There is no doubt in my mind that since she is third in line to the Presidency . . . ALL of her medical records, including mental fitness should be on the table. We have seen for all to long, her misspeaking when giving speeches, her tremors, there is every indication that she herself is not exactly in the best of health. Probably, the heavy drinking has contributed to some of her decline.

You are spot on about Puerto Rico. They have been draining our coffers for decades, and much of the monies we send are slurped up by the corrupt officials. I am all for cutting them adrift. It would not be a loss for the 50 current states.
