My aunt's nursing home has been doing testing of the elders in the nursing home and the staff. Sometimes the staff are tested like every week.

But we found out that this nursing home has C***d positive patients but did not tell the other patients. The roommate of my aunt passed away last month of "natural causes".

One of the patients got sent to the hospital and told the case worker everything. But the website says nothing. Don't they have to disclose this to the public and/or the patients?

My aunt says that many it's have been sent from the hospital and then the roommate gets sick dies or is t***sferred.

No family visits for a month and a half.

The case manager of the hospital she goes to knows some things. This in Los Angeles. A lot of the nurses keep disappearing for sudden 14 day "vacations".

Nobody from that facility is being admitted for procedures. Only e.r. and not to that hospital.

So the patients share nurses and move around the facility not knowing they are crossing paths with possible contagion s.

We can't communicate with other family members of patients at the facility because we don't know who they are.

The facility social worker gave us the run-around.

I was born in 1969. I never owned s***es and never benefited from s***ery. I have never discriminated against black people.

I was passed over in college for affirmative action black students who got scholarships and financial aid because the system anointed them a full grade point over my work just due to the color of their skin.

During college all these kids skipped school to go marching all over the town. I got penalized every time I missed my classes.

The ombudsman of my University was a black man, a former basketball player. My friend was being sued by the school because they didn't build the dorms and squashed four people to a room.

My friend worked at the FBI then and couldn't function in this environment.
When she moved out, the university yanked her classes.

They said if she didn't sign a $4,000 promissory note she couldn't continue school. She was 19. And they would sue her for the money.
When I went with her to the Ombudsman there were pictures of smiling black faces all over the wall and on ever surface. No white faces

He didn't cut her a break and she had to live in her brother's truck for the next quarter to get that bill paid. I didn't know but was sharing an apt and couldn't have her move in with me.

But a friend in the dorm, who was black, told me when he couldn't pay his bill he went to this guy and they worked it out so that they forgave the bill and paid a nominal amount to discharge it.

I knew sitting in that office that if Laura had been black the meeting would have gone different.

About fifteen years ago I worked at a company whose corporate hq was in Atlanta. This was the l.a. office. I noticed more than half the employees were African American, and many of them significantly lacked the sk**ls needed for the job. The "word" was that this place hired a lot of black people. So what, I thought.

I did some of the hiring for the two sales teams. Before that I did the semi annual evals of the team members.

But I was not allowed to write up the performance reviews of existing African American employees who were not meeting their targets or submitting reports or making headway identifying leads or doing any marketing.

Anybody African American who was not meeting their targets were given a pass. Anyone who applied who was African American got an interview, even if I couldn't verify their college degree or work experience.

A recruiter was adding applicants to the interview schedule. Almost everybody she hired that was African American flunked the drug test.
I had to train the new hires because the laptops didn't arrive for some time.

Many of them had fast talked the recruiter and barely knew our products after weeks of training. Many of them never made any sales but kept on drawing a salary way after other people performing equally as badly. But you could never actually talk about it. It's like the company was a prop and not a working concern.

One of the legacy "salespeople" behaved like a gorilla. I'm not kidding he would sit in his cubicle and make fists and seethe if anyone criticized him.

This guy was like a gorilla in a dress shirt. He would snort and behave like a freak but nobody could say anything because he played college football with someone in the Atlanta office. It was actually freaky sitting in a cubicle next to him during these times.

ANY criticism was intimidated away. I was told by H.R. that they needed African Americans in the key sales positions in case the clients were also black and wanted to work with black marketing or sales leads.

This implied that the client was not willing to work with nonblack personnel? The company was fostering reverse discrimination.

I had to move the cubicle assignments around him the Seether three times because the women got very uncomfortable and threatened with his posturing and clenched fist theatrics.

Lastly I'll tell the story of a good friend of mine. I met her thru very good friends of my mom.

"Belinda" was a nice girl but I found out too late what a serial user she was. Her best friends sister hired her so they could all pal around. But "Belinda" had some habits nobody ever saw. Or could talk about.

She always joked about "working it" and being plugged in and bragged about getting the hookup....

The owners, it came down, had hired her for diversity reasons. They vetted her carefully, since they had been sued by opportunists claiming discrimination. They trusted the senior managers judgment.

The owners had very deep pockets and were concerned about losses.
Because they were wealthy a lot of people stole from them but didn't feel guilty because they were so loaded. Once the man said that 98% of theft was internal. I didn't get the hint. then.

I was blind. The owners came to talk to me about some thefts and other cash losses but I had no knowledge who might be behind anything. I didn't realized until later that when "Belinda" counted money she reported more than was in the deposit bag.

I never questioned her. Also, people stole stuff while she was there on the rare occasion only one other person was there.
I noticed when went clubbing she wore all the clothes she had picked out, but couldn't figure out how she could afford it. I never put all this together .

But apparently the owners did. It turned out they kept changing the staffing to get her paired with older, less familiar staff. On those days she would call in sick.

The place closed and we all went our separate ways. I went out with someone who still worked for the owners a few years later. They didn't realise how well I knew her.
This person worked in the accounting office. When the owners consolidated the company a lot of war stories got exchanged. This friend told me about a person they had identified as a potential
Loss leader.
The staff accountant had relayed how the days Belinda worked , always three different audits were done.

A security company was hired to track every time "Belinda" opened the register. It turned out that she was nullifying cash sales when no one was looking and refunding cash to herself.

She was using identity data to list as the customer Id. They researched by phone calls and found out ppl had not returned stuff.

There was a contest once as to whom had the most t***sactions. I noticed on some says I didn't work that my numbers went down. She was making copies of sales checks and reversing t***sactions on days I wasn't there. She would open the register to "make change" to get a can of soda, and take 4 ones and a five as change.
Then during a cash sale, she might ring up something $20 as $25 to make up the difference. Most people never looked.

During this time "Belinda" was maintaining a friendship with the manager and her sister on the closest possible terms.
She also dated the security guard on the sly. I saw him about 9 years later working in the downtown l.a. Fashion Mart and he asked about her.

The friend told me that before the place closed, "Belinda" had started working at the warehouse. They didn't want to pay her unemployment so she couldn't turn the job down.
She was wearing a white neck brace around the place and claiming her neck and back hurt.

Her doctor actually submitted paperwork to the company.
Supposedly the light unpacking work and handling merchandised and caused her injury.

A letter suggesting legal action might follow.. reminding then gently that Belinda was the *only"* African American employee and

The owners decided to close our branch mostly just to avoid dealing with her anymore. She worked at the warehouse to see if she would give them more evidence....

I use these experiences as examples. These are not stereotypes.

These are my actual experiences where I have been put at a disadvantage by black people playing the victim but getting over on the real situation on the sly.
I'm not saying every black person is like this.

But I can't take anymore of the way black people are talking on TV.

One woman in New York said she was doing a full time job for free , protesting in New York. She spoke as if she has been accosted by a cop every day.

Now we are to lose police services because more, yet MORE grants and greenmail will be poured thru the public till?

B****s want it both ways. They want to furnish social Unrest and still play the victim.

But they want the plum jobs. And if you question their sk**ls or merit, one must navigate the jungle of wokeness.
