Agree. The red f**g laws are definitely unconstitutional and SCOTUS must declare them so. They are so wrong they will be struck down. Then the online, available to everyone, list of prohibited persons will be available to all and not a problem.

Interesting discussion but this is all too complicated. If law enforcement and our legal system would just do their jobs, and good people had their rights as our forefathers intended, this discussion would not be needed.

The best solution to regulating who can possess guns, is to have a national listing of those who are prohibited from owning guns which would be available to everyone. It would include as much information as possible about those prohibited individuals so they could be easily identified by anyone. We live in a technologically sophisticated world and this would be easy. Anyone selling to someone on the list would then be a possible accessory to any crime which is committed by that person with that tool. This would be the only "enhanced background check" needed. Every adult should be able to carry an equalizer if they desire to do so and are not prohibited. Anyone choosing to carry an equalizer, or any other tool, is responsible for how that tool is used. That is enough.

We also, in reality, have a national right to carrying equalizers by all Americans of age if they are not on a list of prohibited individuals, if our Constitution truly is the supreme ruling document of our Country [which it is]. It is absurd that our foundation document, which clearly states that the right of The People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, can be infringed locally. Our Bill of Rights is for our entire nation and home rule does not apply. [Isn't this obvious?]

All other laws infringing on our Second Amendment rights should be null and void. Good people should be allowed to have any arms they wish, as our forefathers intended. Our forefathers intended for we, The People, to have control of our public servants.

I am a supporter of basic, foundational, sound moral principles. These must be respected and honored in the Roman Catholic Church and the United States of America better than they are now. I believe that protecting personal rights and freedoms must be the primary focus of good people everywhere, assuming their expression doesn't harm anyone else or the common good. I believe that power corrupts and mature people need to be involved in society and politics to protect themselves and their loved ones from the tyranny of those who assume too much power and are then corrupted by that power. I believe public office holders should be forced to honor their oaths of office. i believe our governments in the USA have become very tyrannical and many of our "public servants" are now corrupted and not serving the common good of we, The People.

I am frustrated with my Roman Catholic Church hierarchy which has become tyrannical. Pope Benedict XVI is still my Pope. Francis Bergoglio is an impostor due to the fact that Pope Benedict did not resign as required by the doctrines of my Roman Catholic Church. I believe my Church has no right to support immigrants passing through more than one international border to seek asylum. The hierarchy of my Church is not committed to carrying out the will of Jesus Christ and this is simply evil and many of them will dearly pay for this evil when they graduate from this life.
