One night I almost got bit on the face messing with a coon. I barley got out out of the way, they're ferocious when cornered.

Beef is best. Ribeye or Porterhouse for me. A friend raises 5 or 6 beef every year. He usually gifts me about 150 lbs.
A meat Co. east of Bend grains his beef with hops from the micro breweries in Bend..exellent meat.
