Space Jam producer, writer BUSTED while allegedly meeting up with 15-year-old girl
https://americanwirenews.com/space-jam-producer-writer-busted-while-allegedly-meeting-up-with-15-year-old-girl/?utm_medium=Newsletter&utm_source=Salesforce&utm_term=EMAIL&utm_content=Newsletter&utm_campaign=AW

A Hollywood writer and producer whose films featured Arnold Schwarzenegger and Michael Jordan was allegedly discovered “talking and flirting” with a minor.

“A p*******e trying to meet a 15-year-old.”

Trials of the likes of Harvey Weinstein and documentaries like “Quiet on Set” have stood to expose the taint of Tinseltown and a predator culture targeting the innocence of youth. A new video from live streamers Vitaly Zdorovetskiy and Bradley Martyn leveled accusations against yet another member of the entertainment set with a taste of “pizzagate,” when they cornered a man said to be “Space Jam” writer Herschel Alan Weingrod.

The 76-year-old credited on films including “Kindergarten Cop,” “Twins” and “Trading Places” was said to be the elderly man confronted by Martyn who asked, “Why are you sitting with my f*cking daughter?

Repeatedly pressed to say his name, the man watched as his female companion left the booth and the camera shot before identifying himself as “Boris.”

Asked how old the girl was, the man claimed “I have no idea,” before contending moments later that her online profile said she was 23 and that she herself had told him she was 15. “I messed with her, she was 23…she was 23 on a dating site — yeah she was 23 on a dating site.”

“Lilah, how old are you?” Martyn pointed to the girl who responded, “15.”

“All we’ve done is talk,” defended the alleged Hollywood writer who found himself impeded but not restrained when he sought to depart the dining establishment. Amid his ongoing defense of being caught with the reportedly underage girl, asked, “Why are you here? Why are you sitting here with a f*cking 15-year-old,” the man brought up that they were there to have pizza and what they were doing wasn’t criminal.

“That’s not against the law. We’ve just been talking. Yeah, we’ve been talking and flirting, it’s not a big deal,” argued “Boris.”

The man was ultimately permitted to head on his way when he wouldn’t sit and have his pizza with Martyn, but not without ongoing ridicule from the live streamers who indicated that they had contacted police and were seeking law enforcement intervention.

While they followed “Boris” down the block after reading off a message allegedly exchanged with the girl, Zdorovetskiy announced, “A p*******e trying to meet a 15-year-old,” before setting off a g****r-reveal tube, dousing the man with blue powder.

“I’m sorry, it’s not a boy,” he apologized before taking out another tube, announcing, “It’s a girl!” and covered the man in a pink cloud.

After the confrontation, there appeared to be no public statement from Weingrod regarding allegations that were brought against him, but that didn’t stop social media and the court of public opinion for having their say in addition to lauding the work of the live streamers.

Boy Scouts of America to officially change name to Scouting America in 2025
https://www.voanews.com/a/boy-scouts-of-america-to-officially-change-name-to-scouting-america-in-2025/7602482.html

The Boy Scouts of America announced Tuesday it will change its name to Scouting America as it struggles to recover from a sexual abuse scandal involving its adult scout leaders.

The organization said the change will take effect on Feb. 8, 2025, the 115th anniversary of its founding. The BSA describes itself as "the nation’s foremost youth program of character development and values-based leadership training," with its mission “to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes.”

The name change is the latest effort by the BSA to brand itself as a more inclusive organization after years of declining membership. The group began allowing girls to join the Cub Scouts, its program for children ages 7 to 10 years old, in 2018.

The next year it opened its f**gship Boy Scout program to older girls and changed its name to Scouts BSA.

BSA says more than 176,000 girls have joined Scouts BSA since the changes, with more than 6,000 obtaining the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout.

The organization has also lifted its ban on openly gay youth and openly gay adult leaders over the last decade.

The BSA is under a bankruptcy reorganization plan that allows it to operate while spending $2.4 billion to compensate more than 82,000 men who sued the organization, claiming they were sexually abused during their scouting years.

After Protesters Raise Palestinian F**g in D.C. – Video Shows Police Unleashing the Perfect Karma
https://pjnewsletter.com/raise-f**g-in-d-c-videos/?utm_source=tpi&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=TPI05082024PMLB&source=TPICI

For the past several weeks, the world has had front row seats to a spectacle plaguing across all of our universities. While this protest issue has been concentrated in west/east cost ivy leagues, it’s also spread to less liberal areas – even in Texas. The insanity on display has been very sad to watch, especially when it results in something like we have seen at George Washington University in DC.

For a university with quite a namesake, their students have shown to be the antithesis of the values he instilled in our country. And for the past few weeks there has been a back and forth battle on campus with these protestors that has resulted in tearing down the American f**g and replacing it with the Palestinian f**g – to the sound of cheering and victory among the students. Its such a sad sight to see.

However, we have seen a glimmer of hope from our brave police officers who have constantly put themselves in harms way, often surrounded by these hoards of people which could turn violent at any moment. After the American f**g had been put back up for probably the second or third time, the protestors banded together to try and tear it down again – and then this happened.

Wow – this video is worth 1000 words. To see the “students” trying so hard to tear down Ol’ Glory and replace it with the f**g of another nation is so tone-deaf from a PR perspective and does nothing to further their cause with moderates, much less regular Americans. Do they not know how bad this looks?

They seem to have no shame anymore and willing to do wh**ever it takes to hurt America and everything she stands for all in the name of helping a country that has had very bad people elected and embedded into their government leading them down a horrible path. It hurts my heart to watch the countless protest videos that have been coming out of these campus trespassing but occasionally there is a video that brings a smile to my face just like this video does.

There are still good people in America fighting for real American values and it is going to take a lot of effort to keep them. Clearly there are powerful forces at play here trying to change the fundamentals of this country and we cannot let that happen.

Please share this video wherever you can to show these “students” that this is not acceptable.

House passes antisemitism bill with broad bipartisan support amid campus arrests...Could affect Scholarships
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/congress/house-v**e-antisemitism-bill-campus-arrests-rcna150170

The House passed a bipartisan bill Wednesday to combat antisemitism as pro-Palestinian protests roil colleges across the U.S.

The measure passed 320-91. Twenty-one Republicans and 70 Democrats v**ed against it.

The bill, titled the Antisemitism Awareness Act, would mandate that the Education Department adopt the broad definition of antisemitism used by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, an intergovernmental group, to enforce anti-discrimination laws.

The international group defines antisemitism as a "certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews." The group adds that "rhetorical and physical manifestations" of antisemitism include such things as calling for the k*****g or harming of Jews or holding Jews collectively responsible for actions taken by Israel.

The bill's prospects in the Senate are unclear.

Asked whether the Senate would take up the legislation, Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., told reporters earlier Wednesday that "we haven't seen what the House is sending us yet."

Rep. Mike Lawler, R-N.Y., introduced the bipartisan legislation, which received backing from Democratic moderates who are supporters of Israel amid the country’s war with Hamas.

“In every generation, the Jewish people have been scapegoated, harassed, evicted from their homeland and murdered,” Lawler said in a floor speech before the v**e.

"The Jewish people need our support now," he said. "They need action now."

Republicans are seeking to launch investigations into antisemitism on college campuses in response to the pro-Palestinian protests. The current version of the legislation was introduced in late October after Hamas’ Oct. 7 attack on Israel but not brought to the floor until this week.

“When I spoke at Columbia last week, I told administrators that we need deeds, not words, to protect Jewish students,” Rep. Josh Gottheimer, D-N.J., a co-author of the legislation, said in a statement Wednesday. “This bill is a critical step to take the action we so desperately need to stand against h**e.”

In a letter Monday to House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., wrote that “there is nothing scheduled on the floor this week that would accomplish the concrete, thoughtful strategies outlined by the Biden administration” to combat antisemitism.

Jeffries had demanded a v**e on the bipartisan Countering Antisemitism Act, which aims to address concerns about rising antisemitism through the appointment of a new adviser to the president who would be dedicated to implementing its coordinated strategy to counter antisemitism.

“The effort to crush antisemitism and hatred in any form is not a Democratic or Republican issue,” Jeffries wrote. “It’s an American issue that must be addressed in a bipartisan manner with the fierce urgency of now.”

Lawler's bill faced opposition from some progressive and far-right lawmakers, as well as the American Civil Liberties Union, which called the bill's definition of antisemitism "overbroad."

"Speech that is critical of Israel or any other government cannot, alone, constitute harassment," ACLU leaders wrote in a letter last week urging lawmakers to oppose the measure.

The letter pointed in part to an example of antisemitism included in the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's definition, which says antisemitism could include "denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a r****t endeavor."

Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, v**ed against the bill after having told reporters Tuesday that Republicans were weaponizing antisemitism.

“We all have to continue to speak out against antisemitism and be clear that we don’t like — we will not tolerate antisemitism any more than we tolerate Islamophobia or any of the other hatreds and discriminations that are out there,” she said.

Jayapal also argued that the bill “has a definition that is so broad” that many Jewish groups do not support it.

“So why would you do that? Except if you want to weaponize antisemitism and you want to use it as a political ploy,” she said. “Let’s remember that many of these Republicans didn’t say a word when Donald Trump and others in Charlottesville, other places, were saying truly antisemitic things.”

Trump, as president, sparked a backlash when he suggested that "many sides" were to blame for the deadly violence at a white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 2017, declining to single out white nationalists.

Separately, Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., said that the definition was so broad that it would threaten constitutionally protected free speech. He, too, v**ed against the bill.

Rep. Sara Jacobs, D-Calif., said in a statement after she v**ed against it that while she has "experienced antisemitism all my life," the bill "would stifle First Amendment rights to free speech and free assembly."

Jacobs also said she does not believe that anti-Z*****m is "inherently antisemitism," saying that "conflating free speech and h**e crimes will not make Jewish students any safer."

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., v**ed against the bill because of a disagreement with an example of antisemitism listed in the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's definition, which referred to using "symbols and images" such as "claims of Jews k*****g Jesus or blood libel" to describe Israel or Israelis.

Greene argued on X that the bill "could convict Christians of antisemitism for believing the gospel that says Jesus was handed over" for crucifixion with involvement of some Jewish authorities, including Herod.

Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., v**ed against the bill for similar reasons, pointing to the same example of antisemitism, which many Jews consider harmful.

"The Bible is clear," he wrote on X. "There is no myth or controversy around this."

Activists working to counter antisemitism have pointed out that Jews have been scapegoated throughout history for events including the crucifixion of Jesus and that such claims have been used to justify violence against Jews.
