Thanks for the correction. I just pray the mess we have going on doesn't end up in another civil war.

Trump is the only Candidate that won't cower to Hillary So it's a different candidate and the press hasn't seen anything yet.My answer to that is Get your popcorn ready!!!!.

He needs to be different because we need someone that will make everyone tighten up their belts, pull up their belts and if necessary load all of our guns and fight ISIS in our own neighborhood.

Every war we have been in in the past since the American Revolution has been fought elsewhere. As we can all see the terrorists that we are dealing with have been striking us at home since 9/11/2001.

It's time we wake up and elect a President that really wants to put America first!!

Semper Fi and
God Bless America and Donald Trump!!

Pretty clear writing for a "dumb" constituent I'd say. Very easy to understand with no double talk or Political Correctness...I started out as a Democrat because my parents were & my first P**********l v**e was for John F. Kennedy...Then all hell broke loose he was assassinated & then so was his brother Robert F. Kennedy & then Dr. Martin King...As time when on it was proven that people in both party's were responsible for these deaths...I became a Republican...not a heavy duty one because I didn't like a lot of things I saw in that party...Now the past year or so I have become very annoyed & unhappy with the republican party & the way they intimidate & have treated Donald Trump & I will probably become an Independent after this campaign is over...The Rhinos & the poor excuses of leadership in our country is mostly disgraceful & most "leaders" are in it for themselves & could care less about what WE THE PEOPLE WANT...

Like your handle. Welfare wasn't supposed to be a career opportunity. Serving your country as a Congressman or Senator wasn't supposed to be a career either. We need to clean house, literally and set term limits similar to the Presidency!

If we could demand all Senators and Congressmen, step down this year and start with new Senators and Congressmen that all agree to "Serve their State and uphold our Constitution", add Donald Trump to the top, it might take a few weeks to undo all the Executive orders Odumbass signed, but we would have a chance to pull our Country out of the outgoing trashes asses collectively!! A country of the people, by the people and for the people? That would be amazing!!!

I like it very much, of course they will never rule against themselves especially having the SCOTUS behind them on this one...It would take an Article 5 to even get it before Congress...Not that it isn't doable, but the thing or types of things if the people want it then they must form that coalition and MOVE/take action on it..Without that, its never going to take place, but I do like it very much!!!

We all just have to believe and pray that Donald Trump is our next President and be willing to help him as Americans to help build ourselves and our Country back up!

Oh boy can I relate to what you are saying!!!!I have said almost this very thing, myself!!!!! I'll oly that when the SCOTUS threw out "limits" on campaigns donations as a First amendment right, I think it was the worst decision made..All it did was now allow the special Interests people to buy their way into what they wanted from these politicians..Once a job of respect now they all represent some criminal enterprise for pocket, not country!!

George Washington, his 1st Cabinet and our Original Continental Congress would be the first Americans shouting from the roof tops! America was not founded to take control of our States or steal everything they want from it's citizens. It should not be necessary to spend billions of dollars to elect a President!!

Term limits and caps on campaign finance. Here is an idea, Cap the campaign budget by multiplying the positions annual wage X the years allowed to serve.

For example: President's salary is $400,000/yr. X 8 = $3,200,000. That is the maximum campaign budget. regardless of where the money comes from, donations or personal funds

All other elected positions should be served for a maximum of 8 years. The campaign budgets should be calculated the same as the President's shown above.

In addition stop all private groups from raising and spending unlimited money to get their candidates elected!

Perfect, Barry...Now we will all know to whom you are speaking..Just makes it easier, plus lets th recipient know so they may reply as needed...

I personally feel everyone on the Hill should be required to go serve with our men for at least 3 months..Let them really get a first hand experience regarding what they throw out so fast,in, going to have a war, or a help humanity movement of this country or that..I honestly do believe anyone holding a position in the White House should be required to "attend"..They want to serve our country~~then by gosh GO DO IT......Bet we'd have some serious respect to our Military and the money for their needs would be there and our VETS when coming home taken care of for sure!!!

I'm also not talking some cushy little job while in or any exceptions to them being in..They do training, not counted as that 3 month required "tour" and then go right in just like any first time enlisted, and SEE the military in action, while serving in action, not the sidelines..Half of them if not more wouldn't make the first day!!!
Perfect, Barry...Now we will all know to whom you ... (show quote)

Thanks again Linda. The biggest problem with Washington is that only the President has a term limit. Congressmen and Senators should be limited to 2 terms and required to live off their salaries while they are "Serving" their country! They spend more time campaigning for more money to get elected again and looking for more ways they can line their pockets while in office. Becoming a politician forces most from both parties to become crooks if they weren't already!

[quote=lindajoy]Barry, when speaking to someone specifically, if you use the quote reply first you then type to that person and we will all know to whom you are speaking...Just a suggestion, unless making a general statement..

Linda;

You're welcome. When I was in we were all complaining that POTUS wasn't a veteran! 74 - 78.

Let me know if this is correct : )

Exactly!! When I was in the Marine Corp you had to obey all lawful orders given to you by a superior. I am sad to say that if I was still on active duty and was given a direct order by Odumbo, it would be really hard to obey the order. I don't know how anyone could look him in the eye without crying or laughing, let alone salute him, especially when you can't stop laughing about his constant stuttering while trying to say negative things about Mr. Trump. Reminds me of Porky Pig at the end of cartoons I watch with my Grandsons!

Reply in: I have always wondered about those who support the Odumbo administration

Ooh Rah!
When Slick Willie was our Commandant in Chief, my wife and I were trying our best to raise 3 teenagers and teach them that lying was wrong. That they should do right and not wrong. So...when our esteemed President lied and then only when backed against the wall, with his hand up to the elbow in more than one cookie jar, he gave his meaningful apology (sarcasm intended) to the Nation and asked for forgiveness, he was reelected and spent 4 more years being a "great role model" to our youth of America. I pray every day that we don't get stuck with another 4 years of Illegal Executive Orders and Pardons for Odumbo and his entire cabinet. While a Liar-in-Chief, with Slick Willie in tow, stink up the White House for at least another 4 years! Mr. Trump may not be my first choice, but he is definitely better than Hilariously or Burned out Sanders. I'm sure if we have survived the past 2 terms with Mr. O, we will be better off with Donald Trump. I truly believe that he has America's best interest at heart. Will he be able to do everything that he wants to do? Most likely not, but he has been paying attention Since before 1988, when he said on the Oprah Winfrey show, "if I continue to see America being ran into the ground like this, I will have to run and win the Presidency myself so we can rebuild our great Country. Also, keep in mind Mr. Trump will only take a $1 dollar per year salary and put the other $399,000 back into the treasury to help bring the budget down! Semper Fi indeed!!
