I spent quite a lot of time last night looking at some of the recent posts here on a variety of subjects. One group of posts that was interesting reading. The view of many here (I guess are mostly all Conservative) is that every member of the military is unready and woke. That is NOT the case. I just retired after 30yrs last December and can proudly say the current military is Not Woke. Nor are they unprepared or unready in either training or p***e in the job they are doing. I also read and saw many memes and quotes that there are a lot of t*********r and Gay soldiers,sailors,airmen or Marines who will wear spikeheels, fishnet stockings and kabuki makeup into combat. That is LUDICROUS and insulting to every member of the military who are members of the L***Q community. I have had the honor and p***e to serve with many of these young men and women over my entire career. I personally don't care who someone marries or what they do off duty. My only concern is that they showed up on time, in proper uniform and ready to do their assigned job. In my entire career NO Airman ever came in to duty in d**g.

Also I personally have no issues with DEI in the military and understand the concern for a lot of the young members of the armed forces. Especially a lot of females who feel that they are being minimized. Over the years I saw many young women who were the equal of many male airmen. A number of them were or are gay. The country is changing and it will be the younger generations who will make the difference and many are in service. Our military is strong, ready and proud. As far as the concern over recruiting my opinion (mine only)is the numbers may go up if the hard line conservatives ease up on their fears that the military is weak and woke. They are neither and I am very good friends with a lot of active duty personnel of all branches who also agree with me. Yes there are also a lot of "oldschool" military members who do see the current service personnel as weak and woke and not ready for future conflict. They are not the majority but a loud vocal minority who have the support of many conservatives and vets.

Texas data: At least four babies survived a******ns in the first quarter of 2023

Preliminary data from the Texas Health and Human Services Commission shows that at least four babies survived a******ns that were committed on Texas residents in the first four months of 2023 alone. The fate of the babies is unknown.

The data reveals that in January of 2023, there were at least three infants who survived a******ns committed on Texas residents. In April of 2023, there are reports of one baby having survived an a******n attempt. It is unclear if those a******ns took place in Texas or outside of Texas on Texas residents.

Induced Termination of Pregnancy data is reported to Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) by both a******nists and a******n-committing facilities. Because both a******nists and facilities are required to report a******n complications that they diagnose and/or treat, the same complications are likely to appear in both reports, the HHS Office of Communications told Live Action News.

A******n advocates have long denied that a******n survivors exist; after all, admitting that babies can survive a******ns would aki to admitting they are living human beings when they are inside the womb. However, data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has revealed that over the course of 12 years, more than a hundred infants were reported to have survived for at least a short time after a******ns. Minnesota’s 2021 a******n report revealed that five children were born alive during a******ns in that state that year alone. The report further added that none of them received medical care — in other words, they were left to die. Strikingly, Minnesota no longer plans to report future numbers of children who survive a******n.

Another report found that over 100 babies were born alive following a******ns in just five states over approximately a decade. Furthermore, though convicted a******nist Kermit Gosnell is the most notorious example of an a******nist who either allowed a******n survivors to die or actively murdered them, he is far from alone. Many now-adult a******n survivors, including Melissa Ohden, Paula Page, Josiah Presley, Claire Culwell, Jennifer Milbourn, Denisha Workiser, Hope Hoffman, and Dr. Imre Téglásy, have shared their personal stories of a******n survival with the world.

In addition to the four a******n survivors noted in the Texas report, there were 18 complications labeled “incomplete a******n” and three labeled “Failure to actually terminate the pregnancy.”
