I******s/Undocumented/Unauthorized immigrates do pay Taxes. Last week during a segment of Cheesecake Megan Kelly with a statement that we have 12 million i******s in this country not paying taxes/free Education/ free healthcare/food stamps/SS/MediCad unemployment. So I started to do some research .

I accessed the following agencies such as

The Social Security administration estimates that 75% of i******s are actually on formal payrolls and are paid by check with all the typical deductions such as FDIC,FUDA, also workmans comp, (for TP Folks a form of insurance ) just like the TP folks.

They get on these payrolls by using f**e SS numbers. So they never file and do not receive rebates. Hmmmmm how much does the fed realize on that.

Free healthcare no true most are involved in employee base healthcare programs which only in case of emergencies do they use it. So healthcare providers love i******s.

A growing number have filed for a T.I.N. (Tax identification Number) provided by the IRS. Hey TP don't blame this on Obama this has been going on for years.

So when Cheesecake Megan Kelly makes a statement of 12 million i******s in this country not paying taxes is flat out propaganda in its worst form. Because according to the SS and IRS that number would go down to 3 million and these 3 million do pay taxes such as sales tax, R/E taxes, Gas Tax, Hotel taxes, Liquor Taxes, cigarette Taxes, just like the TP folks.

Property Taxes if they own homes directly to local taxes, if they rent they pay taxes indirectly through there rent.

Now we have taxes paid and never claimed of $15 billion per year to SS they will never get to redeem because of f**e SS numbers. Wow how many TP on SS are actually being paid by i******s.

Now the IRS has no way of knowing exactly how much of a rebate when they file end of year tax returns just like the TP folks. So they don't file. But estimates are in the billions, because the average annual pay for i******s is $38,000 a year so they would be I in titled to a large rebate. Estimated at approximately 5.5 billion.

As in the case of TP folks most are eligible for an array of social programs. But under Clinton in 1996 barred i******s from welfare benefits. (Responsibility and Work opportunity Act) barred i******s from welfare Services so i******s cannot exploit welfare services and they don't. They do become eligible after 5 years as long as they have a legal TIN number. But it is limited as to what they can apply for. But in most cases they don't. At the federal level immigrates pay a lot more than they take out, due to SS and end of year tax filings. All realized gains to the fed.

State and local level taxes have been listed at approximately $11.2 billion. Yes spending on education and healthcare have been documented by Cheesecake Megan Kelly Rush L and all the cronies at Fox News. But you can see they do pay into these programs in sales tax real estate taxes income taxes excise taxes and are not eligible for a majority of social programs. So just a quick look
$8.4 billion sales Tax, $1.6 billion local property Taxes, $1.2 billion state personal income Tax, per year.

Even though they pay into these programs due to a democrat they are not eligible for Food Stamps, unemployment compensation, and welfare.

So, Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act states. Denies cash aid to most legal immigrants who are not citizens and utilizing states rights may restrict Medicad eligibility for those non citizens. But are still eligible for job training and healthcare. (Legal immigrants only) but they are denied food stamps and supplemental security income. So they pay in just like TP folks but can't collect. But TP folks again being subsidized by i******s. Pass this on to Fox.

Congressional Budget Office found the immigrate reform bill by Obama would shrink the deficit by $2.5trillion over the next 10 years.

Over the next 10 years if we go by the TP to kick them out. It would take 10 years to find incarcerate, court charges and deport approximately $2.7 trillion can you imagine the strain on our economy.

Brookings Institute did a project called the Hamilton Project to summarize it. By an increase of immigrants workers could boost American born wages. Google it and read.

More than 1/4 of our Tech firms and engineering firms started between 1995 and 2005 had foreign born owners. One for example was Jerry Yang is an immigrant.

Now I also checked the conservative think tank Heritage foundation claims that over 50 years can you imagine 50 years what a joke. But they claim it would cost $6.3 trillion because legal immigrants would end up using more of our benefits. But they never quoted how much they paid in. Just input versus output so nothing specific. They never mentioned the $2.7 trillion to send them all back.

As the TP will start there insults in lieu of facts it is difficult to know precisely how much each person or family pay in taxes. But through a lot of research I tried to take a common sense approach. So when you get ready for your insults just think. I******s on corporate payroll automatic deductions in taxes, SS, employee based healthcare. Local state and fed Gas tax, sales tax, hotel, taxes, cigarette taxes, real estate taxes, etc.

Now in certain areas yes they are a drain to states such as jail. So if we take these drug smugglers rapist murders and deport them don't you think they will find there way back and commit the same crimes. Obama let 5 out of GITMO a you screamed. Can you imagine if he let out thousands of these criminals. The 1st time one of these guys made it back across the border. Cheesecake Kelly and Fox would have all these human interest stories of how Obama has failed the American people.

So pass the immigration bill it will go along way to fixing border crossings problem. Put down the no amnesty issue and look at the people that own businesses, own homes, paying taxes, following our laws. Some of these people have been in our country for 30 years they have children that were born educated and have been productive members of society. It just boils
down to a little common sense.

It is probably just coincidence that Texas-born Warden attended Boalt Hall at about the time Alwaleed was getting his undergraduate degree from tiny and tony Menlo College, about thirty miles from Berkeley, and Warden/Mansour opened a law office with Bin-Talal as partner shortly after his graduation from Berkeley. Just a coincidence too that Warden/Mansour became a principal legal council to the Saudi Family, a position he probably still holds four decades later. But the Moroccan has not threatened Berkeley, realizing that with Janet Napolitano now on the job, Sharia will follow soon enough. (U.C.
