The question rises, why hasn't Moore gone to court with slander charges? The answer is simple, like Trump he is running for office, it's not only time consuming to fight 30year old statements let alone prove them to be false. While running for office, even though they are false they can, and in this case, adversely affected the e******n outcome but also destroy a persons life. After the e******n, if he loses, that's when to go after the news media's, and those making these charges. At that time the proof will be in the pudding and maybe, just maybe, those who say and those that print something like this will think twice. Interesting that these news sources are the ones losing money and on the verge of going out of business. They are no better than those that are considered rags on the streets.

I still don't believe these reports about Moore and I will not unless it goes to court and I hear the testimonies and see what evidence there is. As for the school album note, we all put notes in school albums and a lot them were stupid, outlandish and hopeful. They can't be used in court of law or even be used for proof of something that occurs 30 years later. Given the news media's history and the fact that no one is willing to be tested in a court of law I cannot believe any or it. It has been proven that most of these women's testimonies were not totally true. And yes you are right that people must decide who represents them in congress. But you are saying that because there are unproven statements against someone they should be punished. Man I bet you even believe people should be convicted of h**e crimes even though there is no hard evidence to indicate h**e was involved.

Our whole way of life, our country and our beliefs are based on the fact that everyone is innocent until proven, in a court of law, to be guilty and then punished. So far in Moore's case their has been a lot of false accusations including f**e, anonymous reporting by the news media and you are saying that based on these false accusations the man, even though he may be innocent should be punished? I suggest you move to England or some other c*******t or socialist country were you are guilty and must prove your innocence.

Let's compare the Clinton's to what is happening now hmmmm. All of the emails containing classified material on the internet, lying under oath to federal judges and congress, lying to the american people, purposely denying protection to our embassy and thereby k*****g US soldiers and civilians that worked there, and the illegal uranium deal adding millions to her and her husbands bank accounts. Finally, but not least, her husband being IMPEACHED for having a sexual affair in the Whitehouse with an aid, even in the oval office while on the phone with congress. Yea, right Moore should step down because of proven false accusations and anonymous reporting by the media! REPUBLICANS AGAIN SHOWING NO BRASS.

I can not believe that any reporter has the same facts on this matter then the US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE and CONGRESS. I know that Moore may have dated teenage girls, however, I've not heard of any that he sexually assaulted them like our president Clinton did.
