This statement is very TRUE , nothing in the constitution about a******n . The Supreme court studies and reviews laws to determine there constitutional right . This is a state issue , a******n will still be available legally in some states . Just go to that state . No rights are being taken away . A comparison to this type of issue could be S***ery , no where in the constitution does it say it's a right or is it even mentioned . Not a Constitutional issue .
The court is just doing what it was meant for , interpreting the constitution and established law .
