Oh gosh I miss my Dad. My mom is still around and plugging away at age 95. No Alzheimer's as yet but mentally slower. I worked as an M.D. geriatrician so am attuned to that. Retired now for 2.5 years so I'm not too far out of practice. I hope I taught my daughter to keep a jaundiced eye on any politician who promises the "world".

I will say that burning worn out f**gs is appropriate. The Boy Scouts of America have done it to dispose of worn American f**gs in a solemn ceremony. The local T.V. news channel put the ceremony "on air" one time. Was quite appropriate if you ask me.

I've burned a f**g in private, in my back yard as it was too ratty and worn out to be displayed anymore.
Read online that burning in a quiet respectful situation was O.K. There was no one around and I wasn't trying to make a political statement. Burned it and buried the ashes.

That's supposedly the best way to dispose of a worn American F**g unless someone corrects me on that topic.

Apparently the terrorists thought it could and they unfortunately were correct. l hardly think those buildings would go down if the planes were on a quarter tank of jet fuel or less. Not enough heat. They were laden with full loads of jet fuel and that was decisive as the terrorists knew it would be.

Oh, the planes DIDN'T knock the base out of the buildings. The heat from the fully loaded wing tanks with jet fuel, weakened the beams and the WEIGHT from the buildings above the points of impact collapsed and brought the buildings down. Again, that's not rocket science. Those on the lower floors had a chance to get out before the collapses occurred.

That's it! It's not inconceivable. Even a bunch of ignorant terrorists could figure it out. It's not rocket science!

I'm a pro-vaxer but that was a result of my training with a crotchety Ph'd virologist who indoctrinated me on the new technology on the horizon for v*****es and how the "swine flu" debacle would never, ever occur again.

Shoot, I got the swine flu v*****e when I was 19 years old in the 70's and didn't have any adverse effects (or k**l) me!
Turned out the swine flu v*****e k**led more people from side effects than the disease itself that rapidly burned out naturally! Thank heavens I was a "studly" healthy young male at the time I was poked for swine flu v*****e. Didn't bother me in the least bit.

V*****e safety has improved a lot since the 70's. I think the companies were pressured to get a v*****e for C****-** out as soon as possible and I bet they spent a "zillion" dollars to do so and did it in record time. With the advances made in the 70's and beyond, I'm more comfortable about safety but still want to see adverse effect data. Is their "weirdness" there?

The planes weren't loaded with fuel for "massive" impact. They were loaded with fuel for a "long" cross country flight! The terrorists knew this and used this to their ADVANTAGE! Period!

The planes were full of fuel for a long trip no more, no less. The terrorists had nothing to do with fuel loading EXCEPT they already knew the planes would be full of fuel for the LONG TRIP they were slated to make! Hence they took advantage of it for their "nefarious" purposes. That's it. Q.E.D.

I'd like to see the independent research on the "White Dot Syndrome". With like what is the incidence in one without any v*****e shots? The age distribution and if there is "really" a true correlation or not in folks who received the v*****es? Rare diseases can occur anytime. Is it related to a "v*****e"? I'd liked to see hard data that suggests it is.
Not some "throw away" National Enquirer type "journal".

The fact remains that most folks got the "jab" and didn't suffer for it. If they acquired C****-** after being immunized it was an out of hospital, "No big deal." In fact they say that's what the v*****e is for, to prevent complications and death. One might get C****-** after being vaxed but it is a much minor illness than if not v******ted.

All v*****es you bet are going to be refined in the coming years for immunogenicity and safety.

I remember some rural "dipchits" that didn't let their kids get or too lazy to get the DPT immunization cycle. Had a Diptheria and Whooping cough (Pertussis) outbreak. Yeah once brought in, the kids got antibiotics and ended the epidemic. I had a couple of elderly male patients in my practice who were married and childless. Told me they had diptheria as kids, recovered and were sterile from it. With them that was before there was a DPT v*****e available so it was through no fault of their or their parents own. I bet all of those guys have died off by now. It was true that sterility was a lower incidence side effect for having and recovered from diptheria.
I don't jump onboard to the mainstream media for anything anymore!
