-Promote America, reason for its success and export this to Islamic countries. They take it or leave it, but the US basically moves on. Troops return home for the most part. Nations we get out of the soup in the future pay us in return. No more free lunch.

The last day of US Air Operations conducted 8 sorties with 6 returning without dropping ordinance, two hitting targets. In other words in one day Putin's "coalition of the willing" is doing in one day what US forces take two months to accomplish.

-Major centers in Iraq and Syria will be bombed to destroy electrical power, water distribution, and to cut off food and supply to ISIL fighters within. These centers will be isolated, cut off, surrounded, and bypassed to force ISIL in the open to the Turkish anvil where they will be destroyed. Large centers will be cleaned out after.

-Putin and Iran will not stop after ISIL is destroyed as an effective political force over the next three months. Yemen will fall to Iranian elements. After with the US Navy effectively driven from the Persian gulf by Russian designed Sunburn missiles Iran possesses, and Iranian designed cruise, Putin's diplomats will begin to pressure Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states to cut oil production until the price exceeds $100 a barrel. This ending effectiveness of Obama led sanctions.

-ISIL will be destroyed next, taking the Kurds out along the way. From the East Iraqi, and Iranian forces will push ISIL out of Iraq towards the Turkish border. From Syria Russian air force and armor with Iranian, Hezbollah, and Syrian personnel will push ISIL out of Syria towards the Turkish border.
-Heavy bombing, with possible use of nerve gas will be applied to destroy centers where ISIL personnel use civilian shields. Bombing aimed at cutting off water and food, destroying infrastructure power and communications. Civilians: Tens of thousands will be k**led outright, with many times that dying as food and water sources are cut off. Putin will avoid city - door to door fighting, instead cutting off centers going around to take the fight to ISIL where Russian airpower and conventional forces have huge advantage.
-Driven against the Turkish border ISIL forces will be slaughtered aka. the "Highway of Death" that happened in the first Gulf War. Turkey will be the anvil. Kurdish forces driven along with ISIL will be slaughtered as well. Iran and Iraqi leaders do not want them in the new order.
+++ The New Order: Yemen will fall to Iranian elements within six months. Iran will then move their terror allies into Saudi Arabia while Iran and Iraq pressure the Gulf States and Saudi Arabia from the north. Saudi leaders will be told to cut oil production to get global price up, else face a war they cannot win. Putin gets oil price back up over $100 a barrel.
+++US Naval forces will be told to get out of the region by Iran and Syria with tacit Russian approval. Iran has 800 very capable anti ship missiles. Russian designed these missiles can destroy within hours every US Navy vessel in the Gulf and proximal Indian Ocean. (20 or more taking down a Nimitz class carrier in a swarm its CIWS cannot handle). Iran will start by notifying American diplomats, or even the Pentagon directly it is going to conduct live fire exercise in the Gulf and "accidents could happen". A warning gets Iran off the hook if a carrier is sunk. We will have no choice but to withdraw.
-Putin played Obama along while building up this plan. It was predicated on Iranian influence in Iraq growing to the point it has today. Once assured Iraq could be part of Russia's coalition of the willing, Putin moved. We no longer have a role in the region. It will take a while for talking heads in America to see the writing on the wall.

Putin knows the US will be driven out of the Middle East and China will help with money to rebuild the region and assure its oil supply going forward. After Putin will turn to Europe, heavily sedated with self aggrandized leadership, not willing to fight, ready to make deals that carve a greater role for Russia there.
