SCOTUS, as with any and all judges/justices at various levels throughout the judicial system, they are held to fairly high standards and they should at all times do their level best to meet those standards and I would assume the majority do a fair job of living up to that very obligation. The reason that pat r**t thinks otherwise is that he NEEDS to think that way in order to justify his continued support of Trump even with the mountains of mounting evidence of Trump's buffoonery, incompetence, refusal to adhere to the constitution of the United States and his refusal to honor his oath of office.
