Sen. John McCain passed away from brain cancer almost a year ago, but Donald Trump has not yet stopped insulting him at every given opportunity. To do it on American soil is d********g enough, especially considering that he has family members who still grieve for him. To do it in, of all places, Russia is just beyond the pale.
When a reporter from Russian TV network Rosslya 24, who regularly criticizes and mocks Trump’s stupidity, stopped Trump at the G20 Summit and asked for comments, Trump had plenty to give. He called Putin “a terrific person” but said that he “never liked” McCain.
To be clear, Trump praised a Russian president who orders the murders of journalists, abuses his position of office to enrich himself and his oligarch friends, and attacked the United States during the 2016 p**********l e******n using cyberhackers to get to the Democratic National Committee’s email servers, as well as those of Trump’s opponent, Hillary Clinton. John McCain was a war hero who survived torture, served his country in political office for decades, and died. Clearly, Trump’s loyalities do not lie with America’s interests.
Earlier in the day, Trump also defended Putin’s statements that Western style liberalism, which differs from modern notions of liberals in the same way that the term democracy differs from the political party named Democrats, and supports e******y and government protection of its citizens. In just a few days, Trump will stand at the National Mall and put on a spectacle to prove his patriotism, but fireworks and military air shows do not erase Trump’s undermining of everything the United States has ever stood for.

Do you have proof that Putin has, in fact, ordered the murder of journals, or that he uses his position to enrich himself? Even if he does enrich himself, is he any different than our own Congress? Perhaps you've bought into the propaganda that all nations feed their countrymen.
