Yes, I was raised the same way, as are my children. Respect. My Southern roots are interwoven & an integral part of my American Patriotism, tho I Love America in its Entirety, I'm sure you understand my meaning. My most remembered and cherished adventure was to Houston. Tho far in my past it remains forefront in my mind forever. I'll never forget the Wonderful people, I almost left school to move there. If not now perhaps later you'd call me Teresa. Have a great day & thx 4 making me feel welcome.:-)
Wow thank you, wonderful response. Just maybe I'm in the right place. Gives me hope w/a smile :-) one more time, thank you!! I haven't had the opportunity to browse, I take care of my mom, Alzheimer's. But I'm pretty excited to explore when I get her settled.
I like that, lol very fitting & appreciated much  btw, female, but ma'am is my mom lol. Thx 4 quick response :-)
The past can make you wary, but it's also lessons learned in which sturdy tools are formed. A few examples: keeping your own counsel, being your own advisor, observing w/o notice, adapting 2 change, acceptance w/o hysteria, and Never Losing Hope. This tool is Ever Changing to accommodate the times we live in, still, I yearn 4 like-minded people on this journey. I've never been partial to sheep, as someone once said; Remaing a sheep for too long, you will surely be eaten by wolves.
