked.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta told Pentagon reporters that U.S. forces were on a heightened state of alert already because of the 11th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks on New York and Washington by al Qaeda.

In the aftermath of the attack, Panetta reminded reporters that the Pentagon deployed a Marine fleet anti-terrorist security team to Tripoli and had Navy ships off the coast.

'And we were prepared to respond to any contingency. And certainly had forces in place to do that,' he said.

The administration initially attributed the violence to protests over an anti-Islam film and said it was not premeditated. Obama and other officials have since said the incident was a deliberate terrorist attack.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has attributed the shifting explanation to 'the fog of war.'

A State Department email made public this week showed that two hours after the attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission compound in B******i, the Department's Operations Center advised officials at various U.S. agencies that a militant group called Ansar al-Sharia had claimed credit on Twitter and Facebook for the attacks.

U.S. officials, including Clinton, on Wednesday said that such Internet postings did not constitute hard evidence of who was responsible for the attacks.

The State Department has set up an independent review board to investigate the background and response to the attacks.

The U.S. Senate intelligence committee on Thursday said it will hold hearings in November - after the November 6 p**********l e******n - on security and intelligence issues raised by the September 11 attack in Libya.

American drones were in the skies above the U.S. consulate in B******i as the deadly attack that k**led ambassador Christopher Stevens unfolded, it has been revealed.


Defense department officials considered sending troops in to rescue the ambassador and staff, according to CBS News, but ultimately decided not to .


They would haven been able to watch the attack on-screen as it unfolded.


The revalations came a day after it emerged that U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens repeatedly pleaded with the State Department to ramp up his security team in Libya -- requests that the Pentagon ultimately denied -- in the weeks, days and hours leading up to the terrorist attack that k**led him and three other Americans, newly released cables have revealed.


Stevens, who was k**led in the 11 September attack on the U.S. consulate in B******i, warned the State Department of a 'security vacuum' in Libya 'that is being exploited by independent actors' in one cable that described rapidly deteriorating security conditions.


'Islamic extremists are able to attack the Red Cross with impunity,' he wrote. 'What we have seen are not random crimes of opportunity but rather targeted discriminate attacks.'

Stevens said the attackers would not be deterred 'until authorities are at least as capable.'

Just hours before his death, he sent the Pentagon a cable describing 'expanding Islamist influence in Dema,' a town east of B******i, and said he was seeing a 'troubling increase in violence and Islamist influence.'

Stevens recapped a meeting in which the commander of B******i's Supreme Security Council told him there is 'growing frustration with police and security forces
The cables were released by Republican Rep. Darrell Issa of California, the chairman of the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, which is investigating the security matters surrounding Stevens' death and questioning whether the State Department could have prevented the deadly attack.


Less than three weeks ahead of the p**********l e******n, Republicans are using the cables to attack President Obama on his foreign policy, despite the State Department's claim that it was solely responsible for the decisions to deny Stevens' requests for more security in Libya.

'These critical foreign policy decisions are not made by low or mid-level career officials -- they are typically made through a structured and well-reasoned process that includes the National Security Council and the White House,' Issa wrote in a letter to Obama on Friday.
The letter claims that Obama had a political motivation in rejecting Stevens' security requests, since the president was eager to show improving conditions in Libya after the U.S.-led international operation that toppled Libya dictator Moamar Gadhafi.


On Aug. 2, six weeks before Stevens was k**led, he requested 'protective detail bodyguard' positions, calling the security situation in Libya 'unpredictable, volatile and violent.'

A month earlier, he requested that the State Department extend his tour of duty personnel, which is a 16-man temporary security team trained in combating terrorism. The request was denied and the security team left 8 August.

Stevens had asked for the security team to stay through mid-September.

Colonel Andrew Wood, the leader of the security team that left Libya in the weeks before the terror attack, told CBS News that Stevens fought hard against losing the team.


'It was quite a degree of frustration on their part,' he said. 'They were -- I guess you could say -- clenched-fist over the whole issue.

The White House maintained publicly for a week that the attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya was a spontaneous mob upset about an anti-Islam video, even though it has now been revealed that they were informed within 24 hours of the attack that it was planned and carried out by militants.

'Your administration has not been straightforward with the American people in the aftermath of the attack,' Issa wrote in his letter to Obama.

In his Rose Garden address the morning after the k*****gs, Obama said, 'No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation, alter that character or eclipse the light of the values that we stand for.'


But Republicans say he was speaking generally and didn't specifically call the B******i attack a terror attack until weeks later, with the president and other key members of his administration referring at first to the anti-Muslim movie circulating on the Internet as a precipitating event.

Last week, the State Department said that it never believed the 11 September attack on the U.S. consulate was the result of a protest over an anti-Islam movie, contradicting previous statements.

The White House now says the attack probably was carried out by an al Qaida-linked group, with no public demonstration beforehand. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton blamed the 'fog of war' for the early conflicting accounts.


Issa's committee questioned State Department officials for hours about what Republican lawmakers said was lax security at the consulate, given the growth of extremist Islamic militants in North Africa.

Congressional aides are hoping to use Stevens' cables and information from State Department testimonies to build a timeline of what the intelligence community knew, compared to what the White House was telling the public about the attack. That could give Romney ammunition to use in his foreign policy debate with Obama on Monday night.

Reports have revealed that the CIA station chief in Libya compiled an intelligence briefing from eyewitnesses within 24 hours of the assault on the consulate that indicated militants launched the violence.


The briefing from the station chief was written late Wednesday, 12 September and reached intelligence agencies in Washington the next day, intelligence officials said.


Yet on Saturday of that week, briefing points sent by the CIA to Congress said 'demonstrations in B******i were spontaneously inspired by the protests at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo and evolved into a direct

The briefing points, obtained by the AP, added: 'There are indications that extremists participated in the violent demonstrations' but did not mention eyewitness accounts that blamed militants alone.


Such raw intelligence reports by the CIA on the ground would normally be sent first to analysts at the headquarters in Langley, Virginia, for vetting and comparing against other intelligence derived from eavesdropping drones and satellite images.


Only then would such intelligence generally be shared with the White House and later, Congress, a process that can take hours, or days if the intelligence is coming only from one or two sources who may or may not be trusted.


U.S. intelligence officials say in this case the delay was due in part to the time it took to analyze various conflicting accounts.


One official, speaking on condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to discuss the incident publicly, explained that 'it was clear a group of people gathered that evening' in B******i, but that the early question was 'whether extremists took over a crowd or they were the crowd.'


But that explanation has been met with concern in Congress.


The leader of an Islamist group has been named as a commander in last month's attack on the U.S. consulate in B******i that k**led three Americans including ambassador Christopher Stevens.

Ahmed Abu Khattala, who heads the B******i-based Ansar al-Sharia group, was closely involved in the September 11 assault, according to Libyan authorities.


Witnesses said they saw Abu Khattala lead the fatal assault, although his exact role has not been made clear.

The claims further link Ansar al-Sharia to the attack, the aftermath of which has triggered a diplomatic war of words between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney in the final run-up to next month's p**********l e******n.


Khattala remains at large and has yet to be questioned in relation to the consulate blaze.


A U.S. official last week said the Obama administration is tracking Khattala, but added that the assault was likely to have been an organised group effort and not the brainchild of one man.

The official told the New York Times: 'Ansar al-Sharia is not only a shadowy group, it’s also quite factionalised. There isn’t necessarily one overall military commander of the group.'


Khattala was a member of the Islamist opposition when Muammar Gaddaffi was alive and was imprisoned in the notorious Abu Salim jail. He was released last year and helped the rebels topple Gaddafi from power.


He then formed Ansar al-Sharia - which means 'supporters of Islamic law' - with other like-minded former political prisoners. The group now numbers between 100 and 200 fighters.
Last week, the State Department said that it never believed the September 11 attack on the U.S. consulate was the result of a protest over an anti-Islam movie, contradicting previous statements.


A dramatic new account revealed that Mr Stevens was locked inside a 'safe room' and choked to death from diesel-heavy smoke as the building around him burned to the ground.

Alongside him was a security guard, tasked with the impossible choice between staying in the deadly room, or facing the rocket-propelled grenades and machine-guns outside. Eventually the guard slipped through the window - and was cut down by the grenades.


No-one saw the ambassador alive again - another agent tried desperately to enter the safe-room, but could not find him anywhere.


The State Department's insistence that it never bought the story - as initially told by the White House and Susan Rice, U.S. ambassador to the UN - that a crude anti-Islam film made in California triggered the attack gave ammunition against Obama to the Romney campaign.


That came to the fore during Tuesday's second p**********l campaign debate in Hartley, New York.


Mr Obama said he accepted responsibility for the consulate attack but angrily denied there had been any sort of cover-up over the tragedy.


He said: 'The suggestion that anyone on my team would play politics when we lost four of our own is offensive.'


But Mr Romney was dumfounded when Mr Obama said that the day after the attack he had described it as an 'act of terror'. The transcript, however, made it unclear whether the President was speaking generally or more specifically about B******i.


During his Rose Garden address on September 12, the day following the attack in B******i, Mr Obama said: 'No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation, alter that character or eclipse the light of the values that we stand for.'


While he did therefore establish a link between the raid and 'terror' as a whole, he did not explicitly say that he believed it to have been conducted by terrorists.

And over the next few days, the President repeatedly linked the attack to protests against a U.S.-made YouTube video mocking the Prophet Muhammad which were sweeping the Muslim world at the time.


The surviving members of the compound have described the overnight attack, which saw agents trapped in the burning compound before finally speeding away.


As they drove through the crowd, attackers threw grenades and sprayed their armoured vehicle with gunfire from AK-47 assault rifles from a distance of two feet.


Meanwhile, the ambassador was locked in a safe-room as the compound filled with flames.


When the decision was made to escape the diesel-heavy smoke, it was too late, and Stevens never made it out.

BRITISH SECURITY FORCE ILL EQUIPPED OR TRAINED TO PROTECT AMBASSADOR STEVENS AND THE CONSULANT STAFF:

The State Department’s decision to hire Blue Mountain Group to guard the diplomatic mission in B******i entrusted security tasks to a little-known British company instead of the large firms it usually uses in overseas danger zones.

The contract was largely based on expediency, U.S. officials said, since no one knew how long the temporary mission would remain in the Libyan city.


The cradle of last year’s uprising that ended Muammar Gaddafi’s 42-year rule, B******i has been plagued by rising violence in recent months.


Security practices at the diplomatic compound, where Blue Mountain guards patrolled with flashlights and batons instead of guns, have come under U.S. government scrutiny in the wake of the September 11 attack that k**led U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.

Federal contract data shows that the B******i security contract, worth up to $783,284, was listed as a 'miscellaneous' award, not as part of the large master State Department contract that covers protection for overseas embassies.

'Blue Mountain was virtually unknown to the circles that studied private security contractors working for the United States, before the events in B******i,' said Charles Tiefer, a commissioner at the Commission on Wartime Contracting, which studied U.S. contracting in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

Several British government sources said that they were unfamiliar with Blue Mountain, which is based in Wales. They said British authorities used a different contractor for security protection in Libya.

Fred Burton, vice president of intelligence at the Stratfor consulting firm and a former U.S. diplomatic security agent, said he did not know Blue Mountain, but it likely got State Department work because it was already working in Libya.

Blue Mountain was able to work in Libya because it forged a business alliance with a local security firm, as required by Libyan regulations.

The firm hired about 20 Libyan men - including some who say they had minimal training - to screen visitors and help patrol the mission at B******i, according to Reuters interviews.


Some of the guards, who said they had been hired by Blue Mountain after a casual recruiting and screening process, sustained injuries and said they were ill-prepared to protect themselves or others when heavily armed militants last month stormed the rented villa that was serving as the mission.

The president, the vice-president and Hillary continued to spout the video/protest story long after they knew it was false, and the mainstream media kept mostly silent as long as it could. Even as late as the VP debate on October 14, Biden continued to defend the video story saying the administration was going on “the best intelligence we had at the time.”

By then, it had been confirmed that there never had been any protest against the video in Libya, and that the Obama line that B******i had been a spontaneous r**t that got out of hand as a result of the movie was utterly false! The only remaining question was whether the administration had knowingly lied or was merely innocently stupid. But it gets worse, much worse.

Last week Fox News obtained State Department e-mails revealing that shortly after 4 p.m. Eastern time on September 11, less than one hour after the assault in B******i began, the White House Situation Room knew the exact nature of it. An unmanned drone was circling the consulate in B******i and sending live video to Washington. It is now widely believed that the assault on the Consulate was streaming live in the White House Situation Room as it unfolded.

It is now all but certain that President Obama, VP Biden and others in the administration knew what was happening in B******i within an hour after the pre-planned terrorist attack began, which reportedly lasted 7-8 hours and left four Americans dead. The mainstream media also knew it shortly thereafter but failed to report the t***h. But that should not have surprised anyone, as the mainstream media is in the tank for Obama.

Why Were Requests For More Security Denied?

We now know that Ambassador Stevens sent cables to Washington emphasizing his growing concerns that the violence in B******i was escalating to the point that he feared for the safety of American diplomats, including himself. In fact, he sent one such e-mail on the morning of September 11 – the day he would be murdered.

What, you didn’t hear about this? Unless you have followed the Fox News coverage in recent weeks, you would not have heard about this elsewhere on mainstream television. Fox news has produced a series of Special Reports documenting what really happened in B******i. But there is even more to be alarmed and angry about.

What little was left of our security forces in B******i was housed at the so-called Annex Building located about a mile from the US Embassy building there. When the terrorist attack on the Consulate began, our security forces at the Annex could hear the gunshots and mortar attacks on the Embassy. They repeatedly requested permission to move to the Consulate to try to save the Americans there. Those requests were denied more than once.

Denied by whom? We’ll come back to that shortly.

At one point, former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty defied orders to stay put at the Annex and went to the Embassy a mile away. They fought against overwhelming odds, and were successful in saving numerous lives. Eventually, the night-long fight moved from the burned-out Embassy to the Annex building where Woods and Doherty died on the rooftop. No assistance ever arrived or was authorized.

The US had troops and equipment in southern Italy, less than two hours away. Why weren’t they deployed? We had support forces in Tripoli, Libya. Why weren’t they deployed until too late to save Americans’ lives? We may never know exactly why.

Obama Administration Blamed It On a Video

We also may never know why President Obama and his administration decided to concoct the story that there was a mass demonstration at the Embassy in B******i over a controversial anti-Muslim video. They had to know that subsequent video from the scene would prove that there was no demonstration at the Embassy on September 11. But they went with this story anyway – for over two weeks, despite mounting evidence to the contrary.

We may also never know why requests by the people at the Annex who wanted to go to the Embassy to help save Americans were denied, or that other troops and equipment within reach were ordered not to deploy. This is such a travesty!

The only plausible explanation is that President Obama and his closest advisers felt that it was too big a risk to admit that a major terrorist attack that k**led four Americans happened on his watch, just weeks before the p**********l e******n.

But the facts are out there now, despite their repeated attempts to blame it on a video that was not even a factor in the terrorist attack in B******i. There was no mass demonstration at the Embassy. None at all. Now who’s to blame?

President Obama ordered a full-scale investigation into the events that occurred in B******i. What else is new? The president and his staff (Hillary included) continued to maintain that they did not know what really happened in B******i, despite mounting evidence that they had a live video feed from the scene in the White House within an hour or less after the attack began.

As the t***h began to be known, the Obama administration had to look for somewhere else to lay the blame for not ordering any forces to come to the aid of the Embassy. They chose initially to blame the CIA. OOPS, not a good idea.

Four-Star General David Petraeus, Director of the CIA, and perhaps the most respected military man of our time, refused to let Obama “throw him under the bus,” and wasted no time in responding to the allegations that the CIA dropped the ball in defending our diplomats in B******i. Petraeus is above politics, but he was not about to let this president blame the CIA for what happened in B******i.

General Petraeus Throws Obama Under the Bus

The CIA released the following official statement late last week in response to Obama administration suggestions that the CIA ordered its operatives in the region to “stand down”:

“We can say with confidence that the Agency reacted quickly to aid our colleagues during that terrible evening in B******i. Moreover, no one at any level in the CIA told anybody not to help those in need; claims to the contrary are simply inaccurate. In fact, it is important to remember how many lives were saved by courageous Americans who put their own safety at risk that night—and that some of those selfless Americans gave their lives in the effort to rescue their comrades.” [Emphasis added.]

It is increasingly clear now that the order for the security forces at the Annex to stand down came from the White House. It has been reported that President Obama, Vice-President Biden and Defense Secretary Panetta were all meeting in the White House on September 11 when our Embassy in B******i was attacked. As noted above, it is believed that they had a live video feed from the scene within the first hour of the attack. If true, they knew exactly what was happening.

If these reports are accurate, the decision not to send help to our Embassy almost certainly came from President Obama. The question is, why? Some have speculated that the video feed from the drone circling the Embassy might not have been clear enough to tell the bad guys from the good guys. Maybe so, but the good guys were assumed to be holed-up inside in the so-called “safe house.” That’s what they are trained to do in case of an attack.

On Thursday of last week, Defense Secretary Panetta stated that the US military did not quickly intervene during the attack on the Consulate in Libya last month because military leaders did not have adequate intelligence information and felt they should not put American forces at risk. Specifically, he said:

“…you don't deploy forces into harm's way without knowing what's going on; without having some real-time information about what's taking place.”

At the end of the day, this all boils down to whether the White House had a live video feed of the events unfolding in the B******i attack. The evidence (for those willing to look) is overwhelming that Obama, Biden and Panetta were watching the events in B******i on September 11 in real time within the first hour of the 7-8 hour attack. If so, how could they not do something?

Even worse, someone issued two orders for the security forces at the Annex, only a mile away from the Consulate, to stand down and not go to the Embassy to render assistance against the terrorists. If the president was watching the live video feed, then I maintain that such orders could only have come from him.

Whether or not those security forces could have prevented the murders of four Americans, including Chris Stevens, our Ambassador to Libya, is unknown. The point is, they were ordered to stand down – twice. Four brave Americans are dead and our Embassy compound was ransacked and burned. We did nothing to stop it. That is all we need to know.

Finally, it would be much easier for Americans to accept the tragedy in B******i if the president, the vice president and Hillary had not purposely lied about what happened that fateful night. If they did nothing wrong, why did they have to lie about it? That is the question.

Washington, D.C. (April 30, 2013) – Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA), chief sponsor of legislation to create a House Select Committee on the Terrorist Attack in B******i, today released the following statement regarding a report on Fox News last night in which a U.S. Special Operations member with knowledge of the events in B******i, Libya on September 11, 2012 said U.S. forces were close enough to B******i that they could have responded, contradicting the Obama Administration’s repeated narrative there was no help available nearby:
“Last night, I watched a member of the Special Operations community confirm what I have suspected for months: There is a White House cover up of what happened in B******i, where four Americans lost their lives and several others were seriously injured.
“The operator, whose face was blacked out and voice was altered, said: ‘The problem is you’ve got guys in the special ops community who are still active and still involved, and they would be decapitated if they came forward with information that could affect high level commanders … I don’t blame them for not coming forward. It’s something that is risky, especially in our line of profession, to say anything in the realm of politics or that deals with policy.’
“This supports allegations we have repeatedly heard about administration intimidation of B******i whistleblowers by White House lawyers. And if what President Obama said today in his press conference was true – that the State Department has been forthcoming with information about this attack – why are we just now hearing reports like these?
“I can assure the president that the State Department has not been forthcoming. I have been waiting two months for a response to my March 1 letter requesting the condition and location of department employees wounded in the terrorist attack. To date, my letter has gone unanswered.
“It is clear that the administration just wants the issue of B******i to go away, but I sincerely hope that Congress will not aid this White House cover up of the mistakes made by high-level members of the administration that cost four brave Americans their lives.
“The majority of the majority – 134 House Republicans to be exact – have stood up to this cover up by cosponsoring my legislation to create a select committee, H. Res. 36. Just one week has passed since the release of the interim progress report on B******i by the five committees currently investigating the attack, and already 14 more Members of Congress have signed on.
“Today, Sens. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH), John McCain (R-AZ) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) spoke out in support of a select committee. This proves what I’ve been saying all along: A select committee is the only possible way that the American people, the Congress and the victims’ families will ever know what happened that night and how to prevent an attack like this in the future.
“The special operator from last night’s report admitted that people are afraid to come forward and explain what they know to the Congress. A select committee’s comprehensive jurisdiction and subpoena authority would hold everyone accountable and protect federal agency employees who feel a duty to testify, but may be pressured not to by the administration. Frankly, to do nothing would jeopardize the national security of the United States.
“The interim progress report left us with more questions than answers, and the five committees have been unresponsive to follow-up questions since the report was released. Since then, members of the Special Operations military community have renewed their support of a select committee by publicly speaking out on national television and radio programs, such as the report last night. And further, it’s clear that my colleagues have heard from their constituents while at home during the recess this week as four of the 14 new cosponsors signed on since yesterday, proving that the current multi-committee investigation is too weak, too lacking in new information and too slow.
“This isn’t about ‘winning’ a political game – in fact, part of the appeal of a select committee is its bipartisan nature – but is instead about bringing justice to the families of four brave Americans who died at the hands of anti-American terrorists, honoring the victims and ensuring that we prevent other similar attacks. The majority of the majority in the House, the three Senators who spoke out today, the American public, the victims’ families and the Special Operations military community can’t all be wrong – it’s time to move forward with a bipartisan select committee on B******i

There have been many theories and accusations about the B******i fiasco that not only cost Ambassador J. Christian Stevens his life, but the lives of his staff and one Navy Seal body-guard as well. This action which led to a complete conf**gration of terrorist attacks against US diplomatic buildings throughout the Middle East and North Africa still remains largely uninvestigated by the government, unprosecuted by AG Eric Holder’s Depart of Justice, and refuses to bring the guilty parties to justice while many know the t***h and are not coming forward. Even though President Obama is implicated in this overseas tragedy still the t***h has not emerged.

That has all changed. Finally, an authoritative figure with the proper credentials has stepped up to the plate to tell the true story of what did happen without the lies and cover-ups that have so far kept those guilty of murder from standing trial. The story as it truly unfolded

According to a report from the Washington Times, retired 4 Star Admiral James Lyons reveals the entire plot that led to the deaths of Americans in Libya that could have been prevented, who gave the orders, and why events took place as they tragically did. Admiral James Lyons is probably the highest ranking figure ever to intervene in a federal government criminal case, and testify. Thanks to this man’s dedication to his country and the t***h, we will finally know the t***h and who was responsible.

In his words Lyons says that the attack on B******i was a bungled kidnapping attempt to be perpetrated upon Ambassador Stevens. This was to appear to be a hostage exchange for a terrorist prisoner who was to be released in trade for a supposedly captured US ambassador. The trade would have been for Omar Abdel Rahman an international prisoner, known as the Blind Sheikh.

This apparent abduction by terrorists of our ambassador and then negotiated trade for the Blind Sheikh would have been the “October Surprise” that would have elevated President Obama’s f**gging popularity and boosted his approval ratings for a re-e******n. A dramatic prisoner exchange that saved our ambassador’s life However, something went horribly wrong. A cunning and illegal bit of treachery by the Obama White House turned into something entirely different. Obama’s October surprise turned into a carnage orchestrated by the White House itself as the President, Leon Panetta, and CIA Director, David Petraeus watched via a UAV real-time feed as a 7 hour attack on the B******i Embassy raged. Reportedly, stand down orders were given several times to different units within striking distance.

A plot of pure deception

With what should have been only a staged kidnapping of Ambassador J. Christian Stevens, instead, Navy Seals Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty refused a stand down order and began doing their job of protecting the ambassador using force. Immediately the well-trained Seals began inflicting heavy casualties upon the terrorists who thought they were merely in a cake walk to abduct Ambassador Stevens without mishap. As a result of the plan going awry, a massive attack arose from the anger of the terrorists who felt they had been betrayed by President Obama. In the aftermath of the battle which saw Navy Seal Glen Doherty k**led after the embassy had been overrun along with the ambassador’s staff. Ambassador Steven’s whose body showed up 5 hours later at a B******i hospital supposedly overcome by smoke, but as the initial foreign press reports indicated a much different outcome, in fact, Stevens was raped, tortured, and d**gged around B******i in retaliation for the botched Obama White House plan.If not for foreign press agents, who were there and saw, we would never have known the t***h as the sold out l*****t media of the US would have hidden this fact to aid President Obama’s campaign efforts.

Obama hands over Libya to Al Qaeda

Was this just a freak occurrence that belies the true nature of dealings in Libya with American diplomatic efforts, just one glitch in normal standard operating procedure? No, according to former Admiral Lyons and many others such as Glen Beck, who have all uncovered evidence that lead to much more sinister deeds being undertaken. Evidence of a working relationship between the US and its alleged terrorist enemies had already delivered Libya to the Al Qaeda terrorist organization through infiltration of the government, media, and general society prior to the r*******n against Muammar Gaddafi that toppled the dictator last year. That the US has worked with Al Qaeda awarding them security contracts for all US embassies and consulates as well as border protection has instead allowed Libya to become a haven for numerous terrorist operators who have automatic access to Libya’s territory to carry out their training. All this with the support and blessing of the Obama administration. This is not only unthinkable, but beyond excuse or rationalization. There should already be indictments for many in the state department, in the DOJ, all the way up to the oval office, yet, so far nothing has been done.

Treason plain and simple

It goes even farther than that. Evidence indicates that Ambassador Stevens was being used as an arms dealer to supply Jihadists in the region to support yet another uprising in Syria. Just prior to the murder of our ambassador, he was trying to locate guns that had been walked across Libya’s border through Turkey to other countries just as the ATF had done in operation Fast and Furious on the border of Mexico. These are not the actions of inexperience or bad intelligence. They are the actions of t*****rous intention. President Obama will, no doubt, be linked to these deaths and operations if Congress will only act, and do its duty in prosecuting a treasonous president who is endangering national security.

There is no where else for a Congressional investigation to turn other than naming the conspirators, determining when officials knew, and assembling the evidence that murder was committed on behalf of the White House to silence those who knew and could testify. Through out the Obama presidency over the last four years the administration has master minded operations that have caused numerous controversies and crises, not to mention the deaths of Americans.

When will the GOP take action?

The Republicans have missed opportunities to discredit the President, to impeach Obama in the wake of waging war against Libya without Congressional approval, and allowed executive privilege to quash subpoenaed demands for evidence on Fast and Furious never released by AG Eric Holder. John Boehner, Speaker of the House, has refused to exercise initiative whenever the GOP could have used much-needed momentum to stem the tide against the incessant assaults against state’s rights, constitutional rights, and the traditional institutions of America. Will the recent damning evidence now uncovered over the B******i fiasco thanks to Admiral James Lyons be implemented to convict the President of potential high treason, or will we see yet another case of criminal acts ignored and hidden at the expense of the American people? General calls for massive march on Washington

It’s time to confront Obama’s tyranny and recall the power of the people

A retired American military commander who earlier said that Americans need to confront Barack Obama’s tyranny now is recommending the Egyptian model through which to do that.

The Egyptian model, Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely explained on a podcast of an Internet radio show, was that 33 million people stood up to their government and told officials no.

His call for a massive march on Washington came recently on the WBTM (We Become The Media) show.

Saving our nation from the out-of-control tyranny cast upon our citizens by Obama could be settled by a v**e of “no confidence,” according to the founder of Stand Up America, an organization providing leaders with education resources that are based on the principles of our Founding Fathers.

With the credibility of our nation’s leadership evaporated, the lying, finger-pointing and excuses gone horribly awry, confidence has certainly been shattered. Vallely makes a good point, “What else is our nation to do now that the ‘rule-of-law’ has been thrown out the window by the Obama administration? How are we to trust our government anymore, now that lying and fraud are acceptable practices?”

Vallely points out that the list of blatant lies and broken promises is long:.

•LIE: He promised no lobbyists would work in his administration.
•LIE: He committed to slash earmarks.
•LIE: He promised to be the most t***sparent presidency in history.
•LIE: He promised to put an end to “phony accounting.”
•LIE: He promised to restore trust in government.
•LIE: He pledged to seek public financing in the general e******n.
•LIE: He promised to treat super-PACS as a “threat to democracy.”
•LIE: He pledged to keep unemployment from rising above 8 percent.
•LIE: He promised to create five million new energy jobs alone. (Note: The total number of jobs created in Obama’s first term was roughly one-tenth that figure.)
•LIE: He promised to create “shovel-ready’ jobs.
•LIE: He promised to lift two million Americans from poverty. (Note: A record 46 million Americans are now living in poverty during the Obama era.)
•LIE: He promised to slash health care premiums by $2,500 for the typical family … allow Americans to keep their health care coverage if they liked it … refuse to fund a******n via the Affordable Care Act … respect religious liberties … and insisted that the mandate to buy insurance, enforced by financial penalties, was not a tax.
•LIE: He pledged to stop the rise of oceans.
•LIE: He promised to “remake the world” and “heal the planet.”
•LIE: He promised to punish Syria if it crossed the “red line” of using chemical weapons
•LIE: He assured us that as president “I don’t bluff.”
•LIE: He trumpeted the Russian reset. (Note: Tensions between Russia and the US are increasing and examples of Russia undermining U.S. interests are multiplying.)
•LIE: He promised to bring us together (Note: He is the most polarizing president in the history of the Gallup poll.)
•LIE: He promised to put an end to politics that “breeds division and conflict and cynicism.”
•LIE: He counseled us to “resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettiness and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long.”

Americans can no longer have confidence in this American president when virtually everything that flows forth from his mouth is a lie or a contorted t***h, selfishly shaped to fit a hidden agenda.

There is one thing that we are certain of though, says Vallely, “It is time to recall the reprobates and reclaim the power of the people. We need to start with the White House and all of Obama’s appointees, especially Eric Holder. Then it’s onto Harry Reid and Nancy Peolsi—the architects who shoved Obamacare down our throats. We cannot forget John Boehner and company who castigated the Tea Party caucus, which are only doing that which they campaigned on.”

“It is true that not all who ply the halls of power fit under that broad brush, but most of them are guilty of many egregious acts and we say it is time to hold a v**e of no confidence. It’s time for a recall,” insists Vallely.

Perhaps it was commentator Andrew C. McCarthy who best summed it up by saying, “Absent the political will to remove the president, he will remain president no matter how many high crimes and misdemeanors he stacks up…and absent the removal of the president, the United States will be fundamentally t***sformed.”

President Obama ran on the platform of “fundamentally t***sforming America.” One cannot help but wonder if this is truly the fundamental change Americans were expecting or do the majority see that they’ve been conned, oppressed and systematically stripped of their liberties.

Be forewarned: we must watch for tyrannical centralized rule without action. Even though America may gain ground in the 2014 e******ns, the fact remains that Obama is still president and his cabinet still in power. Lawmakers may change but we can be certain of what will not change until something is done: “Obama will just continue to subvert the Constitution he took an oath to faithfully protect. His track record show us that no matter what the makeup of Congress is, he will twist his way around it with a pen and secure even more power reminiscent of a dictator,” says Vallely.

What happens when that does not work? He will most assuredly manipulate the courts and law enforcement will be run via authoritative decree by the man who will by then be a dictator.

Currently, Congress is addressing charges that Obama violated the Constitution. There is substantial concern that Obama’s power grab has reached unacceptable levels. Rep. Trey Gowdy, (R-S.C.) agrees, saying that Obama’s actions have reached “an unprecedented level and we’ve got to do something about it.”

Gowdy likens this to v**er ID. If a statute says you have to provide two forms of ID, can Obama require one—or even three? Or maybe he can suspend all requirements, Gowdy wonders. “If you can turn off certain categories of law, do you not also have the power to turn off all categories of law?”

Obama has show the greatest disrespect for our Constitution and that of the Oval Office. He has ignored i*********n l*ws despite Congress not approving the changes. There have been multiple arbitrary changes to the Affordable Health Care Act (Obamacare) and recess appointments of judges even when the U.S. Senate was clearly not in recess.

Gowdy is proposing taking the White House to court through a resolution proposed by Rep. Tom Rice (R-GA). This resolution would grant the House permission to sue the Obama administration. Already the resolution has 30 cosponsors. Legal action is at long last being taken to stop Obama’s clear overreach.

Fear is growing that Obama could refuse to enforce e******n laws effectively securing him the presidency for years to come. Says Gowdy, “If you can turn off i*********n l*ws, if you can turn off the mandatory minimum in our drug statues, if you can turn off the so-called Affordable Care Act—why not e******n laws?”

It is hard to argue with that reasoning unless you are an unfailing Obama supporter ’til death do us part. Liberal law professor Jonathan Turley agrees and adds that Obama is a danger to the Constitution. Turley was recently asked during a House Judiciary Committee hearing how Obama’s unilateral modification of act[s] of Congress affect the balance of power between the political branches and the liberty of the American people. His response was “The danger is quite severe. He is becoming the very danger Congress was designed to avoid. That is a concentration of power.”

He goes on to say, “There are two trends going which should be of equal concern to all members of Congress. One is that we have had the radical expansion of powers under President Bush and President Obama. We have what many once called an imperial presidency model of largely unchecked authority. And with that trend we also have the continued rise of this fourth branch. We have agencies that are quite large that issue regulations. The Supreme Court said recently that agencies could actually define their own or interpret their own jurisdiction.”

Turley has handled many high-profile, precedent-setting cases, including the successfully defending Petty Officer Daniel King, who faced the death penalty for alleged spying for Russia. In 1998, Turley was appointed to the prestigious Shapiro Chair for Public Interest at Georgetown. He has consulted for homeland security and his articles have appeared in the New York Times and USA Today.

At that same House Judiciary Committee hearing, Michael Cannon, director of Health Policy Studies for the Cato Institute suggested, “There is one last thing people can resort to if the government does not respect the restraints that the Constitution places on government.” He is referring to our revolutionary right to o*******w it. “That is certainly something no one wants to contemplate. If the people come to believe that the government is no longer constrained by the laws, then they will conclude that neither are they.” Cannon acknowledged that it is very dangerous for the president to ignore laws.

By all measures a “no confidence” v**e would send a powerful message around the world: America recognizes the mess Obama and this administration have created, the destruction and havoc they have wreaked upon America and its allies, and we unequivocally do not support his actions. Without that action, Vallely says, “Obama will just continue to subvert the Constitution he took an oath to faithfully protect.”

It’s time to confront Obama’s tyranny and recall the power of the people

(Tea Party) – The retired American military commander who earlier said that Americans need to confront Barack Obama’s tyranny now is recommending the Egyptian model through which to do that.

The Egyptian model, Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely explained on a podcast of an Internet radio show, was that 33 million people stood up to their government and told officials no.

His call for a massive march on Washington came recently on the WBTM (We Become The Media) show.

Saving our nation from the out-of-control tyranny cast upon our citizens by Obama could be settled by a v**e of “no confidence,” according to the founder of Stand Up America, an organization providing leaders with education resources that are based on the principles of our Founding Fathers.

With the credibility of our nation’s leadership evaporated, the lying, finger-pointing and excuses gone horribly awry, confidence has certainly been shattered. Vallely makes a good point, “What else is our nation to do now that the ‘rule-of-law’ has been thrown out the window by the Obama administration? How are we to trust our government anymore, now that lying and fraud are acceptable practices?”

Vallely points out that the list of blatant lies and broken promises is long:.
•LIE: He promised no lobbyists would work in his administration.
•LIE: He committed to slash earmarks.
•LIE: He promised to be the most t***sparent presidency in history.
•LIE: He promised to put an end to “phony accounting.”
•LIE: He promised to restore trust in government.
•LIE: He pledged to seek public financing in the general e******n.
•LIE: He promised to treat super-PACS as a “threat to democracy.”
•LIE: He pledged to keep unemployment from rising above 8 percent.
•LIE: He promised to create five million new energy jobs alone. (Note: The total number of jobs created in Obama’s first term was roughly one-tenth that figure.)
•LIE: He promised to create “shovel-ready’ jobs.
•LIE: He promised to lift two million Americans from poverty. (Note: A record 46 million Americans are now living in poverty during the Obama era.)
•LIE: He promised to slash health care premiums by $2,500 for the typical family … allow Americans to keep their health care coverage if they liked it … refuse to fund a******n via the Affordable Care Act … respect religious liberties … and insisted that the mandate to buy insurance, enforced by financial penalties, was not a tax.
•LIE: He pledged to stop the rise of oceans.
•LIE: He promised to “remake the world” and “heal the planet.”
•LIE: He promised to punish Syria if it crossed the “red line” of using chemical weapons
•LIE: He assured us that as president “I don’t bluff.”
•LIE: He trumpeted the Russian reset. (Note: Tensions between Russia and the US are increasing and examples of Russia undermining U.S. interests are multiplying.)
•LIE: He promised to bring us together (Note: He is the most polarizing president in the history of the Gallup poll.)
•LIE: He promised to put an end to politics that “breeds division and conflict and cynicism.”
•LIE: He counseled us to “resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettiness and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long.”

Americans can no longer have confidence in this American president when virtually everything that flows forth from his mouth is a lie or a contorted t***h, selfishly shaped to fit a hidden agenda.

There is one thing that we are certain of though, says Vallely, “It is time to recall the reprobates and reclaim the power of the people. We need to start with the White House and all of Obama’s appointees, especially Eric Holder. Then it’s onto Harry Reid and Nancy Peolsi—the architects who shoved Obamacare down our throats. We cannot forget John Boehner and company who castigated the Tea Party caucus, which are only doing that which they campaigned on.”

“It is true that not all who ply the halls of power fit under that broad brush, but most of them are guilty of many egregious acts and we say it is time to hold a v**e of no confidence. It’s time for a recall,” insists Vallely.

Perhaps it was commentator Andrew C. McCarthy who best summed it up by saying, “Absent the political will to remove the president, he will remain president no matter how many high crimes and misdemeanors he stacks up…and absent the removal of the president, the United States will be fundamentally t***sformed.”

President Obama ran on the platform of “fundamentally t***sforming America.” One cannot help but wonder if this is truly the fundamental change Americans were expecting or do the majority see that they’ve been conned, oppressed and systematically stripped of their liberties.

Be forewarned: we must watch for tyrannical centralized rule without action. Even though America may gain ground in the 2014 e******ns, the fact remains that Obama is still president and his cabinet still in power. Lawmakers may change but we can be certain of what will not change until something is done: “Obama will just continue to subvert the Constitution he took an oath to faithfully protect. His track record show us that no matter what the makeup of Congress is, he will twist his way around it with a pen and secure even more power reminiscent of a dictator,” says Vallely.

What happens when that does not work? He will most assuredly manipulate the courts and law enforcement will be run via authoritative decree by the man who will by then be a dictator.

Currently, Congress is addressing charges that Obama violated the Constitution. There is substantial concern that Obama’s power grab has reached unacceptable levels. Rep. Trey Gowdy, (R-S.C.) agrees, saying that Obama’s actions have reached “an unprecedented level and we’ve got to do something about it.”



Gowdy likens this to v**er ID. If a statute says you have to provide two forms of ID, can Obama require one—or even three? Or maybe he can suspend all requirements, Gowdy wonders. “If you can turn off certain categories of law, do you not also have the power to turn off all categories of law?”

Obama has show the greatest disrespect for our Constitution and that of the Oval Office. He has ignored i*********n l*ws despite Congress not approving the changes. There have been multiple arbitrary changes to the Affordable Health Care Act (Obamacare) and recess appointments of judges even when the U.S. Senate was clearly not in recess.

Gowdy is proposing taking the White House to court through a resolution proposed by Rep. Tom Rice (R-GA). This resolution would grant the House permission to sue the Obama administration. Already the resolution has 30 cosponsors. Legal action is at long last being taken to stop Obama’s clear overreach.

Fear is growing that Obama could refuse to enforce e******n laws effectively securing him the presidency for years to come. Says Gowdy, “If you can turn off i*********n l*ws, if you can turn off the mandatory minimum in our drug statues, if you can turn off the so-called Affordable Care Act—why not e******n laws?”

It is hard to argue with that reasoning unless you are an unfailing Obama supporter ’til death do us part. Liberal law professor Jonathan Turley agrees and adds that Obama is a danger to the Constitution. Turley was recently asked during a House Judiciary Committee hearing how Obama’s unilateral modification of act[s] of Congress affect the balance of power between the political branches and the liberty of the American people. His response was “The danger is quite severe. He is becoming the very danger Congress was designed to avoid. That is a concentration of power.”

He goes on to say, “There are two trends going which should be of equal concern to all members of Congress. One is that we have had the radical expansion of powers under President Bush and President Obama. We have what many once called an imperial presidency model of largely unchecked authority. And with that trend we also have the continued rise of this fourth branch. We have agencies that are quite large that issue regulations. The Supreme Court said recently that agencies could actually define their own or interpret their own jurisdiction.”

Turley has handled many high-profile, precedent-setting cases, including the successfully defending Petty Officer Daniel King, who faced the death penalty for alleged spying for Russia. In 1998, Turley was appointed to the prestigious Shapiro Chair for Public Interest at Georgetown. He has consulted for homeland security and his articles have appeared in the New York Times and USA Today.

At that same House Judiciary Committee hearing, Michael Cannon, director of Health Policy Studies for the Cato Institute suggested, “There is one last thing people can resort to if the government does not respect the restraints that the Constitution places on government.” He is referring to our revolutionary right to o*******w it. “That is certainly something no one wants to contemplate. If the people come to believe that the government is no longer constrained by the laws, then they will conclude that neither are they.” Cannon acknowledged that it is very dangerous for the president to ignore laws.

By all measures a “no confidence” v**e would send a powerful message around the world: America recognizes the mess Obama and this administration have created, the destruction and havoc they have wreaked upon America and its allies, and we unequivocally do not support his actions. Without that action, Vallely says, “Obama will just continue to subvert the Constitution he took an oath to faithfully protect.”

The real t***h is known, there was help within hours from B******i, not only were there SF Operators in Tripoli, there was a number of other operatives in the Air and there were fighter planes on the ground fueled, armed and crews standing by, (this is normal procedure) ALL WERE GIVEN THE ORDER TO STAND DOWN ON 3 SEPERATE OCCASSSIONS,

Gen Ham was going to disregard that order and was removed from his position as Cmdr of Africa Region, soon after Ham retired.

To: Members of The U.S. House of Representatives

Subject: The B******i attacks on 9/11/ 2012

The undersigned are a representative group of some 700 retired Military Special Operations professionals who spent the majority of their careers preparing for and executing myriad operations to rescue or recover detained or threatened fellow Americans. In fact, many of us participated in both the Vietnam era POW rescue effort, The Son Tay Raid, as well as Operation Eagle Claw, the failed rescue attempt in April of 1980 in Iran, so we have been at this for many years and have a deep passion for seeking the t***h about what happened during the national tragedy in B******i.

The purpose of this letter is to encourage all members of the US House of Representatives to support H.Res. 36, which will create a House Select Committee on the Terrorist Attack in B******i. It is essential that a full accounting of the events of September 11, 2012, be provided and that the American public be fully informed regarding this egregious terrorist attack on US diplomatic personnel and facilities. We owe that t***h to the American people and the families of the fallen.

It appears that many of the facts and details surrounding the terrorist attack which resulted in four American deaths and an undetermined number of American casualties have not yet been ascertained by previous hearings and inquiries. Additional information is now slowly surfacing in the media, which makes a comprehensive bipartisan inquiry an imperative. Many questions have not been answered thus far. The House Select Committee should address, at a minimum, the following questions:

1. Why was there no military response to the events in B******i?

a. Were military assets in the region available? If not, why not?

b. If so, were they alerted?

c. Were assets deployed to any location in pr********n for a rescue or recovery attempt?

d. Was military assistance requested by the Department of State? If so, what type?

e. Were any US Army/Naval/USMC assets available to support the US diplomats in B******i during the attack?

f. What, if any, recommendations for military action were made by DOD and the US Africa Command?

2. What, if any, non-military assistance was provided during the attack?

3. How many US personnel were injured in B******i?

4. Why have the survivors of the attack not been questioned?

5. Where are the survivors?

6. Who was in the White House Situation Room (WHSR) during the entire 8-hour period of the attacks, and was a senior US military officer present?

7. Where were Leon Panetta and General Martin Dempsey during the crisis, and what inputs and recommendations did they make?

8. Where were Tom Donilon, the National Security Advisor, Denis McDonough, his deputy, Valerie Jarrett and John Brennan during the attacks, and what (if any) recommendations or decisions did any of them make?

9. Why were F-16 fighter aircraft based in Aviano, Italy (less than two hours away) never considered a viable option for disruption (if not dispersal) of the attackers until “boots on the ground” (troop support--General Dempsey’s words) arrived?

10. Were any strike aircraft (such as an AC-130 gunship) in the area or possibly overhead that would cause former SEAL Tyrone Woods to laser-designate his attacker’s position and call for gunship fire support, thereby revealing his own location that led to his death?

11. Who gave the order to “STAND DOWN” that was heard repeatedly during the attacks?

12. What threat warnings existed before the attack, and what were the DOD and DOS responses to those warnings? What data (which will reveal exact timelines and command decisions) is contained within the various SITREPS, records, logs, videos and recordings maintained by the myriad of DOD, Intelligence Community and State Department Command Centers that were monitoring the events in B******i as they unfolded?

13. Why did the Commander-in Chief and Secretary of State never once check in during the night to find out the status of the crisis situation in B******i?

14. What was the nature of Ambassador Stevens’ business in B******i at the time of the attack?

15. What guidance has been provided to survivors and family members since the time of the attack, and who issued that guidance?

16. Why are so many agencies now requiring their personnel that were involved in or have access to information regarding the events that took place in B******i sign Non-Disclosure Agreements?

This was the most severe attack on American diplomatic facilities and personnel since the attacks on the US Embassies in Tanzania and Kenya in 1998. Thus far, it appears that there has been no serious effort to determine critical details of this attack. This is inexcusable and demands immediate attention by the Congress. Congress must show some leadership and provide answers to the public as to what actually occurred in B******i. Americans have a right to demand a full accounting on this issue.

A longstanding American ethos was breached during the terrorist attack in B******i. America failed to provide adequate security to personnel deployed into harm’s way and then failed to respond when they were viciously attacked. Clearly, this is unacceptable and requires accountability. America has always held to the notion that no American will be left behind and that every effort will be made to respond when US personnel are threatened. Given our backgrounds, we are concerned that this sends a very negative message to future military and diplomatic personnel who may be deployed into dangerous environments. That message is that they will be left to their own devices when attacked. That is an unacceptable message.

The House Select Committee should focus on getting a detailed account of the events in B******i as soon as possible. H. Res. 36 will provide a structure for the conduct of a thorough inquiry of B******i and should be convened immediately.

We ask that you fulfill your responsibilities to the American people and take appropriate action regarding B******i. With over sixty members of the US House of Representatives calling for this Select Committee already, it seems that the time is right to take appropriate action on B******i.

I understand what you are saying, however there is a movement now started that is going to roll like a snowball going down hill. A Dear Friend of Mine Gen Jerry Boykin is not speaking up (in a tactful way) but none the less he is getting his point across. I just filled out a petition which I am noting here, I filled out the petition and I made a donation to insure that all 100 Senators gets a copy of me letter which I will post on my next blog after this one, the photo that you will see is that of Gen Boykin and I together after 25 years at the WWII Memorial on 12 Oct 2013. Sadly, Barack Obama appears to be doing all he can to cripple our armed forces, leaving our country vulnerable.

Since Obama took office, a record number of top military leaders have been dismissed from their posts and the number of combat-ready brigades has been reduced to only two.

Gen Boykin, Sir, we have known each other over the years, I last seen you on 12 Oct 2013 at the WWII Memorial and it was an HONOR to be able to see and speak with you at that gathering to insure our TRUE HEROS were allowed access to their Memorial. Sir with ALL DO RESPECT as I informed you during our short time speaking I still live in Fay, NC, as I told you, our intent was to move to Fla but after the Nov E******ns I made my mind up that the SAFEST place for my wife was here close to Bragg and you agreed. Sir I have been staying in contact with various other Brothers Active and Retired, I respect what you say in regards to the Military not being able to pull a C**p, however I disagree for these reasons, as Obama had made very clear in 2008 at a speech given with a backdrop of veterans behind him his words were, “We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a National Civilian Security Force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded [as the United States military]”, he is doing that with the significant build up of the DHS, NSA, FEMA, Social Security Administration and The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. All have been armed WHY? By no means Sir, do I want to see bloodshed on the soil of this Republic, that is the last thing that I want to see, and I pray that our service men and women if it comes to a confrontation will stand with us and not against us. The retired American military commander who earlier said in a statement released to WND that Americans need to confront Barack Obama’s tyranny now is recommending the Egyptian model through which to do that.
The Egyptian model, Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely explained on a podcast of an Internet radio show, was that 33 million people stood up to their government and told officials no.
The result was that the Egyptian Muslim Brother was removed from power and then-President Mohammed Morsi was removed from office, Vallely explained,
His call for a massive march on Washington came recently on the WBTM (We Become The Media) show.
He was asked whether America can be restored as the shining light on the hill for freedom when the e*******l process, which resulted in two presidencies for Obama in 2008 and 2012, “are known to be corrupt.”
Vallely said the absence of leadership in the White House and Congress makes it difficult, and he said, “I’m not even sure our traditional process will straighten our government out in time to save us.”
And he said processes like impeachment simply won’t happen.
Then he suggested the Egyptian model, and he said millions of Americans need to “stand up” to Washington “within the next 12 months.”
He said doing nothing is not an option, because Washington won’t fix itself and “hope is not a strategy.”
“We need something … a no confidence v**e,” he suggested. And perhaps legislation that could create a national recall process.
“We need to get off our derrieres, march at the state capitol, march in Washington,” he said. “Make citizens arrests.”
He said when there are those who are “conducting treason … violating the Constitution, violating our laws,” it should not be overlooked.
“When you have a president and his team who don’t care about the Constitution, they will do anything they can to win,” he said.
Vallely has been immensely popular among tea party organizations that are seeking a way to restore the rule of law to Washington.
Among other things, they cite the Obamacare law, and the 15 or more times Obama has changed the law – without consulting Congress.
In a statement earlier to WND, Vallely said a v**e of no confidence could be used.
The founder of Stand Up America, an organization that provides education resources for leaders and activists based on the values of the Founding Fathers, said:
“Clearly America has lost confidence and no longer trusts those in power at a most critical time in our history,” Vallely said. “It is true that not all who ply the halls of power fit under that broad brush, but most of them are guilty of many egregious acts and we say it is time to hold a v**e of no confidence. It’s time for a ‘recall.’”
Vallely believes the “credibility of our current leadership is gone.”
Now, he said, “we listen to their excuses, finger-pointing, lies and all manner of chicanery.”
He admitted there is no legal authority in a v**e of no confidence, but he argued it will “take back the power of discourse.”
“What else is our nation to do now that the ‘rule-of-law’ has effectively been thrown out the window by the Obama administration? How are we to trust our government anymore, now that lying and fraud are acceptable practices?” he asked.
Vallely believes impeachment likely wouldn’t lead to conviction and doesn’t solve the problem, anyway.
“Harry Reid still controls the Senate, so like in Clinton’s day, forget about a finding of guilty,” he wrote. “Incidentally, if Obama was found guilty and removed from office, Joe Biden would step in, Valerie Jarrett still wields all the power, and likely we get more of the same
The Constitution can be amended without going through Congress, he pointed out, but it would take too much time, “a luxury we just do not have it we are going to save our republic.”

“That brings us to the other word no one wants to utter, revolution. In our opinion, this is the least palatable option. … Others talk about the military taking over as we saw in Egypt; again, we do not support this route,” he said.
Vallely listed a sampling of Obama’s broken promises and lies, crediting Peter Wehner at Commentary Magazine:
• His promise not to allow lobbyists to work in his administration. (They have.)
• His commitment to slash earmarks. (He didn’t.)

• To put an end to “phony accounting.” (It started almost on Day 1 and continues.)
• And to restore trust in government. (Trust in government is at near-historic lows.)
• His pledge to seek public financing in the general e******n. (He didn’t.)
• To treat super-PACS as a “threat to democracy.” (He embraced them.)
• His pledge to keep unemployment from rising above 8 percent. (It remained above 8 percent for the longest stretch since the Great Depression.)
• To create five million new energy jobs alone. (The total number of jobs created in Obama’s first term was roughly one-tenth that figure.)
• To identify all those “shovel-ready’ jobs. (Mr. Obama later chuckled that his much-hyped “shovel-ready projects” were “not as shovel-ready as we expected.”)
• To lift two million Americans from poverty. (A record 46 million Americans are living in poverty during the Obama era.)

• And his counsel to us to “resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettiness and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long.” (Remind me again whose campaign allies accused Mitt Romney of being responsible for the cancer death of a steelworker’s wife.)
“It is time to recall the reprobates and reclaim the power of the people,” Vallely said. “We need to start with the White House and all of Obama’s appointees, especially Eric Holder. … Then on to Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi – the architects who shoved Obamacare down our throats. We also cannot forget John Boehner and company who openly castigate the tea-party caucus which are only doing that which they campaigned upon.”

Vallely quoted commentator Andrew C. McCarthy, who said that “absent the political will to remove the president, he will remain president no matter how many high crimes and misdemeanors he stacks up. … and absent the removal of the president, the United States will be fundamentally t***sformed.”
Vallely noted that while the U.S. Constitution lacks a provision for a “recall” at the federal level, “there is nothing to prevent its use as a comprehensive de facto indictment and conviction for contempt of Congress, violations of oath of office and of the Constitution itself – for all the reasons stated in such a resolution.”
He warned of growing “tyrannical centralized rule” without action.
There may be advances in the 2014 e******ns, but will that be a solution?
“Obama is still the president, and his Cabinet and appointees still remain in power. … Obama will just continue to subvert the Constitution he took an oath to faithfully protect. His track record shows us that no matter what the make-up of Congress is, he will twist his way around it with a pen and secure even more power reminiscent of a dictator,” Vallely said.
“When that does not work, he will manipulate the courts and law enforcement will be run by fiat, choosing winners and losers.”
Congress already is addressing charges that Obama is violating the Constitution.
WND reported when Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., said Obama’s actions have reached “an
unprecedented level, and we’ve got to do something about it.

Assume that a statute said you had to provide two forms of ID to v**e. Can the president require three forms? Can the president require one form? Can you suspend all requirements? If not, why not?” he said. “If you can turn off certain categories of law, do you not also have the power to turn off all categories of law?”
Gowdy cited Obama’s decisions to ignore certain i*********n l*ws, even though Congress did not approve the changes. He also cited arbitrary changes to the Obamacare law and Obama’s “recess appointments” of judges even though the U.S. Senate was not in recess.
His proposal is for Congress to take the White House to court over the president’s actions, through a resolution proposed by Rep. Tom Rice, R-Ga., that would authorize the House to sue the Obama administration. It has 30 co-sponsors.
Rice said that because of “this disregard of our country’s checks and balances, many of you have asked me to bring legal action against the president.”
“After carefully researching the standing the House of Representatives has and what action we can take, I have introduced a resolution to stop the president’s clear overreach,” he said.
A Fox News interviewer asked Gowdy if Obama could refuse to enforce e******n laws.
“Why not?” asked Gowdy, “If you can turn off i*********n l*ws, if you can turn off the mandatory minimum in our drug statutes, if you can turn off the so-called Affordable Care Act – why not e******n laws?”
Gowdy noted that a liberal law professor, Jonathan Turley, agrees.
WND reported Turley’s concerns earlier this month.
Turley has represented members of Congress in a lawsuit over the Libyan war, represented workers at the secret Area 51 military base and served as counsel on national security cases. He now says Obama is a danger to the U.S. Constitution.
He was addressing a House Judiciary Committee hearing Dec. 4. Chairman Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., asked him: “Professor Turley, the Constitution, the system of separated powers is not simply about stopping one branch of government from usurping another. It’s about protecting the liberty of Americans from the dangers of concentrated government power. How does the president’s unilateral modification of act[s] of Congress affect both the balance of power between the political branches and the liberty interests of the American people?”
Turley replied: “Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The danger is quite severe. The problem with what the president is doing is that he’s not simply posing a danger to the constitutional system. He’s becoming the very danger the Constitution was designed to avoid. That is the concentration of power.”
Turley explained that the “Newtonian orbit that the three branches exist in is a delicate one but it is designed to prevent this type of concentration.”
“There are two trends going on which should be of equal concern to all members of Congress,” he said. “One is that we have had the radical expansion of p**********l powers under both President Bush and President Obama. We have what many once called an imperial presidency model of largely unchecked authority. And with that trend we also have the continued rise of this fourth branch. We have agencies that are quite large that issue regulations. The Supreme Court said recently that agencies could actually define their own or interpret their own jurisdiction.”
Turley was appointed in 1998 to the prestigious Shapiro Chair for Public Interest at Georgetown. He has handled a wide range of precedent-setting and headline-making cases, including the successful defense of Petty Officer Daniel King, who faced the death penalty for alleged spying for Russia.
Turley also has served as the legal expert in the review of polygamy laws in the British Columbia Supreme Court. He’s been a consultant on homeland security, and his articles appear regularly in national publications such as the New York Times and USA Today.
WND reported that it was at the same hearing that Michael Cannon, director of Health Policy Studies for the Cato Institute, said there is “one last thing to which the people can resort if the government does not respect the restraints that the Constitution places of the government.”
“Abraham Lincoln talked about our right to alter our government or our revolutionary right to o*******w it,” he said.
“That is certainly something that no one wants to contemplate. If the people come to believe that the government is no longer constrained by the laws, then they will conclude that neither are they.”
Cannon said it is “very dangerous” for the president to “wantonly ignore the laws, to try to impose obligations upon people that the legislature did not approve.”
Several members of Congress also contributed their opinions in an interview with talk-show host Sean Hannity.
Gen Vallely explained that a “no confidence” v**e now “would also tell the world that we recognize the mess this administration has wrought upon the world and we do not support his actions. Despite what supporters of Obama say about our standing in the world, the world is laughing at us. We are not pleased!”
Without that action, he writes, “Obama will just continue to subvert the Constitution he took an oath to faithfully protect.”

MYSELF, I normally am either posting on Face Book since I am affiliated with 25 various groups, ALL MILITARY VETERANS OR ACTIVE DUTY, EACH GROUP IS SET UP UNDER THE UNIT THAT THEY SERVED WITH. i.e., Special Operations Speaks, only open to active and retired SF, Rangers, only open to those who served with or are Ranger qualified, requires proof before acceptance into that group, 187 Rakkasans, Airborne Unit, on and on an on, so if you served you need to locate a group on Face Book and ask to be accepted into the group, that is one way to link there are others organizations on Face Book that are Patriotic but are not affiliated with any unit or branch of service.

However, these groups are very well organized, and prior to admittance you will be checked out by an Administrator for approval.

WE ALL KNOW THAT EVERYTHING SENT OVER THE NET IS MONOTORED "I KNOW I AM AND DON'T CARE".

In my 25 years Active and my time as a Contractor and now being retired close to 25 years I am not worried about what could happen to me, as one of you posted I need to watch out for a Black Suburban pulling up In my yard lol.

Another way that I communicate with a large group on individuals is by email, when we send items, articles etc to each other we have everyone noted in our address books I USE MICROSOFT OUTLOOK" I am use to it since I used it as a Contractor Overseas easy to set up folders, etc., anything that we send out is sent out under Bcc so if I was to send out something to everyone on my address book the only thing that will show is I sent it, does not display who I sent it to.

I am not afraid to post my Face Book Name nor my email address so if you are interested let me know.

NOW BACK TO THIS ARTICLE: As I said, the DNC is starting to worry about their POTUS being impeached and rightfully so, there are too many areas that he has crossed the line on and all based on LIES by him and his Staff, but what the DNC is really afraid of is that the Senate will lose control to the Republicans come Nov 2014, you, and I mean all of you need to insure that if you have a Demo in the Senate or Congress, you need to start getting connected with your Republican groups in your states and see what you can do to help over throw the Democrats out of the Senate and Congress, specifically, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, John McCain, (although a Republican, he actually is for the majority of what the Dems are for) look at his track record, Richard Burr (same as McCain) Kay Hagen, and the list goes on there needs to be new blood and energy put in office people like Rand Paul, Harry Reid, on Ted Cruz (I am on the border on him right now).

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) sent out a paranoid email Saturday evening urging supporters to v**e for Democrats so that Republicans can’t impeach President Obama.

The email, subject line “Impeachment,” was sent to Obama for America supporters, imploring them to contribute to the DNC’s 2014 efforts. “What do these people all have in common?,” the email asked, featuring quotes from Republican Sen. James Inhofe of Oklahoma, Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota, Rep. Kerry Bentivolio of Michigan, and Rep. Blake Farenthold of Texas discussing the possibility of impeaching Obama for one of his numerous instances of p**********l misconduct.

The DNC email discussed the “I-Word” and said that “Republicans are actually excited about the idea.”

“Show these Republicans that they are way, way off-base, and give President Obama a Congress that has his back,” according to the DNC email, noting that Democrats need to win 17 GOP House seats to reclaim a majority.

The DNC, which recently expanded its political tactics to include boycotting independent news outlets, previously supported the last president to be impeached: Bill Clinton.

Obama’s staff changed key talking points on the 2012 B******i terrorist attack; his Internal Revenue Service targeted conservative groups during the 2012 e******n cycle; and Obama personally lied to the American people when he told them that they could keep their existing doctors and health insurance plans under Obamacare.

Obama’s expansion of executive branch authority is “setting the stage for something very dangerous in the future” according to Republican Rep. Justin Amash.
