Agreed l, no pressure to follow legalities. They also are bailed out by government, over the $250k depositor’s maximum because they sucked up to all the current government push for inclusion, woke polices and other nonsense ideologies.
There was no one actually qualified and in a position to manage such institution. Now all the other banks in the country are on the hook thru the depositors insurance group(FDIC) resulting in a ‘tax’ on their operations which is ultimately passed onto the taxpayer customers.
That’s just my take on it, others can agree or disagree but it’s done.

I’m concerned with driving to Memphis tomorrow for a Dr appointment. Don’t know what may be laying in wait around any corner. It shouldn’t be that way in any American city.

Very close to my sentiments. I also will add that we have seen the best of our country, it may never recover from the subversion of the Constitution by those supposively guiding our future. Growth and changes are generally good but not at the expense of our history and the lessons earned with blood.
