The House select committee investigating the J*** 6 assault on the Capitol tipped its hand on Wednesday in a U.S. federal district court filing in Orange County, California.

The filing over the testimony of John Eastman, who has sued the committee to withhold turning over thousands of pages of his emails, suggests that when the bipartisan panel releases its final report this summer, it will recommend that U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland prosecute the former President Trump and several of his henchmen for criminal conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2020 p**********l e******n, to defraud the United States and thus, to violate federal law banning the obstruction of an official proceeding.

Eastman’s emails — he’s a professor and founding director of the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, a public interest law firm affiliated with the conservative think tank Claremont Institute — allegedly provide further evidence of the former president’s conspiracy in the i**********n.

Eastman had advanced a fringe legal theory after Trump’s loss to Joe Biden, claiming Vice President Mike Pence could stop the certification of the 2020 e******n on J*** 6, 2021. Pence after consultation with several people, including former Vice President Dan Quayle, who’s also from Indiana, concluded that he had no power under the Constitution to block certification of the e******n.

According to the court filing, Trump and his comrades entered into an agreement “to defraud the United States by interfering with the e******n certification process, disseminating false information about e******n f***d and pressuring state officials to alter state e******n results and federal officials to assist in that effort.”

Unfortunately, but understandably, Congress has no power to initiate a criminal investigation or to bring charges against Trump and his co-conspirators. That will remain in the purview of the Justice Department and federal prosecutors to determine whether Trump’s actions after the e******n amounted to crimes against the state.

Of course, such a referral to the DOJ would pressure Garland, who has sought to insulate the Justice Department from “partisan interference” after years in which Trump pressured the agency to prosecute political rivals and later to discredit the 2020 e******n.

Meanwhile, the racketeer-in-chief is facing an onslaught of criminal investigations and civil lawsuits — notably, the high-profile cases involving the former president pressuring Brad Raffensperger, Georgia’s Republican secretary of state, to change the state’s v**e totals, as well as the civil and criminal investigations in New York revolving around more than a decade of Trump’s finances and taxes.

In addition, Trump faces more than a dozen civil lawsuits pursued by individuals and organizations for an array of alleged lawlessness, including defamation, civil conspiracy and causing assaults on C*****l p****e officers.

Trump very well could become the first former president to be indicted for crimes committed as commander-in-chief.

Well gee, I am back and find that a required absence sort of unleashed the dogs.. While my presence was required at this happy occurrence, I may have gone happily just to skip the uproar over the t***h about Joe.. sad bunch of reprobates.. people like Vet and the rest of the gang of orange should be shamed and embarrassed but they are not capable of such emotions.. such useless troglodytes in this world of ours..

While I appreciate all the heartfelt comments, I do not feel like going over all 3 pages of the same obtuse raving, so consider this short post as response to all who eat the orange fruit from the monkey we fired..

Perhaps I should expose my constant understanding and remorse for those who are stuck on the juice.. but then why bother.. I know you must be bitter and battered from exposure to the t***h.. That Joe Biden is not the derelict in charge, the fool of the century, the bane of all ethics.. that was the former occupant who gave Putin half the world in exchange for hiding some sort of home video. Or was it something else? so much available and so little released..

But it seems Joe may well excel in the near future.. not to you of course but in the real world which counts. Opposition to Putin's war increases, 1000s of Russian arrested for r**ts in the streets demanding the end to madness.. Russians can not even fly over the great majority of Europe.. yet the flee nearly as hard as Ukrainians..

So , God willing the war will fizzle shortly and settle into just a little cold war. your lord on earth will go to prison and spend many days with people just like him but who have much less money and the law will reduce him also to their net worth.. fitting like no other punishment..

Now all of you heathens who ranted so loudly when exposed to the goodness of Joe.. Go with my blessing and learn the t***h of life , which will bring you brightness and sunshine for the rest of your days..
