While still in power the president has the right and ability to declassify any and all documents of his choosing; that being said he was very vocal before leaving office about declassifying loads of documents . The reason the FBI and doj are so worried is the amount of evidence contained in those declassified documents that was able to hold all parties accountable for their s******n, treason , and a whole host of other crimes against our country it's people and the constitution !!!
