The following letter was emailed this week to the administrators at U.C. Berkeley to address the anti-semitic groups that are alleged to be operating on their campus.

           Dean of Law School, Erwin Chemerinksy:

Dear U.C. Berkeley Administrators:

I am shocked to have learned recently that certain anti-Semitic groups at U.C. Berkeley are being afforded a license by you to spew thinly disguised anti-Semitism—via anti-Israel propaganda—to your faculty and student body under the guise of being "anti-apartheid." Moreover, it is my further understanding that these anti-Israel "groups" are being afforded campus funding and facilities to further their malicious efforts to bar all pro-Israel speakers and events from appearing and/or occurring at your school. 

If the foregoing is indeed both true and accurate, I strongly urge you to reconsider your "official" positions regarding this serious matter. 

As you are not doubt aware, free speech guaranteed by the First Amendment entitles all to freely express their opinions and thoughts publicly. However,  thoughts or opinions that are h**eful and bigoted should not be underwritten by the institutions where such h**eful speech is being expressed. By extending to such speakers the institution's funds and facilities it could very well be perceived that U.C. Berkeley is going beyond merely protecting this constitutional right of any such speaker to express h**eful views, and, in fact, is endorsing and embracing the speaker's malignant message. 

Hopefully, that is NOT the case, nor your intent.

Therefore, please seriously consider terminating any such support now being offered by your institution to the anti-Israel groups presently operating on or at U.C. Berkeley ... forthwith! 

Pro-Israel and anti-Israel speakers should be placed on a level playing field, and U.C. Berkeley should give neither group any advantage over the other—financial or otherwise—that even remotely might be perceived as your school's taking the side of either group over the other.

How do those who are c***ted at the polls get around this Catch 22?

How does anyone reasonably expect the c***ters who take office by virtue of their c***t to use the powers of their illegitimately gained offices to prosecute themselves for c***ting—truly, a “Catch-22,” if ever there was one.

This seems to be the problem presented to the v**ers in Arizona, no?
