Black on white crime in this country is out of control. The rate would be higher if more w****s lived closer to b****s. As cites that are close to large urban areas become more intergrated this attack rate will only increase. As more b****s move to the burbs, the underclass will follow, hence more black on white crime.
In Detroit much of the once beautiful city has been burnt out.. B****s with jobs are moving out to get away from crime and school that cant teach due to students that dont want to learn. 47% of the students in Detroit cant read, the worst school system in this country. Its not about money Detroit students recieve over 12, 000 dollars per student. So whats the problem? Well one big reason that b****s dont want to hear, is low IQ. American b****s have a average IQ level of 85. IQ is a very good perdictor of how well a person does in later life. Also young black students many have a hard time understanding the teacher. Many b****s speak black english.etc...
