Tanking the banks on purpose?

March 21, 2023

G*******ts have long promoted the idea of a central bank with a central world currency. These bank failures of recent may be part of their overall plan. When banks fail, governments or other banks come along-side them to ensure that their depositors are protected. Consolidation and control is usually the result. While the bailed-out bank may have its same name, it is now owned by or beholden to another entity, a larger entity that can afford the risk. This puts the money in control of fewer hands. There are conditions for the bail-outs. What currently may be happening is a shift in how banking is done, consolidation if you will, to bring tighter control and monitoring of money. A large step toward electronic currency.

Policy is a huge factor. During the early Trump years, the economy was humming. Then came C***D. And then came Biden. The Biden Administration policies caused this current bank crisis, likely in cooperation with the major financial leaders. Locking down the economy was a huge step toward financial disruption. Immediately on the heels of that Marxist move was Biden’s barrage against the economy. Within hours of taking office, Joe Biden issued Executive Orders, such as cancelling the Keystone pipeline and ending oil exploration and leases on federal lands. That Executive Order turned the United States from an energy independent nation into an energy dependent country. Within a month, gasoline prices shot up 33 cents a gallon. This set off a chain reaction throughout the economy. Costs of goods skyrocketed.

Then Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act rammed through Congress on a partisan v**e. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) waxed prophetic at the time, saying, “The Democrats’ reckless tax and spending plan includes nearly $370 billion to fund the Green New Deal, $64 billion for Obamacare, and hundreds of billions in new taxes on American businesses and manufacturers…The spending spree also includes $80 billion to double the number of IRS agents–practically giving every American a personalized tax auditor. We should be cutting taxes, not increasing them.” The Federal Reserve responded by raising the prime rate, leaving many banks holding notes at low interest, reducing profit margins while the cost of money increased.

Considering the goals of the World Economic Forum and the US participation in it, a reasonable question to ask is: Did Biden tank the banks on purpose? This control and consolidation as a result of major bank failures, the subsequent cost of bailouts, and the ripple effect on the world’s banking systems point to a crisis hurling the world closer to an electronic currency—especially when one of the bank failures was a major dealer in cryptocurrency, of which the government wants to gain control. This is not so much about protecting your money, it may well be more about establishing a clear pathway to controlling you through your money. As is prophesied in Revelation 13:17, “And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” The path of the beast is being cleared. Beware.

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day

Verse of the Day
for Monday, March 20, 2023

For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; and, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. -- Colossians 1:19-20

Thoughts on Today's Verse...
How do you comprehend both the majesty and the sacrifice of Jesus? We've been looking at our Lord's identity all this month, and still, we find ourselves amazed, delighted, bewildered, and blessed by his glorious and humble character. The main thing, however, is that he made peace between a perfect heaven and a flawed humanity. He made this peace at a horrific cost, bearing our guilt and shame as he shed his blood on the torture tree of Calvary. Jesus did this to honor God's will and because of his love for you and me.

My Prayer...
O Father, I am sorry that Jesus had to offer such a great sacrifice to atone for my sin. I am thankful that your love led you to pay the high price of my redemption. I praise you for bridging the distance my sin created between you and me. I know that my salvation is your gift of grace given to me in Jesus' life, death, and resurrection. May you be pleased with me today and see my life as an offering of praise for your costly grace that saved me. In Jesus' name, I thank you. Amen.

Verse of the Day
for Sunday, March 19, 2023

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. -- 1 Timothy 3:16

Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Why would Jesus do it? How did he do it? How was he "God with us" and still be God in "human flesh"? We cannot fully comprehend it, but he was! The Son of God was also Jesus of Nazareth, born and placed in a manger at his birth and crucified on a cross at his death. But God raised him from the dead and presented Jesus as his Son with power. Angels on earth saw Jesus after his resurrection and now accompany him in heaven, where he now reigns. He has been preached to people worldwide, many of whom believed in him. One day, Jesus will display his glory for all to see. If you want to understand godliness, then you begin with Jesus!

My Prayer...
Holy and marvelous God, your plan to redeem and save a sinner like me is incredible. Jesus displayed your longing to see all people come to you and be saved. The love that led you to such sacrifice is beyond my comprehension. Please empower me with your Spirit, the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead. I desperately desire for the mystery of your godliness to be seen in my life today, in my family, among my friends, before my co-workers, by those with whom I attend school, and especially in the presence of my enemies. In Jesus' mighty name, I pray. Amen.

Verse of the Day
for Saturday, March 18, 2023

Let my mouth be filled with thy praise And with thy honour all the day. -- Psalm 71:8

Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Our mouths can be filled with food, profanities, and gossip. Or we can choose for our mouths to be filled with praise for God and his loving grace. We can talk about many different subjects speaking to many people about various topics. Or we can choose to declare the greatness, majesty, and splendor of our heavenly Father all during our day. Why don't we choose to praise God with our mouths and tell him of his greatness and let others know of his grace as we go about today's activities? Then, at the end of our day, we can honor God one final time before sleeping when we say, "My mouth was filled with your praise as I declared your splendor all day long!"

My Prayer...
Holy and marvelous Father, you are God of all creation, mercy, love, and grace. Thank you for your kindness shared with me in Jesus. Thank you for your decisive victory over death when you raised him from the dead. Thank you for being patient with me as I sometimes stumble, even as I desire to reflect the character of Jesus in my life more completely. Please help me, O Lord, to profess and show my loving admiration for all you do during this day. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Verse of the Day
for Friday, March 17, 2023

And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation -- Revelation 5:9

Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Worthy! What a beautiful word! For those of us who are disciples of Jesus, we know of only one who is truly worthy. He is worthy to open the scroll and reveal the future. He is worthy of praise and adoration. Why? Because even though he was holy, perfect and heavenly, his death on the cross to purchase our pardon, forgiveness, and salvation made him worthy. And he did it not just for us but also for people of all races, languages, and cultures. Jesus, you are worthy of all worship, and praise for you are the Savior of the world (John 4:42).

My Prayer...
Holy Lamb of God, you are worthy! You are worthy of my adoration and love. You are worthy of my worship and my devotion. And Holy Father, I thank you for your plan to send him to save me. Because of your grace in Jesus, I want to live my life in devotion to you and your will. Please forgive me for the times I've gotten sidetracked. Thank you for sacrificing so I can return to God and share eternity with you. In the name of the holy Lamb slain for my sins, I offer you my praise, love, and thanks. Amen.

When might doesn't make right

Thursday, March 16, 2023

When governments get too big and too powerful, the rights of citizens suffer. Every society in history has seen it and America is no exception. The government of the people, for the people and by the people is turning into a government of the government, for the government and by the ruling elite. Technology and bureaucracy are used to censure dissent as well as invade the privacy of every citizen. If you don’t agree with C***D policy, you are marginalized and censured. If you want to buy a gun, you are tracked in the system. There are many other ways to oppress your rights, like through an army of Internal Revenue Agents. The government is not yours, it’s its own. Day by day it is taking away your rights.

As an example to demonstrate how powerful the government is, Joe Biden announced an executive order to bypass Congress and the Constitution to create a universal database on gun owners through a nationwide background check. On March 14, Biden said, “my executive order directs my Attorney General to take every lawful action possible to move us as close as we can to universal background checks without new legislation.” In addition, he has unilaterally increased “red f**g” law enforcement. His concept is for parents, teachers, police officers, health providers and counselors to turn in people to the court system that they think have violent tendencies so that their firearms can be confiscated.

Biden also wants to use the executive order to promote “safe storage for firearms, something every responsible gun owner agrees with.” This certainly will encourage more invasion of privacy if a person is suspected of not storing their guns safely. Finally, Biden’s executive order takes steps to “hold the gun industry accountable.” He wants the gun industry treated similarly to tobacco companies for marketing guns to citizens “by using military imagery.” Biden’s budget calls for $17.8 billion to further regulate the firearms industry, create gun trafficking strike forces, enforce background checks and implement the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act. This is in addition to the 87,000 new IRS agents that Biden signed last year. Yes, Republicans v**ed to repeal that jack boot action, but not with a veto-proof majority.

These actions taken by Biden thumb their nose at the Constitution and Congress, which is supposed to make the laws and set the budget for the Executive Branch to manage. Trouble is, government has gotten so big that Congress, or even the people, cannot rein it in. So it does what it wants, when it wants and justifies it using any means it wants. Things are way out of control. For example, as a responsible gun owner, I do not agree with the FBI or ATF using a search warrant generated by a school board member who is angry with me for not supporting his L***Q+ sex agenda on school children to check whether my guns are safely stored, and confiscating my guns for evidence one way or another until I’m medically evaluated. See where this can go? We all need to figure out how we, as Peter said in Acts 5:29, “Obey God rather than men.”

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

Verse of the Day
for Wednesday, March 15, 2023

“Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;” -- Hebrews 2:14

Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Did you know that Jesus is not only our Savior but also our brother? "He had to be made like his brothers and sisters," the Holy Spirit (Hebrews 2:17). We were God's lost children, so Jesus came and shared our mortality, our human skin with all its limitations, so that he could defeat our worst enemy, the evil death-maker Satan. Now through Jesus' incarnation in human flesh, death no longer has its hooks in us or its hold on us. Jesus, our spiritual big brother, has defeated it. Our older brother is now at our Father's side, interceding for us until we can go home to him (Acts 2:33; Hebrews 4:14, 7:25; John 1:18 ESV).

My Prayer...
Thank you, Almighty God, for sending Jesus to be like me and live among people like me as one of us. As I think of your sacrifice and his love, I am overwhelmed by my insignificance in the vast universe, yet I am beloved by the Creator of it all! I am thankful that Jesus' gift has made me your child whose older brother is Jesus. Some days, Abba Father, it is hard for me to wait for our family reunion. So, I wait in hope for our great reunion day. Please use me, dear Father, to help others know about your family, gift, and son! In Jesus' name, I praise and thank you. Amen.

Verse of the Day
for Monday, March 13, 2023

and he is before all things, and by him all things consist. -- Colossians 1:17

Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Before the beginning, there was God! Before there was an earth, universe, or nature, there was Jesus! The Spirit was present before any created thing was made. God will exist after all created things are long gone. His power and presence hold our world, universe, and nature together. He is the sustaining force, the enabling power, and the generous preserver of life as we know it. So if he could provide us these things, and they are but a faint anticipation of what is yet to be, won't it be great to see him, just as he is, and share his glory with him!

My Prayer...
Thank you, Jesus, for your gracious providence this day. Thank you for creating this incredible world in which I live. You are worthy of all praise, honor, glory, and thanks! I look forward to the day, dear Lord, when I can worship you face to face and give thanks to our Father with you for his wonderful love. To you, and in your name, dear Jesus, I offer all my thanks and praise. Amen.

Verse of the Day
for Thursday, March 9, 2023

but sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear -- 1 Peter 3:15

Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Having Jesus as our Lord does not mean we bulldoze over others with this crucial eternal reality. Gentleness and respect are the character traits of those who have Jesus as their Lord. After all, Jesus loved others enough to die for them. Jesus even asked God to forgive those who crucified and mocked him as he died. Having such a Lord means we have prepared a response when we are given an opportunity to share the basis of our hope in him. Those around us may not appear interested, but many seek something they have not yet identified. Let's be ready when their time is right to meet Jesus!

My Prayer...
Holy and gracious God, please give me the wisdom to see opportunities to share the love of Jesus with those around me. I especially ask you to help me be able to share Jesus with several of my friends, who I now mention by name... (Take time and mention several people specifically by name.) Father, please give me the gentleness to do this redemptively, showing them the same respect Jesus demonstrated with those to whom he ministered. In the name of the Savior, your Son Jesus, I pray. Amen.

Verse of the Day
for Wednesday, March 8, 2023

The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: He shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in From this time forth, and even for evermore. -- Psalm 121: 7-8

Thoughts on Today's Verse...
One of my most complex challenges as a parent is knowing that I can't ultimately protect my children from some hurts and heartbreaks. Some of that pain is necessary to help them mature and grow. Some of it is just the agonizing result of living in a fallen world. However, we can be fully confident that if we share the Lord with them and they give their lives to his will, nothing can steal them from his ultimate victory, care, and reunion with him and with us. Knowing how we love them, imagine how much the Father loves us and longs to bring us to that place of safety in his house! Until we get home, isn't it comforting to know that he is watching over us and those we love, now and forever?

My Prayer...
O, Father, I know you see and watch over me, but sometimes I miss seeing you and find it hard to wait to be comforted and blessed in your presence and my eternal home. Watching and waiting, Father, I look forward to our first face-to-face meeting. Until then, I recognize your watching care over all of my ways, and thank you now for everything I will one day receive. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Verse of the Day
for Tuesday, March 7, 2023

for by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or d******ns, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him
-- Colossians 1:16

Thoughts on Today's Verse...
"Jesus is Lord!" This means everything in all creation ranks below Jesus in authority and power. Every angel, demon, and spirit is subservient to Jesus. Their purpose, and the purpose of all creation, is to honor and serve Jesus. Even though demons have chosen not to honor and serve Jesus as Lord now, their r*******n does not change their purpose or alter the t***h of Jesus' triumph over them. He showed his superiority over them through his crucifixion and resurrection

My Prayer...
Holy and Almighty God, thank you for revealing yourself in Jesus. Thank you for triumphing over all powers and every created thing and being. Thank you for giving me the confidence that I belong to you; no outside force nor any power in creation can have what belongs to you. In your name, O God, the Creator and King of all, I pray. Amen.

Can I have a light?

Tuesday, March 7, 2023

Looking at the headlines in the daily news, on television and radio, it takes no effort to see that the world we live in is a very dark place, getting darker by the minute. The C***D oppressions, government spying on citizens, the lies peddled every day as t***h, the denial of t***h as lies, the promotion of sexual deviance in schools and on television are all examples of how far American society has fallen. It’s as if America, once a powerful example of the light of Christ, has become part of a fabric of darkness ushering along the antichrist spirit as spoken by the prophet Daniel where words are spoken against God, the saints are being worn out, and the laws are changing to magnify darkness rather than justice.

George Washington said in his 1796 Farewell Speech, “Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports.” In those words, and in the words of many others, to keep a Constitutional Republic there must be vigilance on the part of the people--the moral people of God. It would appear that many Christians are apathetic and believe in relative t***h, reasoning their way out of their responsibilities to God and country by deferring to the immoral and unrighteous as stewards of the nation’s soul. And when t***h is allowed to fall in the street, not only is society undermined, but also—and more importantly—it is evidence of our witness as Christians.

This is exemplified not only in the realm of government, but also demonstrated by American society. It has become outwardly immoral, which is a reflection of its inner soul. It is difficult to watch a television program with your family without seeing some type of pornography thought of as normal salesmanship. Homosexuality is portrayed as a normal lifestyle. The things of the world are widely accepted even among “Christians.” The things that would have been considered unholy by Biblical standards are widely practiced by members of the “Church.” It seems that everyone wants to be accepting of everyone else’s weirdness without applying a Biblical standard of accountability. We are obsessed with politics, but are we obsessed with the commandments of Christ? What in our specific lives can we do to change the direction?

As a people and as a nation, a body politic, there needs to be a realization of the issue, a turning from it, and a renewing of the mind by Christians--all of us. We can all contribute to changing this dark situation—in our own way as led by the Holy Spirit. Christ said in John 8:12, “I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” And in John 9:5, He said, “As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” Christ is still in the world through each of us who know him as our personal savior. Let us be keepers of that light that it might be good for us, for our nation and for the world. When it appears that we are losing the battle to darkness, remember that a little light pierces the darkness.

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!
