Let us not forget the Afghanistan debacle, where your hero ignored the advice of his military and foreign policy advisors with the result of 13 dead Americans, God knows how many abandoned in Afghanistan, 85 billion dollars worth of military equipment gifted to the Taliban, (which will be used to k**l Americans), and censoring by the British Parliament because his actions were taken abruptly with no consultation with our allies and put British citizens and dependents in deadly danger. You are going to find out about the majority in a little less than four months. Putin is in some ways the most brilliant strategic tactician that has ever taken over and ruled a major power, he excels at psychological warfare...shock and awe.

Money, as in cashflow has crippled Russia for decades. The fact is that Russia chose to expend resources on military superiority at the cost of infrastructure that would have hugely increased it's financial strength...then it was a paradise for creating a few corrupt billionaires.

The US and Europe did an excellent job of freezing Russia out financially, up until Obama left office strict sanctions were still in effect. Trump initiated removing sanctions from the first month he took office, and has been well documented with his administration enabling Russian finances tremendously, including Exxon's $500 Billion dollar oil deal that had been on hold up until then.

Now Putin will use everything he knows to get what he wants, and terrorizing is what he does best. He has used chemical weapons as a favored tool in Afghanistan and Syria that we know of...and things are indicating he may be up to tricks in the Ukraine. He has ordered evacuations of a chemical plant in Crimea...something is up there. He is taking control of the restricted Chernobyl facilities and their nuclear waste containment systems...there has to be a reason in mind or why waste the energy on that?

Chernobyl is a terrorist's dream weapon, ready made to blow up and create a nuclear nightmare...and knowing how Putin rolls he would of course blame it on Ukrainian terrorists trying to make him look bad, as if he doesn't already look like a madman.

Putin has already laid down threats about US and NATO interference resulting in nuclear retaliations.
