Yes, I would, BUT, IMHO that would only affect Muslims. They are i******s due to having to lie when taking the Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America without purpose of evasion in order to satisfy their Islamic obligations to their Qur'an (the Qur'an permits them to lie to infidels to promote their cause) during the immigration procedures to become citizens of the USA, and lying under oath to a Federal Officer administering the Oath is a felony.

I would assume what you are really wanting is to make illegal MIGRATION a felony, which it already is if they enter the USA a second time after being caught and deported the first time. The first entry is only a misdemeanor, and I can agree that the first time should also be a felony. The problem lies in the government purposefully failing to enforce the i*********n l*ws that are on the books already. Enforcement of the laws of the USA should be at the very least as strict as those of other countries. Hopefully, President Trump will get this wrinkle ironed out soon rather than later.

It took Mr. Obama, our virtually anonymous president, eight years to sabotage the bloated insurance companies in the USA, and you expect President Trump to get it fixed in only 19 months?

The insurance business is one of the most lucrative businesses in the country, just look around and see who has the bigger buildings; insurance companies have some of the biggest. They are tightly tied to the medical and healthcare businesses, including the pharmaceutical cartel, as well. Since these businesses have a tremendous amount of money, have an ungodly number of very liberal lawyers and lobbyists, and unbelievable political clout, they can cause a great deal of corruption, obstruction, and delays; and having been mostly under the Democrat regimes, it requires, and has required for decades, a great deal of complication (what liberal lawyers excel at) in order to hide their activities, legal, sneaky (the fine print), or otherwise, so President Trump and the GOP (not the RINOs) have a lot of things to unwind and/or rewind, or just edit in or out. Their is an awful lot of money, and a lot of very wealthy people including the Deep State operatives, involved! It's not just President Trump. He could use a bit more help from the citizenry than he is getting, rather than all the h**e, discontent, and agitprop the Democrat "group think" people put out against him.

Acquire a little patience, and allow them a reasonable time to get it done. What's reasonable? Your guess is as good as mine, but I'll wager it will be quite a while! The government does work slowly, and even more slowly when they have fight off all the crap the obstructionists throw at the President. However, if they can straighten out some of the snake-like curves, twists, nooks, and crannys that I call "gotcha clauses" we might even get a better plan than we have had in a long time. Well, I can dream a little, can't I?

This is not a rant against 'no propaganda' as I agree with the red lines.

IMHO: Any business or entrepreneur has the right to refuse service to anyone, FOR WH**EVER REASON, religious or otherwise! It's been that since I can remember, and that's a long time.

I don't give a red rats rump what the left leaning lawyers and q***rs prefer, the L***Q group is nothing special and they have NO special rights or protections under the Constitution of the US.

They can play with themselves, the same sex, or opposite sex, I don't care, just keep it at the adult level in the privacy of their own houses and cease to recruit normal children to their unnatural lifestyle. If they want to raise children, copulate and procreate on their own normally, but they shouldn't be allowed to adopt children as a means of recruitment. A TRUE homosexual would never procreate, so this a******l cult would eventually die out on its own merits, or lack thereof, without their recruitment activities.

The L***Q cult should learn to be tolerant of others if they wish others to be tolerant of them; in other words, if some act perpetrated by another annoys YOU, but doesn't hurt YOU physically or financially, consider the source and quietly move on! If some business refuses your request for services, just take your business elsewhere and quit belly aching about trivial crap; LIFE IS TOO SHORT FOR TRIVIAL BS! This goes for any business, not just L***Q business!

This is the USA, a free and Constitutionally limited Republic with a great culture second to none; learn to think independently (not "group think") and act accordingly!

Write and wrong: Calligraphers face jail for refusing L**T weddings
'This contradicts basic freedoms our nation has always cherished'

Bob Unruh joined WND in 2006 after nearly three decades with the Associated Press, as well as several Upper Midwest newspapers, where he covered everything from legislative battles and sports to tornadoes and homicidal survivalists. He is also a photographer whose scenic work has been used commercially.

With all the court rulings recently protecting speech, and especially religious speech, unresolved cases still remain.

One is asking the Arizona Supreme Court to overturn a Phoenix law controlling the speech of artists, specifically two Christians who run a calligraphy company.

An appeal has been filed with the high court by the Alliance Defending Freedom on behalf of Joanna Duka and Breanna Koski, who run Brush & Nib Studio.

The women face up to six months in jail if they refuse to promote same-sex marriages with their business.

But doing so, they explain, would violate their freedom of artistic expression and constitutional right to decide which messages they will adopt.

Judges Lawrence Winthrop, Jennifer Campbell and Paul McMurdie on the Arizona Court of Appeals affirmed the city’s restrictions on speech.

So ADF has filed a brief with the Arizona Supreme Court citing several recent decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court. They include the ruling upholding Colorado baker Jack Phillips’ right to refuse to bake a cake to promote same-sex marriage and the decision against California’s requirement that pro-life crisis pregnancy centers must promote a******n businesses.

“Artists shouldn’t be forced to create artwork contrary to their core convictions, and certainly not under threat of criminal fines and jail time,” said ADF Senior Counsel Jonathan Scruggs, who argued the case before the Arizona Court of Appeals. “The government must allow artists to make their own decisions about which messages they will promote. Breanna and Joanna are happy to design custom art for all people; they simply object to being forced to pour their heart, soul, imagination, and talent into creating messages that violate their conscience.”

He said the court’s decision “allows the government to compel two artists who happily serve everyone to convey a message about marriage they disagree with.”

“This contradicts basic freedoms our nation has always cherished,” he said.

Duka and Koski create custom artwork using hand painting, hand lettering and calligraphy to celebrate weddings and other events. ADF said the women’s religious convictions guide them in determining which messages they can and cannot promote through their artwork.

But the city’s ordinance “forces the two artists to use their artistic talents to celebrate and promote same-sex marriage in violation of their beliefs.”

“It also bans them from publicly communicating what custom artwork they can and cannot create consistent with their faith. The law threatens up to six months in jail, $2,500 in fines, and three years of probation for each day that there is a violation.”

The ADF brief said that if the women “politely decline to create custom artwork celebrating same-sex weddings or publish their desired statement [explaining how their religious beliefs prevent them from creating certain artwork], Phoenix will prosecute them.”

“But the [Court of Appeals] upheld this application as consistent with Arizona’s free-speech and free-exercise protections. This court should grant this petition to clarify whether public accommodation laws trump free-speech and free-exercise rights, to correct the COA’s narrow understanding of these important freedoms, and to align Arizona’s jurisprudence with recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions.

“Art is ‘speech itself,’ and so a law compelling art compels speech.”

The city’s position, as it now stands, could be interpreted to “force paid Democratic speechwriters to write for Republican politicians,” the filing explains.

WND reported last month when the Court of Appeals sided with the Phoenix speech restrictions.

The case was triggered by the L**T advocacy by the city of Phoenix.

The lower court judges lashed out at the artists, charging that they “are not the first to attempt to use their religious beliefs to justify practices others consider overtly discriminatory.”

The judges refused to admit that creating custom wedding invitations and artwork was “expressive conduct.”

Anyone who believes that this is not a well orchestrated attempt to further destroy the rights of the majority so that a very small minority can become powerful using anticonstitutional powers.

OMG, I never thought this would happen. Kevyn and I agree on something!

But further, IMHO, opinions on a******n are like assholes, about everyone has one, and they are different most of the time. These opinions are based on how you were raised, IAW "You are what you were when!" No one's opinion is any better or worse than someone's else, except in the mind of the persons doing the complaining. A******n is not a Federal, State, County, nor City issue, it is an issue between the person and their upbringing. The government should just stay out of it. No taxpayer should EVER be forced to pay for someone else's a******n, nor have they the right, or obligation to criticize someone for having one. It is frankly just none of their business, and it doesn't hurt them physically, so they should just learn to tolerate it and go on living within the boundaries of their own individual ideology and theology, wh**ever it may be! Many problems can arise when one tries to force one's ideology upon someone else that differs from their mindset; sometimes even war results. I try to live my life without hurting others, but sometimes hurting someone is inevitable, as is getting hurt! How one handles this "hurting" makes a lot of difference!

Roe vs Wade is now the law, and sanctioned by the Supreme Court, so it should be "settled law," but IMHO it should never have been written into law in the first place, Federal, State, County, or City. We simply have to much "government," and too many "lawyers!" If challenged, and overturned, unless it is just simply repealed, what we may get to replace it will probably be even worse!

The Socialists appear to believe they must CONTROL EVERYTHING by TAXING EVERYTHING or INCARCERATING EVERYONE WITH AN OPINION THAT DIFFERS FROM THEIR OWN! That is my primary objection to the Socialist cause, and the STATE owning everything is another!

The Constitution, with it's Bill of Rights, was written to protect legal citizens from an overreaching government, not to protect the government from the people.

The First Amendment ensures the people can express an opinion about the government, or most anything else, and "speak t***h to power," without reprisal.

The Second Amendment was written, not to protect Bambi, but to ensure that the legal citizens of this USA have the means to remove an overreaching tyrannical government, and if v****g fails, by force if necessary.

In spite of what Socialist agitprop attempting to brainwash us into believing it is bad, the Constitution and Bill of Rights are the most important documents the USA has ever had, and it is also the "Law of the Land." Democracy nor A******n appears NOWHERE in either document, and most of the laws passed by Congress beyond the Tenth Amendment were written to benefit the "lawmakers" and their friends, and there are so many laws now that nobody can possibly remember them all so we break a good many of them every day; that makes us a country of "outlaws!"

It is high time we got back to being a Constitutionally limited Republic under the Constitution, a Sovereign Nation, and a world leader. We can't help EVERYONE on the planet, but those we do elect to help should receive our help on their own soil to make their own country into a suitable place for them to live, rather than allowing them to illegally migrate here, then allowing them to attempt to remake the USA into a replica of what they were running from, which is the height of absurdity, and approaching insanity!

I doubt that you, Kevyn, being a liberal extremist and me being rather conservative, agree with me, but I really don't care. I happen to love the USA as it used to be, before the Socialist came out of the closet, and the Congress evolved into a Congress of Apes, and Big Finance, Big Pharma, and Big War Industries took over as the "Deep State!"

I have my opinions and you have yours, and that is how it should be. I hold no h**e for you personally, even though I believe you're wrong most of the time. I may not be right all the time either, I just put out what makes sense to me. Maybe we can just agree to disagree, in a civil manner, right or wrong. Have a nice day.

Want to reduce your odds of getting shot and k**led even more? Avoid patronizing "soft target" areas, such as "gun free zones." Become alert to your surroundings wherever you may go. The Police can't be everywhere, so take some responsibility for your own well-being and be ready to defend yourself and family. The Police are not the bad guys!

Remember, if you let these Islamic terrorists, home grown or not, scare you out of doing things you desire to do, they have won, and that's the basic goal of terrorists.

The Islamic terrorists are pouring into the USA and have the blessings and protections of the current Obama Regime. Pushing for Socialist Tyranny didn't start with Obama, it has been going on since before Woodrow Wilson, who was likely our first C*******t President Our Educational has been pumping out Socialist children for over 50 years.

Discard any Socialist Political Correctness mental disorder you may be inflicted with and don't be afraid to call a spade a fu---ng Islamic shovel. Learn the difference between an Immigrant a Migrant! The vast majority of our US Immigrants, having gone through our immigration program, are legal citizens, speak English, have assimilated into our culture rather than stayed diversified, respect our laws and borders, and are very loyal to the USA and even stand and salute the F**g of the United States of America, whereas Migrants, depending on whether they have legal unexpired documentation or not, are I*****l A***ns, and either guilty of a misdemeanor of a felony for border jumping, which makes them a criminal; they are certainly not I*****l I*******ts.

Our government is supposed to be educated enough to use the US English language, not the American Slang, but they use immigrant and migrant interchangeably and don't even know that the term American citizen refers to all legal residents of two continents (North and South America) rather than just a citizen of the USA that resides in a country that is only a part of the North American continent. And yes, I've been told by some that "American" is understood to be a US citizen, but I prefer to be a bit more precise and feel proper language usage is important.

Multilingual countries have difficulty communicating with each other, and Multicultural countries are divided countries; we are supposed to be the "United" States of America, where we all stand and work together to accomplish our goals, not a land of Socialist pukes all pulling in different directions. Our government is very sick. This diversification and lack of communication, along with the defunct Socialist educational system being heartily pushed by the progressives of government with their massive debt policies and their crisis of the week club is why we are in trouble and heading over the cliff! Wake up people.

And by the way, our Immigrant population deserves a sincere apology for the massive ration of 5H1T the left wing Socialists and Lame Stream Media has ceremoniously and erroneously burdened them with. Immigrants are welcome in the USA, it's the Migrants that we have to worry about! Have a nice day.

PeterS: Yes you are d********g, and your liberal agitprop is BS. Here in the midwest, I worked for a company that had a number of r*****ds working there. The morning of the Tower incident, most employees, including the r*****ds, watched it on TV. My personal observation of most of the r*****ds within my viewing range was that they thought it was something to cheer about, but they limited their glee to smiles and some snickering, since they realized that full blown cheering would have led to them getting their butts kicked. I'm sure this probably happened in many other places throughout the country, so your liberal claptrap is simply wrong. So Peeonthee.
