The confiscatory Affordable (? Ha, ha) Care Act (ObamaCare) was designed to fail, according the accusation of one man (Jud Anglin who runs a health care business). He contends it was designed by President Obama to be unworkable so that he can install a “single payer” universal health care plan like those in Canada and the UK, which are disasters for those seeking care. In 2003 Obama declared in a speech at a AFL-CIO meeting that he was a proponent of single payer universal health care.
Senator Orrin Hatch warned that politicians “are going to throw their hands in the air and say ‘It’s not working, it’s unaffordable. And we have to go to a single-payer system where the government controls everybody’s lives…It’s already failing. And it hasn’t even triggered the big expenses yet.”
If there really are “needy” citizens who can’t afford health care or mistakenly choose unhealthy practices, they can charitably be given care. That would be much less expensive than attempting to make everyone s***es to the state.

As the constitution was originally written there was no amendment to force people to pay an income tax. The only way ObamaCare got by the Supreme Court was for Roberts to rename it as a tax.

It is plainly unconstitutional for the federal government to force everyone to buy anything, like hospital insurance, or pay a fine if they don’t. How did Obamacare get approved by the Supreme Court? It’s time to impeach a few judges.

They became teachers and professors and routinely trash the constitution along with any conservative who believes it was designed as nearly a perfect form of government as humans could devise.
What are the results? Former anarchists now occupy seats of power in our government and with propaganda they brand conservatives as the anarchists! Harry Reid, majority leader in the Senate, recently called the politicians anarchists who oppose his freedom-destroying agenda.
