That's a day

What did they die of? People die every day, some from some form of illness such as heart disease, cancer and some from old age
According to the United Nations World Population Prospects report, approximately 7,452 people die every day in the United States. In other words, a person dies in the US approximately every 12 seconds.

The post is pointing to current questions about civil liberties and some current laws.
Although there was not fifty states in 1861-1865, there are fifty today and the ruling/law applies to all fifty.. The original constitution applied to 13 states but each state is admitted to the union only after it agrees to the rule of law as rule of laws established by the constitution, amendments and court rulings..

Why is Trump so disliked by the Chinese?

Why would the Chinese dislike Trump? He is the best thing that has happened to them in a long time. No other leader in Europe or the US has done so much to advance China’s strategic interests and to undermine US and Western interests.

Look at what Trump has done in 3.5 years to serve China’s interests - it would’ve been taken China decades to achieve by themselves if China didn’t have their man in the White House:

blasting apart the 70 year old NATO Alliance and turning Americans against it when it is the only military alliance that is capable of keeping China’s ambitions in check,
withdrawing the US from important strategic initiatives that the US would naturally lead like the Paris Climate Accord and the TPP, thus allowing China to move swiftly to take leadership in these important global initiatives,
undermining US built multinational institutions like WHO, UNESCO & UN by withholding US funding, allowing the Chinese to swiftly move in, happily writing big cheques, filling the vacuum left by the Americans,
ceding to China cutting edge US technological advantage in important future fields like wind, solar and other green technology and fin-tech (because Trump supporters, typically from backward Red states, don’t like change and they want him to save the coal industry, the oil industry and traditional banking, ie, bring the US back to the 1970s),
quarrelling with Japan and Korea over the cost of stationing US troops in those countries when those troops were initially stationed there decades ago at US request to counterbalance the projection of Chinese power into the Pacific,
helping China to de-legitimise international media scrutiny by constantly attacking the free press as the F**E mainstream media,
fewer and fewer Chinese now have a favourable impression of democracy as the Chinese media regularly uses Trump as a cautionary tale of the bizarre and perverse results democracy can bring,
raising anger, ridicule and contempt against the US all over the world with his casual r****m, cruelty and breathtaking stupidity [at the time of writing, the bloated orange fool is making a laughing stock of himself by recommending Americans with C****-** ingest or inject household detergent into their bodies].
No, China doesn’t dislike Trump, FAR FROM IT - they love him because Trump is accelerating America’s decline by undermining American Values and her hard earned global leadership.

China cannot believe its luck in having such an incompetent buffoon in the White House just at the moment in history of heated strategic rivalry between the 2 global titans. China is praying for his re-e******n.

30 years from now, when historians look back at this moment in time, they will all agree that Trump was the best president China ever had.

When considering Biden mental condition and other problems, maybet it is time for some old time backroom politics for choosing a candidate. A middle of the road democrat would be a better choice. My choice would be Tulsi Gabbard for president and michael Bennet for Vice President
