Your NARROW look is correct as far as it goes. But it is the CITIZENS who mostly have the legal jobs to pay the taxes that are then distributed to the states.

It is also used to establish how many Representatives each state gets in Congress. But it is the CITIZENS who v**e for them. So, states with a higher level of non-citizens, legally here or not, get a disproportionate number of representatives then their fair representations of CITIZENS, those that actually v**e them in office.

Example: For simplicity, say the census determined 100,000 people/district. In southern California, the district might only have 50,000 actual CITIZENS. In North Dakota they might have 90,000 CITIZENS per district. So, in southern California, with 100% turnout, in would take 25,001 to get elected. In North Dakota it would take 45.001. Now, some people find that fair. I don't.

And one reason is because, typically the representatives cater to those that v**e for them and ignore most of the others. That would mean that some representatives are catering to a minority of 25,001 while the others are catering to 45,001. This gives unfair greater representation to one party over the other. And who is that? The Democrats. And who stops Citizenship determination? Democrats.

Basically, counting total residents might be right for determining money distribution. Counting CITIZENS is right for political division of and quantity of districts per /state.

4. Cause chaos in the world, starting with Europe, why cause so much damage in Italy - puzzling

5. Quickly strip the economies of dozens of countries.

6. Stop production lines in factories in other countries.

7. Cause stock markets to fall and buy companies at a bargain price.

8. Quickly control the epidemic in your country. After all, you were already prepared, they probably have a medicine. The poorest countries still are not in full blown epidemic very odd.

9. Lower the price of commodities, including the price of oil you buy on a large scale.

10. Get back to producing quickly while the world is at a standstill. Buy what you negotiated cheaply in the crisis and sell more expensive what is lacking in countries that have paralyzed their industries.

How come Russia & North Korea are totally free of C***d- 19? Because they are staunch ally of China. Not a single case reported from this 2 countries. On the other hand South Korea / United Kingdom / Italy / Spain and Asia are severely hit. How come W***n is suddenly free from the deadly v***s?

It's mostly going to fuel inflation, making everybody's money worth less. It's also just another wealth redistribution scheme. Remember the vast majority of taxes are paid by the top 10% of earners. The bailout doesn't apply to them, they get nothing. If you're single and earn over 75K, your check gets reduced. If you make 99K or more, it's reduced to zero. For married couples it's 150K that reductions begin and (I think) 198K where they reach zero.

So those who earn less than 75K (150K for couples) are getting to share income with the higher earners. Wealth redistribution.
